About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and currently care for my own pets, including a Great Dane, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I understand that every pet has different needs, whether that’s high energy playtime, slow walks for senior dogs, sticking to feeding and medication schedules, or simply giving them extra attention and comfort while their owners are away. I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and attentive to details so pet parents can feel confident their pets are safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m also comfortable with basic puppy routines, reinforcing good habits, and providing calm, gentle care for anxious or older pets. My goal is always to make pets feel as comfortable and at home as possible. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, but I do have an hour lunch break each day. For pets local to the Jefferson City area, I’m often available during lunch for potty breaks, walks, feeding, medication, check-ins, or just some extra love and attention during the day. Outside of work hours, I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care depending on availability. About: Growing up on 2,500 acre farm, I have been around a variety of animals all my life but my heart has always belonged to dogs. I have never not had a dog in my life as I grew up with Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and Weimaraner's. I also have been around a variety of other breeds such as German Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, Yorkies, Corgi’s, Great Danes, and Border Collies. They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese. I was able to get home safely and my husband did not have to drive in to do that for me. I highly recommend Christine if you are looking for play dates for your pup. My first German Shepherd, Joe, and my small dog, Lulu, taught me early the importance of love, care, and respect for pets. I provide companionship, exercise, and mental stimulation so pets are happy and healthy while their owners are away. I love pampering animals and preparing healthy treats approved by their owners. I make homemade snacks, including collagen, chicken feet, and beef bones with vegetables, all 100% natural. After my German Shepherd Joe passed away due to a serious illness, I began preparing natural meals combined with dry food for Jack, my current Shepherd. I have taken care of pets who have medication needs and environment needs (scared of thunder and such.) I work for myself, so I am able to work around my work hours accordingly and easily to provide the care that is needed for my clients. My care is adaptive to each pet family's needs and home. I am an observant person and pay attention to the details while caring for pets. “Jaime was great to work with and was great with our dog Ollie. This was our first experience with Rover and it worked great. Ollie is an older dog so he had a bit more challenges than we had foreseen and Jaime was great and patient with him. It was greatly appreciated and we think going forward it may be best to have Ollie stay at home with a schedule to visit our home and walk him.”
