About: I have cared for pets all my life. I have always had a dog or 2 in my house that are spoiled and had me well trained. I owned a dog boarding, daycare, and grooming business in Ozark for 8 years.. I retired about four years ago. Since I am retired, I am home most of the day, except for a few errands to run occasionally. I live alone with two senior dogs who get along with most other animals. There are no children in the house. My home is all one level, with a fully fenced backyard. Fur babies cared for in my home have free run of the house, are allowed to be on the furniture, (unless the owner request differently). I am capable of crating your loved one if they are already crate trained… Your fur babies will get lots of love and ear scratches. I’m experienced in various diets and food prep along with medication’s, including injections.

I have recently retired and am looking for something gratifying to help other Dog owners with the care of their pet! About: I use to run a ranch full of all sorts of animals, and was basically the vet there as well as a horse trainer. I currently have 4 dogs and a cat . I love to see new animal friends and visit with them and see how happy they get when going for a walk or just throwing the ball. I'm athletic and go for mountain bike rides with my dogs and go on hikes as well, also am strong enough for those pups that like to pull. About: Hello and welcome to our little side of dog paradise! I will need a meet and greet before I can commit to any extent of stay. All dogs must be current on shots and show no symptoms of infection or intestinal issues. Charlie, my last dog was a dachshund, she was not a good social fit for most dogs and we were very limited in taking her or leaving her with anybody. I loved her dearly but she was a total pill! Dottie our new cattle dog mix is just wonderful with other dogs, and because she loves to play...here we are on this site! Dottie is such a great host to all dogs in our house I thought why not? I work from home and also have times where I need to be gone but never for more than 3 hours at a time. I will never book if I am too busy to be a good dog parent. That is a promise. I have a flexible schedule that I am in charge of at all times. I would like to see a complete profile with photos to consider a booking. I am not looking to make this my primary business and only want to cater to the right pets that fit our life. I am not a dog trainer but do love them dearly when they are in my care. A good fit for us is a typical fun loving dog that likes everybody and wants to play and walk. I do believe another good fit would be the super lazy or old pet that just likes to lay around or be petted. I am all about them. They need to be house trained crate trained is a plus. I can’t take any aggressive tendencies toward kids, cats or other dogs. I would also like to avoid dogs that have intense anxiety or tend to be destructive. If our home sounds like a good fit reach out! Our days start early at 6:00am Monday-Friday, the weekends depend on our Schedule. I Have a nice house in an awesome south east Springfield neighborhood, It comes with a wood 6ft privacy fence. I have a 9 year old kid who loves pets as well. We have Felix, a 3 year old male tabby who comes in and out on his own free will at all times of the day. He is indifferent to dogs, doesn't want to hang out with them but not going to bite or attack anybody. He is a good boy. Dottie is our new adopted dog. We got her from care rescue shelter in August 2025 to foster and eventually sealed the deal for keeps. She is a lovely little creature that loves to play and run around the backyard with her other dog buddies. Dottie has a crate and we still use it at times but she is pretty well allowed to roam around. She is crate trained and potty trained. Basically I am pretty easy dog mamma. If they need rest, they get it. If they want to play and run they can. They come in and out when they want. That's how we roll at our house.

I love to see new animal friends and visit with them and see how happy they get when going for a walk or just throwing the ball. I'm athletic and go for mountain bike rides with my dogs and go on hikes as well, also am strong enough for those pups that like to pull. My favorite part of the day is being around my pets and family. I am a stay at home mom who homeschools my child so it can be great to go for walks with pets and get outside. I will care for the pets by loving them and listening to the owners requests . My pets get treats sometimes and outdoor play everyday as well as walks ,weather permitting of course.when it's cold outside we tend to just snuggle up on the couch next to a fire.
About: I have taken care of many kinds of pets ever since I was 10 years old. I have experience giving baths, giving medication, leash walking, post surgery care and scheduled feeding times. I am currently working full time but have free time on the weekends to stop in or take your precious fur babies on a walk.
