About: I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, pigs, sheep, and cows, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I currently have a dog named Sharon, whom I originally fostered along with her five puppies for eight weeks - an experience that gave me plenty of hands on experience caring for puppies and dogs with different needs and personalities. Many of my closest friendships were built around our shared love of dogs, and we’ve regularly helped care for each other’s pets over the years. About: As a child, I grew up with having a cat as a pet. I love them so much, but remember begging my parent for a dog for many years. (Currently my boyfriend is allergic to cats so looks like we’re officially dog people) We finally got a family dog when I was 15, a giant sweetheart, St. Bernard named Rocky. I got my first (full responsibility) dog with my high school boyfriend at 17, a big headed, gentle giant Blue Nose Pitbull. And I adopted my soul dog at 19, our stubborn, loving stinky boy, Tyson! We spend the last 15 year together and he went across the rainbow bridge last year. I was so lucky to have my 80 lb boxer pitbull live as much life as he did by my side. As a 34 year old who is pet-less for the 1st time in forever, I’m here to share my love for animals in my spare time with your sweet babies! My schedule changes frequently. Weekdays are usually best for my availability for walks. Weekends are optional for over night care, but I will be working so they need to be house or crate trained. I have a fenced yard shared with a duplex that has no other animals. There are lots of squirrels and bunnies in my area, but otherwise your furry friend will have the whole yard to theirselves! I grew up on a small farm, and because of that I've had a lot of experience with various medical needs, and I know how to give medications orally. I've potty trained and raised several dogs and cats, and I have developed the patience of a saint because of it. I look forward to working with you and your furry family members!
About: I have a 5 year old 100lb staffordshire terrier named Kaido that I raised and trained since he was 6 weeks old. I crate trained, house trained, recall trained, socialized, and lead trained him myself. I have also Kaido to help work with other dogs that are not well socialized or have anxiety issues. I am currently working two part time jobs as a research coordinator so I am typically able to be flexible with whatever schedule is requested. While my apartment does not have a fenced yard, I do have a large dog crate if needed and have knowledge of many dog parks and trails in the St Louis area.

About: Hi! My name is Maria and I live in St. Louis with my dog, Aviva. I love animals and have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats through personal pet ownership as well as petsitting for others. I enjoy providing pets with the attention, exercise, and care they need to feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. As a remote worker, I enjoy having a reason to get out of the house and stay active. I walk several miles a day with my own dog, so regular walks and exercise are already an important part of my routine. Whether I am caring for pets in my client's home or providing drop in visits and walks, I prioritize keeping their schedule as consistent as possible. This includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, administering medications if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. For dogs, I ensure they receive appropriate exercise, enrichment, and bathroom breaks. For cats, I focus on maintaining a clean litter box and respecting each cat's comfort level and personality.
