Sophia has never spent a lot of time around children, but Lindsay let us do a test “meet and greet” a couple weeks before her stay to make sure Sophia was comfortable. I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. I have a fenced yard and dogs are not left outside unattended (especially the little ones). We have a multi layered floor plan so if a dog needs to be alone for a bit we have the ability to do so.

I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.

About: I was always around a dog as a child and grew up knowing what they wanted, when to go outside, when to feed them and make sure they were played with. They can be unbelievable friends and I think they keep our lives actively expanding. I like to work part time and do the dog sitting when ever it's needed. It can be a random cases and I'm more welcoming to act on immediate services needed. I male sure the pet doesn't get into anything. For example: The trash can, anything chemical on the floor and make sure before they come over...if dog is being watched from my home. About: Growing up in a household where I wasn’t allowed to have a pet of my own, I searched for every chance to spend time with furry friends. I spent a lot of time at neighbors’ and friends’ houses playing with and pet-sitting their dogs, studying a variety of dog breeds, and watching pet shows like “Too Cute” on Animal Planet. In middle school I volunteered at the animal shelter and in high school I was exposed to many therapy dogs at the hospital. As long as there’s toys and space there’s always time to play !
