About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and currently care for my own pets, including a Great Dane, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. About: You know what I like about people? Their dogs. While it's not "formal' I do have all the experience of someone who has grown up with pets their entire lives. Mostly (big) dogs but also cats, ducks, chickens, geese, donkey, parakeet, ferrets, several rats (my fav!), turtles, and fish. So as long as it's not a bug I'm totally into it! 🙂 I am capable of bathing, nail clipping, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, etc. I have 2 children. One school age, the other is a year. They don't call them man's best friend for nothing. Most of my dogs have been large dogs (Great Danes and Labs). But I have also lived with small dogs. About: You know what I like about people? Their dogs. While it's not "formal' I do have all the experience of someone who has grown up with pets their entire lives. Mostly (big) dogs but also cats, ducks, chickens, geese, donkey, parakeet, ferrets, several rats (my fav!), turtles, and fish. So as long as it's not a bug I'm totally into it! 🙂 I am capable of bathing, nail clipping, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, etc. I have 2 children. One school age, the other is a year. My days are spent caring for them. My oldest is about to start school for the year so I will have plenty of extra time. We love animals and have 2 dogs of our own. Learning how to care for and RESPECT our animal friends is very important to us. Setting boundaries and learning what behaviors are acceptable and which are not is an important part of teaching children about and how to care for pets.
