About: I volunteer at the APA animal shelter where I walk and play with all types of dogs. I have also taken care of a wide variety of animals including lizards, fish, kittens (2 weeks old), puppies, and turtles! About: I’ve been dealing with animals literally my whole life. I went to a technical school and I worked at a doggy daycare for 4yrs.Dogs are my passion/therapy. About: I’ve had a dog (my Bestfriend) my whole life but she is unable to walk anymore. I want to relive those moments with other dogs while making other families happy and get away from the chaos in and delight of having a dog. I walk several miles a day with my own dog, so regular walks and exercise are already an important part of my routine. I always tailor my care to each pet's individual needs and their owner's routine. Whether I am caring for pets in my client's home or providing drop in visits and walks, I prioritize keeping their schedule as consistent as possible. This includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, administering medications if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. For dogs, I ensure they receive appropriate exercise, enrichment, and bathroom breaks. For cats, I focus on maintaining a clean litter box and respecting each cat's comfort level and personality.

He's a high-energy adolescent shepherd mix, so I'm always grateful when I find someone who really understands dogs and is thoughtful about introductions, play, and group dynamics.
