One of the things we appreciated most was seeing Coltrane interacting so naturally and comfortably in their home environment. He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude, I make any animal I care for #1. I dont work full time, so time for pet care is very important to me. Whatever routine the family has I stick to for consistency. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.

About: Hello, How it all began. I grew up in a rural setting with multiple dogs, indoor and outdoor cats and for a few years chickens. One specific dog named Maxine was a beautiful intelligent, gentle Doberman that stole my heart. The bond I shared with her was special and she was my best friend. I knew from a young age I wanted to take care of animals. Fast forward, I'm a parent to 3 active kids, 2 sleepy cats, and 2 dogs (Pablo & Van). Over the past 10 years we've had a guinea pig, dwarf frogs, a hamster, and a Betta fish as well. A few years ago our family fostered 11 sweet dogs and 2 kittens. We have done in home care for a friends pup when they went out of town. My oldest daughter and I volunteered at the Lawrence Humane Society in the past for a year. Our big family of animal lovers would love to care for your pet. I work from home each week. This gives me ample availability to care for your pet. My husband is also available multiple days a week and our two high schoolers are usually home in the evenings each day to give extra snuggles to your pet. We have a fenced in backyard. The back fence wall is a 6ft privacy fence, the side fences are chain link. They will have access to the backyard at any time.
About: We are a loving family with various animal experience. My husband has owned cattle and horses and I have owned a horse along with several family dogs. We house sat for an elderly dog earlier this year and would love to look after yours. We did a lot of training with our heeler and are familiar with training collars. On the days your pet is here we will be here to love on and let out as needed. On the occasion we need to leave the house we ask to either have your pet in the kitchen or crated. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes big and small. My aunt would go on vacations and leave me with the dogs. I’m good with high energy dogs and calm dogs. I would also love to take pictures of your animal to send during my time with them! I work night shift so I go in about 3pm and all morning I would be available to take care of dogs which would work for a lot of people considering they work during the day I have a big back yard that I could take them on a walk around if need be, my bathtub is pretty decent size if baths are needed. I would follow any list of instructions needed. If I were to go into someone else’s home I would leave things just as they are and make sure the pet is comfortable and content to the owners likes and needs

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

About: Before I had children, I had a pointer puppy. She was my world and I adored her like a child. I have had pointers, a springer spaniel, horses, a bird, a series of reptiles and cats since. My late husband was a rural veterinarian, so I am comfortable giving medication to pets. I am currently out of work and have a lot of free time during the week. I am also available most weekends. I can help with your busy schedule! I treat pets and homes as if they are my own. Your space will be cleaner than when you left so that you come home to a relaxing environment. About: I worked at Summit Pet Care for four years. I worked in the daycare, front desk, and kennels department. I have made valuable relationships with several clients. For those clients I have pet sat for them while they have been out of town. I have also walked many of their pups during a busy for them. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the rest of the week make time to exercise my own dog. Along with getting online classes done for UCM.. I care for my pets by always getting them with a clam but happy energy. First thing I always do with any pup is take them outside making sure there are no accidents in the home.
