About: My husband and I are furtunate enough to work from home. Along with our adult daughter, we take pleasure in caring for, and showering love on, our furry guests. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Feel free to request more information. We have a securely fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your dog company during the periods I am working in my home office. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. Evenings are often spent playing family games or watching a movie. For bedtime, dogs can sleep in our rooms, on the couch, or in their crate, depending on where they're most comfortable.

Second comes my black Labrador retriever. He is a timid, large-for-his-age dog that is afraid of almost of everything. In which case, I carry him to quiet areas for walks. About: I have always been the biggest animal lover and have an Irish doodle named Jeter! I take my dog on walks everyday and have a lot of experience watching and walking friends and family’s dogs. Having a dog of my own has given me extensive hands on experience with pet care. Daily walks, feeding, playtime, and maintaining a consistent routine are already a natural part of my daily schedule. I genuinely love caring for dogs and prioritize their safety, exercise, and emotional well being everyday. I stick closely to each pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress free. For overnight stays I provide feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention while keeping your home tidy and secure. During walks and drop ins, I focus on safety, exercise, potty breaks, feeding, and fresh water. I always send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. Making sure your dog is safe, happy, and well taken care of is my top priority!

About: I had 1 dog for 2 years, and I have very flexible availability. I make sure your dog(s) enjoy their stay and time with me. Dog sitting is my passion. I love dogs. They are so fun to be with and play with. Also, I love to see when dogs wag their tails and lick their tongue out when you give them a treat when you are teaching them a trick and they get it right. My work schedule varies, but I am very flexible with my other job, so I can try my best to work with you and your dog(s) care. I don't have a fenced neighborhood, but I have an extra crate and bed for your dog(s) if they stay with me. My dog is super friendly and loves all other animals.

About: I got my first cat when I was 7 and first dog when I was 9. Growing up with pets in the home I have learned the behaviours and loving attributes that all pets offer. I trained my dog to sit, shake, down, and rest a treat on her nose! Seeing my dogs are the best part of my day and getting the opportunity to meet yours would make it even better! I’m a sophomore at Ole Miss who misses her dogs at home and would love to be with yours! My schedule varys by the day so feel free to reach out! I care for pets with the upmost love, care and protection. I know how I would want my dogs to be treated in another persons hands so I will live up to that standard with your animals.

About: Hi! I’m currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s student at Ole Miss. My passion is animal-assisted therapy because I’ve seen firsthand how much our furry friends can positively impact our lives. I grew up on a farm and have a dog of my own, so I understand that pets are family. I’ll make it my priority to ensure your pets feel safe, loved, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I also have experience working with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments through my time as a veterinary assistant. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs a little extra patience, I’m comfortable providing the care they need. I’m also happy to administer medications and help with other routine care if needed. I know how reassuring it is to receive updates while you’re away, so I’ll be sure to send plenty of photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members! I work full times but am able to manage! I don’t start work till Jan 5th so I am 100% free until then!! Just send me a message! This includes boarding, feeding healthy meals (i cook a lot fot my own dogs but it’s up to you), taking to the bathroom, going on walks, playing, and cuddles!
