Personalized care for your dog or cat - South Fork

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve spent over 15 years caring for pets of all ages, sizes, breeds, and personalities. I have experience with puppies, seniors, special needs pets, medications, and pets who need extra patience and attention. I have also successfully performed CPR in emergency situations. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cared for like they are my own. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine and personality so I can provide the best care possible, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am used to planning my day around the needs of animals, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication, playtime, and providing companionship. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, patience, and care throughout the day. Whether it’s checking in on a pet, taking them for walks, or spending quality time with them, I enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I provide pet care based on each animal’s individual needs, routine, and personality. In my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment where pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely to maintain the pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and any special care needs. I believe keeping pets comfortable in their familiar routine helps reduce stress and allows them to feel secure while their owners are away.

“Laurel came through again! She not only looked out for the cat, but took care of plants and mail as well. She started on short notice and extended when my return was delayed. Very glad I have Laurel to take care of my cat.”

Robert S.

“She did an amazing job with all my animals. She was there on time to check up on them and followed all instructions for them. The pictures sent and communication was spot on. My cats can be very skittish around new people but they took to her well. I will definitely be using her again and will be one of my first to call when I need a sitter or a dog walker.”

Camille P.

“Denise was exceptional! She communicated so efficiently and made me feel at ease knowing my pets were well taken care of while I was away.”

Amanda M.

“Laurel took great care of our senior yorkie. He can't see or hear so great any longer and just wants to sleep all day. She was very patient and able to get him to take walks with her. She kept us updated through pictures and texts which helped us enjoy our day away more. Bentley slept so much better after spending time with Laurel. We will definitely use her services any time we need to leave Bentley home in the future.”

Brenda S.

“She's already been a great dog walker and I'm excited for her to continue! She's great at communicating and sending updates and always brings back a very happily exhausted dog”

Lara P.

“Denise is a wonderful, kind, energetic dog walker that is especially caring to the dog and dog owner. I have worked with her for over a year and a half and she has been so awesome and caring and goes out her way! Highly recommended!!!!”
