“I left my boy(Pikachoo) with Kristen for 6 weeks when I had to leave to India for a vacation. Initially I was very hesitant to leave Pikachoo with a pet sitter as I never did before but also I did not have any other option so I chose Kristen. She gave us updates on Pikachoo very frequently with pictures of him playing with other fur babies and her family. I had a special request for Pikachoo with his food and she even offered to cook at home, but, I did not want to trouble her a lot so I asked her to get food from stores as he wont eat dry kibbles. Also, it was Pikachoo's birthday during that time and she even celebrated his birthday with her family and other dogs, bought him a cake(she checks with me everytime) and they all had so much fun. I used to check with her about Pikachoo's well being the first few weeks very often but then I knew he is in safe hands and did not want to trouble Kristen. She was very patient and kind when it comes to fur babies. She was also very flexible with time to drop and pick him up. After I came back to get him, Piakchoo was so happy to see us and he was also sad leaving all his friends. I will for sure recommend Kristen if you want to leave your babies with her and now I have an option to not worry about Pikachoo whenever we go out of station. Thank you Kristen and family. About: My dogs are like my children, and I treat other peoples' dogs the same way. I have had dogs growing up and currently have two. Two of our seniors have recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and we miss them dearly. In addition to clients through Rover, I have done dog-sitting for friends and neighbors with great success. I make sure dogs in my care have plenty of companionship and exercise. I believe in rewarding dogs for good behavior rather than punishing them for doing something wrong. I do work full time as a teacher but can am home in summers, and my husband works from home most days. For boarding, we have a dog door and a fenced in yard, so your pet can roam freely if you choose. We would just need to make sure our dogs all get along! I adore dogs and will shower yours with attention. Dogs in my care get very spoiled with lots of love! I’m a teacher, so I have more time in the summer but do have evening and weekend availability during the school year. If you choose to board, your pet will have 24/7 access to the yard through our dog door! My husband works from home most days with the exception of Wednesdays, so there is almost always someone home with your pet unless we are gone for activities with our kids. I have a fenced in yard, a dog door, and a friendly dog. If your dog is used to having free reign of the house when you’re gone, that will be the case at our house as well, and they will have access to the yard through the dog door. The door does have the ability to lock if escaping the yard is a concern. If your dog doesn’t learn the dog door, we will ensure they are able to get outside plenty. We will also respect any requests to crate during the day or at night.
About: I have had dogs all my life. I have taken care of every age of dog. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian my entire childhood. I was even going to try and start the process, but then life happened and my plans had to change. My plans took me to being a stay at home mom to 3 kids who also love animals. While I am no professional, I love trying to help my dogs learn new tricks or commands. Once again not a professional, but I do all of my dogs grooming needs myself. I have clippers and a grinder for nails and all kinds of brushes. For the babies not afraid of vacuums I also have a pet grooming vacuum. I can brush bathe and clip dogs nails at the owners request. If you bring your own shampoo the bath will be at no cost to you. If you dont have any it will just be a small fee for me to use some that I have. I am able to give medications if need be. I can also follow special diet routines if necessary as long as you bring the supplies that are needed. I am a stay at home mom for our 3 kids so when your fur baby is in my care they will hardly ever have to be kenneled. Potty breaks can be as often as needed based on what they are used to at their actual home. Daily walks can be taken(depending on the weather). I would be delighted to care for your dog while you’re away! My home is shared with my husband, our three children, and two friendly dogs who love to play in our fenced yard. I also offer daily walks to keep your pup active and happy. I normally follow a two-meal schedule with my own dogs, but I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s usual routine. Since we also have a cat, it’s important that visiting dogs are comfortable around cats. My goal is to make your dog feel as happy and comfortable as possible while you’re gone. If there are any special routines or comforts that help your pup feel at ease, I’ll gladly accommodate them when I can. For higher-energy dogs, I even have experience biking with pups who enjoy an active workout.

About: I’ve not gone most of my life without pets in my life and I understand how much they mean to us. I have had plenty of friends and family rely on me to take care of their pets while they are out, so I’ve been able to deal with pups of most ages! About: I’ve had my own pet sitting business since I was 12. After starting college, I have taken up pet grooming for the past 2 years. I do handle elder and young pets aswell. A lot of the time we take a trip around the neighborhood or hiking on a nearby trail to burn extra energy. I do currently work full time from home. I do have to go in some day to help out with the kids, but no longer than 4 hours. I have an unfenced yard and a lab myself. About: I have had dogs since I was 12 years old. I have 2 of my own dogs who are my life. Along with a horse. I have also worked at a horse barn I was 14. I absolutely love spending time with animals! I have open availability and would love to spend time with all of your animals! Animals are truly my happy place. “We were really happy with the process. We hadn’t used rover before and wasn’t sure exactly how it would go. I met with Leanne and her family when I dropped our dogs off with her and felt comfortable with it, while they were there she sent pictures of them playing and running around enjoying themselves. We have two dogs one little young one full of energy who is also a little nervous around new people and one big older pit mix who’s a big baby and wants to play tug and cuddle but can be a bit hard headed. My wife and I were absolutely happy with the whole situation and were able to enjoy our vacation without having to worry. Would 100% recommend Leanne 😁”

“I left my boy(Pikachoo) with Kristen for 6 weeks when I had to leave to India for a vacation. Initially I was very hesitant to leave Pikachoo with a pet sitter as I never did before but also I did not have any other option so I chose Kristen. She gave us updates on Pikachoo very frequently with pictures of him playing with other fur babies and her family. I had a special request for Pikachoo with his food and she even offered to cook at home, but, I did not want to trouble her a lot so I asked her to get food from stores as he wont eat dry kibbles. Also, it was Pikachoo's birthday during that time and she even celebrated his birthday with her family and other dogs, bought him a cake(she checks with me everytime) and they all had so much fun. I used to check with her about Pikachoo's well being the first few weeks very often but then I knew he is in safe hands and did not want to trouble Kristen. She was very patient and kind when it comes to fur babies. She was also very flexible with time to drop and pick him up. After I came back to get him, Piakchoo was so happy to see us and he was also sad leaving all his friends. I will for sure recommend Kristen if you want to leave your babies with her and now I have an option to not worry about Pikachoo whenever we go out of station. Thank you Kristen and family.
