Your dog will be my main priority. I do this full time. Recently, my son moved home and has a five pound Pomapoo . Your pet must be friendly with small dogs. I walk daily and have a large fenced in yard for play. I dog sit full time. I’m generally only gone for a few hours at a time. I am willing to stay home if anxiety/ health issues develops. About: Fortunately, I was born into an animal loving family so I was blessed to have and care for animals of all kinds. Includes but not limited too: hermit crabs, gerbils, fish and more. Since birth I’ve been fascinated about learning how to care for all animals especially mammals/dogs. I’m Juanita and I grew up with my dad always saying, “if you find someone who’s not good with dogs, they're not good with people either.” I have had dogs since I have a memory, thanks to that I've always been around the good people. About: Coming from an animal loving family and already volunteering part time at the Humane Society, I just can’t get enough of walking dogs — especially big ones ! My family’s dog, a total mixed breed that we raised from a puppy, is a modest 80 lbs. Before we got him, I grew up with a border collie and a cattle dog mix, so I deal well with high energy breeds. I’m happy to take them on 2+ mile walks multiple times a day. I have always had dogs, so I have a lifetime of experience raising, training, and taking care of them. I currently work part-time as a French teacher, frequently online, so I have a lot of free time to spend with your pet. Plus, if I am staying long term at your house, my students will love to see your pet pop up on my Zoom video! I can adapt to whatever your pet needs. “Would 100% recommend her!! Our original dog sitter couldn't do watch them so we found her and she was so amazing. Very responsive and organized since day 1. She gave us daily updates, pictures, and videos. They were super happy when we brought them back and even gave tips on brushing our 7month sheepadoodle and types of joint supplements for our 12yr old. She is a certified trainer and knows how to take care of the dogs so we would trust her to watch them for a long vacation and not worry about their stress or safety.”

“My dog Taddy needed a sitter short notice for 2 weeks, when our previously scheduled sitter had to cancel due to a family emergency. Julia was fortunately available and very attentive to Taddy's issues (with him being an anxious rescue dog, with arthritis, reactivity towards other dogs, etc.). She also didn't take on another client during the 2 weeks because of Taddy's issues with other dogs. We got a picture and an update every 2-3 days while we were away. Taddy looked very comfortable and at home in the pictures. Our flight back was delayed, and we picked up Taddy close to midnight, much later than planned. Julia was v cooperative and flexible with our delay which we really appreciated.”
