About: I’ve had puppies, senior dogs for the last 30 yrs. My current dog is 14ys old. I had high maintenance cocker spaniels for 12 yrs one was a puppy mill stud with a lot of trauma. My Cat care is mostly for inside cats. I had birds and fish when I was younger I live alone and share custody of a 14 yr old bully mix. In the last 30 yrs I have had puppies, adult dogs and a puppy mill rescue with a lot of trauma , I’m within 30 miles of my home almost every day and very flexible. I work full time but less than 5 min from my home. I have a privacy fence yard, no cages or kennels. Hard wood floors. I am close to a dog park and the lake if your pet likes to travel in a vehicle and good on a leash I will take them to play
“I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea! We are new to Eureka Springs and were so worried about leaving our babies with someone new. We liked Chelsea immediately and our shy orange boy also walked right up to her during the meet and greet which is always a good sign. While we were gone (10 days out of the country), Chelsea was so loving with our cats and provided thoughtful updates with photos and helpful info. After they first visit and update we were completely at ease for the rest of our trip and our super shy girl who I mentioned might never come out even came out for pets by the last couple of visits. Your fur baby will spend all day with me, my little boy and our 4 year old, ultra sweet border collie, piper If needed, we have a dog crate for sleeping in, but your dog is welcome to sleep in whatever arrangement he or she is used to. BIggie is the glampground pup and interacts with all of the Airbnb guest pets with no problems whatsoever and they typically fall in love with him and bring him inside at night, although he prefers to have the run of the place outside all day and he won’t come in until he’s ready!!!
About: I’m a Mexican-American professional that works in Joplin, MO, but I frequent NWA area for leisure activities. I could help with basic training. Also willing to learn more training skills to help you at home. I’ve had multiple pets growing up including dogs, birds, hamsters, fish, and even hermit crabs over the years. I have a female cat of my own. Had her since she was a kitten, she was a stray and got her shots as soon as we were able too. I would greatly enjoy taking care of your pets! I know pets help reduce stress and anxiety and are very important companions for families big or small. I will do my best to treat your pets as if they were my own and give them all the love, respect, and care they deserve. I work part time in Joplin and am open about my work schedule and let you know when I would arrive at your house to care for your pet. If you agree with those times then I’ll book. I have an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a very big yard but it’s not fenced off. The neighborhood is quite and small. I have the option of walking them for long or short periods.
