About: I’ve had a dog of my own since 2018, Ciri and I started when she could fit in my hand. Since then, I’ve added two more dogs to the home and it’s come in all types. I’ve dealt with them deathly sick, scared, nervous, hyper, and sleepy. I work full time at SIUC, but my friend and roommate is a retired Army veteran who spends most of his time at home. Unless something very unexpected happens, the dogs are not left alone for more than 4 hours. My house has two separately fenced in yards and I have three friendly dogs of my own and my roommate has one cat. The second meet and greet is at a basic place like a park or OUTSIDE of dog park. My schedule and routine is pretty flexible, yet still manageable and structured. My daycare hours are Mon-Fri from 8AM to 5:30PM, though I can work around your schedule only on those days. Boarding is available 7 days a week during the night with check in times anywhere 2PM to 7PM, checkouts 8AM next day unless specified otherwise (in the event I am unavailable with a week advance notice). Dog walks and dog check-ins are only Saturday evenings, various hours. BITE POLICY: I understand that accidents happen and I am equipped to handle a bite from a dog/cat as well as ensure the safety of animal to animal bites. If your pet bites me, another person or pet, I will immediately contact you with details of the event. I will report ALL bites to Rover. Depending on the situation, someone will need to pick up pet(s) within 6 hours of contact and bite. It is up to Rover to issue a refund depending on circumstances. You MUST book your request through Rover and MUST pay via Rover for them to ensure a refund. I will NOT refund if you have paid via CashApp, check, Venmo, cash, etc. if you are required to pick up your pet(s). If I assess the situation and feel it's risky to board/sit your pet I will decline future requests. NOTE: You MUST book/CONFIRM your requests via ROVER! When you send your requests to me, I will book it and you must confirm via Rover in order for me to watch your pets. Pending request will be denied of service. NOTE: Boarding is charged by the NIGHT.
