“Amanda was amazing! She did drop by visits for my 2 cats, one of which is very shy and the other is sometimes finicky with anyone who isn’t me. She was very patient with both of them and sent status updates and pictures which had the perfect amount of detail to let me know how they were doing while on vacation. She was also very responsive to messages and I never felt like I was waiting on her reply. She was well informed on taking care of animals and shows a great passion for animals as well! On top of that she went above and beyond what I needed her to do and also washed their water fountain and food bowls which I never even mentioned because I didn’t need her to do that! All in all, my cats are happy and healthy and she saved me from a couple extra chores I would’ve had to do upon returning home!”

In addition to boarding, we offer professional Training and Grooming services tailored to each dog's needs. My husband works nights and is home during the day to provide expert care and supervision for your pets. As dedicated owners of show dogs, we take pet care seriously and strive to maintain the highest standards in every aspect of our services. Our property features two fully fenced yards for play and exercise. The first is a secure 6-foot chain link and privacy-fenced potty yard, measuring approximately 20 ft x 60 ft. The second is a spacious, fully fenced double lot with rolling hills and lush grass, providing the perfect environment for your pet to run, play, and explore. *Dogs in our care must be crate trained during down time & at night. When we are not at Dog Shows or Training we are at home with our dogs. My husband works nights which means your pets will be left alone minimally. We have 2 fully fenced in yards. About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was young. When I got older and moved out on my own, I ended up getting cats too. I currently have 2 cats that live with me, one was adopted and one was a stray kitten that I found in a thunderstorm. I’ve worked at a veterinary hospital doing tasks like feeding animals, administering medication, cleaning up after them, bathing them, etc. I have also worked at a couple of dog boarding shops. So, I can handle a lot of animals at once. I’m quick on my feet, especially when animals are getting too rough with one another. This happened a lot at the doggy daycares I worked at. But I know how to break up dog fights without hurting the pups in the process because of my experience there. I have been pet sitting independently for about 5 years, and I prefer it to being in a shop. I can have a closer relationship with the pets I watch this way. I’ve raised my own dogs and cats, so I know how to take care of them. I also know the certain behaviors to look out for, whether an animal is sick or not acting normal in general. I live on about 7 acres of property. The yard is not fenced, but I can take pups out on a leash. I do have 2 cats with me full-time but they’re very friendly. I also live in a split house, so I could separate them if needed. I’m also very used to going to people’s houses to watch their pets. I work best when there is a written list of what you need done. About: My house is full of love we love all pets big and small we have chinchillas, birds, cats and my dogs and they will surely keep your pets entertained they are friendly with almost everyone and the indoor and indoor/outdoor cats have been around many dogs and other animals with no problems in addition the rodents and birds areas can be closed off so your pet has no experience with those animals to keep all pets happy and healthy. Also for pet sitting I offer multi pet family discounts because as someone with many pets I get it pet care can be expensive. I grew up on a farm so I have experience with cows, goats, rabbits, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, dogs and cats. Starting in 2020 I started my zoo as my father calls it, I have 11 animals. I started with a simple one cat and one dog. In 2023 I increased the number from 2 pets to 5 getting a Chinchilla and two cats one showing up at my front door and another surrendered to me after I friend couldn’t care for him anymore. Then in the beginning of 2025 another friend moved and couldn’t bring her birds so we took in 3 parakeets which they do better in pairs so we bought one to make it 4 and then a couple months later we were finally able to find a second chinchilla so that nether was lonely because they are also better in pairs also. Lastly number 11 I had been thinking about for awhile I always wanted a lot of dogs being a big dog person so my 11th pet we got at the beginning of 2026 she is a 9 month old border collie. I currently work part-time in the evenings so I’m free every morning and all weekend depending on the weekend. I can also be available any day by request but my days off are always Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday. I live in a rural area with a large space for dogs to play we have a 5 year old small medium pit-terrier mix and a 6 month old border collie. I also have a variety of pets so I have knowledge on how to care for birds, rodents, fish, cats and of course dogs large and small.
