While I was away, my cat’s tail wounds reopened and she had to be taken to the emergency animal center to get them stitched back up. Not only did Mickale pick my cat up from the emergency center early in the morning and drop her off all the way across town at a pet boarding hospital, but she was incredible at communicating with me about what was happening throughout the entire time she was caring for my cat and she went so above and beyond with caring for my sweet kitty. About: Growing up, I have always had pets. We have had both dogs and cats that I had to care for since a young age. As I’ve gotten older, I have been watching friends’ pets when they go out of town. In 2019, I made a Facebook post about my dog sitting that caught many people’s attention. I had many responses that led to lots of pet sitting that summer. Every summer since 2019, my schedule has been completely booked up with pet sitting in my area. I have experience with small dogs, big dogs, puppies, older dogs, and cats. I have experience giving both oral and injectable medications. I have spent time volunteering at the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County, Southern Pines Animal Shelter, and the West Memphis Animal Shelter. I am very comfortable being around both dogs and cats, understanding their body language, and caring for them. I am a social work graduate student in the North MS area. I have an internship 3 days a week and class 2 nights per week. My best availability is Friday-Monday, because I don’t have class or internship on those days. I am unable to bring pets into my home because I have 2 roommates with 4 cats. However, I would love to care for your animals in your home! If your home is accommodating to your pets, then it should be no problem. I also have a car that I can put dogs in to take them to a dog park or to a walking trail.

My family used to rescue dogs and rehome them, so I have experience with a wide range of breeds from Great Danes to Yorkies to all kinds of kitties as well as a range of ages from newborns to seniors. I can bottle feed and administer medicine if needed. I just love being around animals, so I can assure you that your babies will receive the best treatment imaginable with me. About: I've had pets all of my life. I love all animals especially dogs. I currently have a toy poodle named jewels . Jewels is actually my sister's dog but she was born on my birthday and we've been inseparable since the first day I laid eyes on her. About: I'm an early bird so morning walks are always in; Sir Connor (Rest In Dog Paradise ) he was a shih tzu mixed. He was not neutered, because I wanted grand fur babies at the time. I have fostered over a dozen dogs and a handful of cats. Daisy May was an extra addition to the family while I was fostering a puppy I called Maxwell; Maxwell has been adopted by a caring couple! Daisy May is currently the only dog I have so far. Sitting Schedule: Breakfast is at 10:30. I'm reading on how to train dogs and so treats would be ideal for play time! Dinner is severed at 7:30 I feed twice a day. If I have your dog on the weekend, they get to go on a field trip to Overton Park or Mud Island Dog Park. They also get enrichment time with pet toys and snacks! I also groom on the weekend. I mostly had dogs as pets; I rescued a cat and named him Jeffery and he was adopted by a loving family.
