Cat caregivers near you - Pine Lawn

About: Thats what they always ask. Why aren’t you a better cat? I’ve only own my giant orange Galileo for his 14 years but he has taught me so much more than every other critter I have had the pleasure of meeting. Cats are absolutely the master of their own worlds. Sometimes that’s glued right to your side and sometimes that’s in a far-away cat tree but they are their own beings who make their own decisions. I am very grateful to have had every experience I’ve gotten with every cat I’ve met. Including, a 19yo in her final months, a few kittens just learning how to get around in the world, and the most bonkers critters just having a grand ole time making chaos. Not only will you teach me about your cat but your cat will teach me about how to enter their environment. I promise to learn, listen, and complete any ritual that’s needed before dinner is served.
“Sara has been so helpful, communicative and wonderful! She was extra patient with our grumpy old man =) We highly recommend Sara for your pet sitting or drop in needs! Can’t wait to have her back in the future. Thanks Sara!”

“Emma has been absolutely amazing so far! She is taking care of our two Siberian kitties and treating them as if they were her own. She sends us pics and reports. We are in the hospital having our first baby and she had made leaving our kitty babies at home so much easier. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using her in the future for any cat care needs!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and grew up caring for them daily. I’ve raised a puppy and currently have a well-trained dog of my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies to calm seniors. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I’m currently working part-time but am available most days during the week and can be flexible with scheduling as needed for pet care and walks. I prioritize safety and trust in every visit. I follow owner instructions closely, keep dogs on-leash during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and ensure pets are never left unattended. In a client’s home, I respect their space, maintain cleanliness, and make sure pets are comfortable, secure, and cared for the entire time.
“Murphy took to Jolene the minute she sat down for our Meet & Greet. That's a rare response for him as he's usually shy about meeting new people. I could see from the photos she so kindly sent me while I was away, that they became friends right away. Jolene was also very accommodating as I realized a slight change to our schedule would work better for me. She didn't hesitate when I asked her to modify the plan a bit at the last minute. It's an enormous relief to know that when I do need to leave my goofy cat again, there's already someone out there who 'gets him, and cares about his well being. I can highly recommend Jolene if you are looking for a reliable, gracious, thoughtful, pet sitter. I myself plan to call on her again the next time I need to go out of town.”

“Hope took wonderful care of our two kitties over Spring Break! She sent regular updates with videos of playtime and communicated everything we needed to know so we could just relax & enjoy vacation. She is awesome.”

“Jacqueline was great with Momo! She was quick to respond to my messages over the holidays and attentive when following Momo’s specific meal routine.”

“I came home to a happy and healthy kitty!!!!!! Taylor was very easy to communicate with and it was so great to know my cat was being taken great care of while I was away!!!!!!”

“Mae was extremely communicative and definitely went above and beyond when caring for my three kitties! They fed, played with, and made sure boxes were clean for my babies. My cats looked very happy in the photos they sent, which was much appreciated. I would definitely book again!”

“Natalie did a wonderful job watching our cats while we were out of the country for a week. She was incredibly communicative and sent lots of pictures and video. Our house was left in perfect shape and I know the kitties enjoyed hanging out with her!”

“Alex is great! Communication/updates were amazing, all of my babies were well taken care of. Gave me so much peace knowing I could focus on my trip instead of worrying about my pets and home. Thank you Alex!”

“Christina is GREAT! She treats my dog so well. She’s also very good with my cat. She goes above and beyond when taking care of my babies for me. It’s nice to know that when I can’t be with them that someone is showing them such great care.”

“Quia cares about her customers and our fur babies. She came down to our car to check on my daughter because we had lost our other cat a few months ago. Such compassion 🥰”

About: I have had animals in my house since I was a child. My cats act more like dogs and love to play and have fun yet they can still be calm and cuddly. I would love to create memories with your pets as well! I currenlty spend 3 days working from and can be there for your pet when they need me. They are also able to keep me company as I watch movies or binge tv shows. They are always allowed a cuddle to sleep or a cuddle on the couch. I have a fenced in yard but can also have your dog leashed and taken on a walk or tethered in the yard. They will always have access to food and water and are fed on whatever schedule you would like them to be fed on. Playtime is also my favorite. I have a lot of open space in my home and have a room where they would be able to go if they prefer to not be around other animals.
“Brooklyn was the best cat sitter!! I was super nervous to leave my two kittens for two weeks and she made me feel completely at ease. She sent great photos and updates each day. My two kittens seemed to really love her. She even offered to water my plants! I asked her to open my kittens advent calendars and stockings at Christmas time and she was so great about it haha!! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!”

About: I’ve been dealing with animals literally my whole life. I went to a technical school and I worked at a doggy daycare for 4yrs.Dogs are my passion/therapy. Im trying to save up enough to continue my education. I’m currently working as a part time dog groomer Mondays/Fridays, a little busier after holidays . I’m still available to do check ins every 2-4hrs for potty breaks on those days. My home is very spacious, plus I have a dog park within walking distance. I prefer dogs that’s kid friendly as I do have a toddler.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 6 from my personal pets to my aunts or neighbors I’ve always cared for and adored animals. Caring for pets isn’t just “checking in” to me — it’s making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and understood while you’re away. I specialize in working with cats (especially shy, anxious, or independent ones who don’t warm up to everyone), but I also provide loving, attentive care for dogs of all sizes and personalities. With my background as a licensed pharmacy technician, I bring an extra level of attention to detail when it comes to medications, routines, and noticing small changes in behavior. Whether your pet needs basic care or a little extra support, I’ve got it covered. I also keep a small pet supply inventory on hand — so if you’re busy or forget something (food, litter, treats, etc.), I can help without it turning into a stressful situation. You’ll always get consistent updates, photos, and honest communication so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I treat every pet like they’re my own — with patience, structure, and a lot of love. I am currently a stay at home mom, so your pets can get most of my undivided attention from me and my daughter who also adores animals. I do not have a fenced yard, but i have a big back and front yard definitely enough space for any pet to enjoy! I let my daughter play out there while I watch.
“Pickup and droppoff was easy. From the beginning she handled Ace with care. Once we got home he laid down which is great because I asked if she could get some of his energy out and she definitely did. She also kept me updated throughout the day which I did appreciate. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Ashlie and Phillip were great with my pup! Excellent communication both before and during our stay. Their home is a perfect environment for any dog who loves getting lots of attention and outdoor play.”

“Isa was great for daycare for our puppy!! We were visiting St. Louis and she took great care of our puppy while we were exploring for the day. She was very responsive and sent updates throughout the day which we loved. We would absolutely recommend her and use her again when we are back in St. Louis!”

About: I have cared for pets throughout my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ducks, and cockatiels. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and am comfortable meeting your pet at whatever stage of life they are in. Please rest assured, your pet will be well taken care of and living their best life. I work in marketing for the pet industry, which enables me to work from home and maintain a flexible schedule. I am a morning person, so taking a walk in the morning is often more enjoyable for me than for the dogs. I strive to be attentive to the well-being of pets both inside and outside, focusing on their nutrition, training, socialization, and overall care. I have two 10-lb Goldendoodles, Pepita and Miso, who are very social and have a nurturing yet playful spirit. Our goal is to prioritize the best interests of your pet, recognizing that each pet has unique needs and requires individual attention and care while their loved ones are away.
“Walter and his wife have been so great with my dog! Kenai loves going over there for the day. They have made Kenai a welcome member in their home and even take him out for walks. They’re also understanding of my changing schedule when it comes to early drop offs and different pickup times. I really appreciate them!”

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Pine Lawn

About: Hi! Thanks for looking at my profile. I’m Karah. I first began pet/house sitting when I was living in Ecuador in 2012. I am well practiced with dogs of all sizes, cats of many temperaments, and critters ranging from fishes to bearded dragons. I am currently working part time at a craft store. As such I can be with your critters for most of the day. Everyone will be well looked after and let out, walked, given specific care, et al. Quite frequently. I am not able to keep pets in my own home. I have my own two dogs and a cat who claims his own space.

About: In my house growing up there were many different cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, gerbils, and even a tortoise. I also have experience taking care of chickens and pigs. I love pets and I have been missing mine since I moved to St. Louis in August. I work every weekday from 10-645 so I am free after that. My weekends are open. I am totally free on most Saturdays and Sundays. I will make sure that I have all the information I need before I start watching a pet. The client's contact, neighbors contacts, any additional necessary phone numbers, etc. I will make sure I know all I can about the pet before I am left with them.
About: I have 14 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have cats of my own and previously had dogs, so I understand the unique needs, energy levels, and personalities of both. I offer dependable dog walks while you’re at work and attentive, loving care when you’re out of town. Your pets’ safety, comfort, and routine are my priority, and I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. I work from home and make my own schedule, which allows me to be very flexible and consistent with pet care. Because of that, I’m able to fit walks, drop-ins, and extended visits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I’ve also worked remotely from clients’ homes in the past, so if your pet needs extra attention while you’re out of town, I can spend extended time there while still handling my work responsibilities. This flexibility allows me to prioritize your pet’s routine, exercise, and comfort without feeling rushed. At this time, I do not bring pets into my own home. All care is provided in my client’s home so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping their environment clean and secure. My goal is to minimize stress and make your time away as smooth as possible for both you and your pet.
About: What sets me apart is my patience, flexibility, and genuine love for animals. I understand that pets, like people, need time to warm up, so I always work on their schedule — not mine. As a mom of two college students, caring for pets fills my heart and time with purpose. I’m dependable, respectful of your home, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and understood. As a flexible part-time worker, I don’t mind driving or going the extra mile to make sure your home and pets are cared for like family I care for pets by following their normal routines as closely as possible. Whether in my home or yours, I provide a calm, loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. I take time to earn their trust, give them space when needed, and show affection when they’re ready. I handle feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions with care and attention to detail—just as I would for my own pets. My goal is to keep them happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re away.

I was a regular sitter on my neighborhood’s babysitting and pet-sitting list for years before moving to St. Louis last year. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and take pride in being reliable, attentive, and making sure every pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am currently on break from college at USC so I will have plenty of time to take care of and spend time with your pets! I treat every home with respect and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for friends’ and family members’ pups of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve looked after everything from 14-week-old puppies to senior rescues. I’ve also worked with dogs who need medication, have special needs like blindness or anxiety, or just have tons of energy to burn. I approach every dog with patience, compassion, and personalized care — as if they were my own. As a full-time student with a light class schedule — just a few hours in the evenings Monday through Thursday — I’m available nearly all day, every day. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent care, timely check-ins, and plenty of attention for your pup throughout the day. When boarding dogs in my home, I provide a peaceful, dog-friendly space where your pup can relax and feel at ease. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that's perfect for regular walks and sniff breaks. I maintain a consistent routine, supervise playtime, and ensure your dog always has a cozy spot to rest — just like they would at home. Being welcomed into someone’s home to care for their pet is a responsibility I take seriously. I’m clean, respectful, and always follow care instructions closely. I create a calm, safe environment for each dog, keep communication open with regular updates, and do everything I can to make sure both you and your pup feel secure and supported.

About: I’ve had a dog (my Bestfriend) my whole life but she is unable to walk anymore. I want to relive those moments with other dogs while making other families happy and get away from the chaos in and delight of having a dog. I do have a summer job right now but I wanted to fill up my whole week so most my free days would be Sunday and Monday. I will be available some other days but it would have to be in the early mornings. I would prefer to do walking jobs or taking care of pets for a certain period of time in clients homes. I am in my parents home so it would best best if my services were done somewhere else.
“Sarah was AMAZING. We had a spontaneous day trip the pups couldn’t join, and Sarah fit them in her schedule last minute! She made time to meet them while we were home so we were all more comfortable. My timid baby hid in his bed and almost refused any walks, water, or food. Sarah was patient and knowledgeable, and was able to coerce him out and appropriately rewarded him. Her care, communication, and adorable pictures kept us from worrying about leaving our babies overnight. HIGHLY recommend!”

About: I’ve had a lot of past experience dog and cat sitting for family friends at a younger age, as well as taking care of my own pets! I’ve always loved animals and would do everything in my power to make sure you AND your animal have a great experience! 🩷 I am a full time culinary student so I am usually busy in the mornings! But I am only taking online classes this summer so I am free most days. I’ve had cats ever since I was a little girl! My cat Casper has been with me for almost 8 whole years and I’ve had Bigby for 6 months! I just absolutely love playing with animals and making sure they are as happy as they can possibly be. All my animals are spoiled little babies and I’ll do just the same for yours :)
