She was very professional in all of her communications with us and kept us up-to-date on our kitty, who is a rescue kitty and has some anxiety issues if left alone too long. Although kitty was shy and timid the first few days, by the end of the week she seemed comfortable with Christina staying at the house, and I appreciate her daily efforts to coax the cat out of hiding, pet her and play with her. The house was in good shape when we got home. It’s always difficult to entrust a beloved pet to a sitter for a long trip away from home, but Christina handled everything well, the kitty got along fine without issues, and I would definitely use her house-sitting services again.”
About: Ever since I was a little girl i’ve had a dog in my household. I grew up with 2 chihuahuas, and now have a boston terrier rescue, and 2 frenchtons of my own!! They are my whole world and let me tell you… they’re spoiled rotten! And i’m ready to do the same to your babies! Dogs are already part of my everyday life, so caring for them fits in very naturally. I keep a flexible schedule and I am home a lot, which means walks, feedings, playtime, and hanging out are just part of my normal day. Your dog is not being squeezed into a busy routine. They get real time, attention, and care. I am very go with the flow but also very attentive. I follow routines, pay attention to body language, and make sure pets feel comfortable and safe. I live in a super dog friendly area with nearby parks, but I always keep safety first and only do what your dog is comfortable with. So am pretty flexible watching your pet. My preference is to have your pet here in my home. I have a large fenced in back yard, dogs seem to love roaming in it! About: As someone who has loved animals since they were born, I was always the person in the neighborhood who people asked to check on their pets. And even all these years later, that still hasn’t changed. As someone who has owned dogs my entire life, I understand how important finding the right person to pet set is, so I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ve watched younger dogs who constantly want to play and have lots of energy to older dogs who just want to sleep all day. I also have experience dealing with dogs who have health issues, so don’t worry about pill time, I know all the tricks. As it’s summer now, I’m free pretty much always and would love to be able to watch your fur baby. Whether it’s just a walk around the block or a simple potty break, I promise to treat your pets like they were my own. I’m currently on summer break and don’t have a job so other then babysitting a few times a week and spending time with my family I’m all free. I already feed and look after my own pets, a sweet senior golden retriever and a silly 5 year old cat, so taking care of pets fits perfectly into my life. I have my own car that can easily fit most dogs into it, so drives to the park are an option. I’m also perfectly comfortable staying at a home for a few hours to make sure your pet doesn’t get lonely or doing just a quick check in, whatever you want. “They did an amazing job with Nymeria. She was slow to warm up at first, but they kept me updated and reassured me that she was starting to come out of her shell and get comfortable.
