Though I just have her at the moment, she grew up with other dogs and loves the companionship. Emma has free reign of the house while I am working, but I do have an x-pen and extra dog bed I could setup if needed. Emma takes daily medicine for her joints and thyroid, so I am used to giving medicine if your pup requires medicine as well.

I had Cooper (my Weimer) for 14 years and we walked literally every single day, rain, snow, cold etc. We now have our 2nd Weimer and back at it again; love the exercise they provide for us!! I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

Meaning I am with the animals 24/7. I ride and train horses professionally and run a rodeo arena. I live on property and have the perfect set up to care for your furry friends. I have 4 friendly dogs on property, and the set up to crate several dogs if necessary. The arena is set on 30 acres of pasture land. So they can sniff and explore to their hearts content, including running in the fenced arenas, as well as miles of walkable roads surrounding us. We are off a state highway so safety is my biggest priority.

About: I’m a Mexican-American professional that works in Joplin, MO, but I frequent NWA area for leisure activities. I could help with basic training. Also willing to learn more training skills to help you at home. I’ve had multiple pets growing up including dogs, birds, hamsters, fish, and even hermit crabs over the years. I have a female cat of my own. Had her since she was a kitten, she was a stray and got her shots as soon as we were able too. I would greatly enjoy taking care of your pets! I know pets help reduce stress and anxiety and are very important companions for families big or small. I will do my best to treat your pets as if they were my own and give them all the love, respect, and care they deserve. I work part time in Joplin and am open about my work schedule and let you know when I would arrive at your house to care for your pet. If you agree with those times then I’ll book. I have an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a very big yard but it’s not fenced off. The neighborhood is quite and small. I have the option of walking them for long or short periods.

She’s a very high-energy dog who needs lots of attention and activity, and they gave her exactly that. it felt like Suki was on her own vacation too! 😂 They also continued working on her training and she followed thru with the commands she knows. She’s also not used to a lot of people other than family and hasn’t been boarded for several years so she was pretty whiny and clingy for the first few days but she settled in. “Ashley took great care of my two dogs at her kennel. The only thing I would mention is that I had assumed she was watching them at her house when I booked her, but it was really where she is a groomer, so the dogs were kept in a kennel except during play & potty breaks. There were several other animals there. You could tell Ashley loves animals & they did great in her care.”
