“Pugsley is always well cared for and happy! He gets along well with their dogs and family and makes himself at home! We are so very grateful for them and the good care he receives!”

“My doggie had the BEST time! They texted, sent pictures, and kept me updated! They were so chill and just absolutely amazing! Seriously won’t leave my pup with anyone else!”

“We were so nervous to leave Emmett for the 1st time. We knew a regular kennel wasn’t a right fit . Laura and her family took Emmett in and loved him like their own pup. We loved the frequent pictures for updates. Playing in the fenced in back yard. Sleeping at Laura’s feet while she worked and walk outsides .Laura had great communication the whole week. I will definitely be using her again. Thanks Laura for making this a great experience for us and Emmett.”

“I've had very good luck with sitters on Rover. We've never had one we didn't like, but our experience with Catlyn was above and beyond. Our dog was treated like part of the family and had a great time spending a week with Catlyn's dogs and being a part of her family. I will never feel bad about leaving our dog with a sitter if she is in Catlyn's hands. She is also great at communicating and sending updates with photos and video. Highly recommend.”

“Victoria and her son are fabulous doggy caregivers! I left my 2 dogs in their care for a week while my family was on vacation. The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”

“Thank you to Stephanie and Kyle for taking such wonderful care of Mooncake! They truly treated him like one of their own, and it was clear through Stephanie's many detailed and fun updates that he was having the time of his life with them in their home. It's a testament to how attentive and caring Stephanie and Kyle are that I never felt a moment of concern or hesitation during his stay. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful!”

“Alicen, is great our lab felt right at home. Will be using Alicen again in the future, very timely on responses, and able to work with you on drop-off and pick up times. Highly recommend.”

“Haley was an outstanding host and our pup had the best time! She even made the dogs a Thanksgiving meal (dog-friendly of course) for the holiday. This truly was a 5-star experience.”

“Erin did a great job taking care of my puppy for the weekend! When I went to drop Lottie off she brought her dog down so that they could meet on neutral territory, which was really nice and during the weekend she text me updates and pics every day. I liked that she only took one pet at a time in addition to hers, that made me feel much safer leaving my puppy there. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!”

“Jennifer was amazing with my senior dog from the minute I dropped her off. She took the time to ask questions about Ellie and made both of us (myself and the dog) feel comfortable about leaving her. I received pictures in the afternoon to let me know she had settled in well and more pics in the evening to show me what she did during the day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely check with Jennifer next time I need to leave my baby.”

“Lisa and her husband took care of our little girl for about 10 days. It’s always nerve racking leaving your baby with new people for that long. They were amazing!!! They would send pics/videos and text updates often but not too much. Dolce was well cared for and would absolutely use them again.”

“Jennifer was great! My cat had some issues with anxiety and going outside the litter box and she was very communicative about what was happening, going above and beyond expectations to help. I came home early and we were able to catch the UTI before it developed.”

About: I've always loved animals ever since I was a little girl. Since the age of 9 I've been around all kinds of animals besides dogs and cats. Like birds and reptiles that kinda thing. When I do pet sit for someone I usually try to see what the dogs or cats favorite toy or treat is. Then would go and buy a little goody bag for them, just to tell them that there a good girl or a good boy! Besides watching your pets I try to make sure to tidy up your house and to make sure it's nice before you come home. I'm also a quick learner and would help if your animal needs a certain kind of medicine or treatment. I have some experience with that already but I love to learn new things! I'm currently only working weekends part time. It's just not enough for me and since I love animals why not be a pet sitter or just your everyday dog walker. I try my very best to get to know your pet as much as possible. More like I'll treat your pet like how I treat my own. For an example if they have allergies I'll make a quick note and make sure that I don't give them anything there not supposed to have.
“they always do a great job of visiting my kitties when i’m out of town! karisa and emily are very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. they are definitely some of my favorite people to book when i go on trips.”

About: Hi! I’m a huuuuuuge animal lover, especially dogs. I have had dogs my entire life and am very accustomed to all kinds of different doggy personalities (and love em all!) I have experience caring for a variety of animals; including treating wounds, feeding, basic grooming, walks and basic puppy training (going potty, sit etc) Message me! i love animals so i can make time for this “side hustle” any time! i have an open and / or flexible schedule most days vigilante supervision, attention to owners instructions, keeping animals either fenced or in a harness. being mindful of some of the risks involved in certain scenarios.

I have a few furry felines and dogs that I already help take care of.. I have cared for small to medium size dogs in the past and grew up with a house full of pets. Including but not limited to dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, foul/birds, and minimal farm animals. However, every fur buddy or man’s best friend is unique. Let’s communicate on the needs or preferences for your special furry family member and see if I can accommodate. I appreciate your careful consideration. About: My home is a dog lover's dream — two friendly dogs already live here and are always ready to make new friends. We have a fully fenced backyard (please make sure your pets are on flea and tick medicine as ticks have been bad this year), loads of indestructible toys (thanks, BarkBox!), and an open-door policy between inside and out, so your pup can roam, play, and lounge whenever they please. I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. Since I work from home full-time, I'm always present — whether that's taking a mid-morning break to play in the backyard, keeping an eye on the pack while I'm at my desk, or just being available if anyone needs a cuddle or a quick romp outside. My own two dogs set the rhythm of the day — morning energy bursts, afternoon lounging, outdoor time whenever the mood strikes. Guest dogs just fold right into that routine. There's always someone to play with, always a sunny spot to nap in, and always a human nearby. My home is set up to be as dog-friendly as possible. The backyard is fully fenced, so dogs have safe, free access to outdoor space all day long — no leash required for backyard time. Inside, they're treated like family: furniture is fair game, the bed is open, and there are plenty of indestructible toys to keep them entertained. With two resident dogs already in the mix, guest dogs are never bored or lonely. There's always a playmate available, and I'm always nearby since I work from home full-time. I keep a close eye on group dynamics to make sure everyone is comfortable and playing nicely. I aim to keep routines as close to what your dog is used to as possible — feeding schedules, rest time, outdoor play — so the transition feels easy and low-stress for them. My goal is simple: your dog goes home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit.

“A great and safe home for your wee doggie. Ximena has two adorable and sweet doggies, a pug and a chihuahua. Ximena’s family are very friendly and helpful. You’ll feel like your doggie’s going to have a fun and safe day at Ximena’s house!”

“Catlyn was fantastic. My sometimes nervous dog seemed comfortable because of how Catlyn eased her into the new environment. Kallie took her time to sniff everything in the house and yard but Catlyn’s easy attitude let Kallie feel comfortable exploring. Her dogs were sweet and Catlyn takes care to be sure all the dogs are getting along or if she needs to separate them. Her yard and home are lovely and she is too. I would recommend Catlyn as a great choice.”

About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.

“Great experience! Shannon and her husband are great and are obviously pet lovers! We have a nervous doggie and Shannon sent pics and updates. Will totally request them again!”

“Christine, and her dog Daisy, make Fawn's day each Tuesday. Fawn loves going there and absolutely goes bonkers when we pull up to their house. But today, Christine went above and beyond for me. My car told me I had a low tire. And it was really low. I told her my husband would be there to air it up. She jumped in and got an air compressor from her garage and aired my tire. I was able to get home safely and my husband did not have to drive in to do that for me. I highly recommend Christine if you are looking for play dates for your pup. And Daisy loves having friends over.”

“Jennifer and James were such a God-send when Spenser and I were getting married last week!! Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. We've never had to turn to Rover for dog sitting, usually we have family do it (obviously not an option when the whole family and friend-crew is at the wedding), but now that we know how amazing James and Jennifer are, we are forever grateful and liable to ask for their help again! Thanks SO much!!”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have never thought of them as “just pets”, they're family! I've raised both a Beagle and a French Bulldog from puppyhood and have experience caring for senior dogs as well. I love getting to know each dog's unique personality, whether they're energetic and playful or happy to spend the day snuggled up on the couch. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust when you're away. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and cared for while giving you peace of mind. I'm a stay-at-home mom and work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pup attention, playtime, walks, and lots of love. Your dog's happiness and safety will always be my priority. We even have a separate room available for them who would feel more comfortable having their own quiet space while staying with us. My family recently moved to Missouri from Hawaii, where I had the opportunity to care for many wonderful dogs. I truly enjoy being around animals and would love to treat your furry family member like one of my own. For me, the pet care including my dog is the most priority in my life. I’m currently working as a freelance so my schedule is very flexible! I can definitely change my schedule to suit to your request, please feel free to let me know! I will pay my FULL attention to our dogs all the time, and if you have any requests I’d love to do anything you and your dog will love! Your pets' happiness and safety will always be my priority. We even have a separate room available for them who would feel more comfortable having their own quiet space while staying with us.

No animal is left unattended and is always safe in my care. I always go out of my way to make my home feel like there own.

“Jennifer was great with Merle! She was available right away when I found out I needed a dog walker and responded within minutes. She was literally there within an hour. I really appreciate her being accommodating and taking my furbaby for a walk on such short notice. He had a great time and she sent me cute pictures of him on campus :)”

“Jessica is absolutely incredible! She took care of our baby two weekends in a row, the second weekend being pretty last minute. She was super accommodating to having him at last minutes notice. She sends lots of pictures each day and made sure he was happy at all times. Being COVID pup parents, we wanted to make sure he was in the best hands and she delivered 10/10 times! With her watching many dogs during the day, Stetson came back so tired and so happy from weekends of playing! Will book her anytime we need help in the Columbia Area. I can't recommend her enough!”

“Samantha was great at communicating and taking pictures while we were gone. She spent extra time comforting Pilgrim during the 4th of July celebrations. Would definitely use again!”

“Dani did a fantastic job with our pup Winnie! Our original sitter cancelled on the day of our trip and Dani saved the day for us! We had good communication and pictures while we gone and Winnie came back a happy and tired dog. Wi highly recommend Dani and we would use her again without hesitation.”

“If you are on the fence, go ahead and choose Megan. She’s the best option. She is a trainer already, so she is knowledgeable and she is very experienced with housing dogs. My Banjo really likes being there. He’s well cared for. And Megan understands how to interact with my obnoxious boy.”
