About: I have owned dogs before I could even read. I have always loved dogs and have cared for a large variety of dogs, whether that be age, size, gender, or breed. I have such a love for dogs, I’ve considered becoming a dog trainer ever since I was a child. I’m not currently working, so I’m very flexible with reservations. Just let me know ahead of time and I can be very flexible with you! I remain consistent in their daily routines, especially for potty breaks. I am a huge advocate for positive reinforcement training, so I will make sure the dogs are recognized for doing good.

About: I had a cat as a child, but my experience with cats began in 2011 when I adopted a kitten whose mama gave birth to her after being rescued in the Joplin tornado. I’ve had 2 cats since then and am crazy about them ! I’d have more if my hubby would let me!

About: I have cared for and had pups and cats since I started elementary school, but I picked up the bigger responsibilities with caring for critters around age 15. I have three labs, (ages four, three and two), one cat and a fish. My two females have each had a healthy litter of ten puppies that I cared and found homes for! About: I have personally walked miles and miles with my own, very energetic Weimer. I had Cooper (my Weimer) for 14 years and we walked literally every single day, rain, snow, cold etc. We now have our 2nd Weimer and back at it again; love the exercise they provide for us!! I often walk my sisters dogs when she can’t due to health issues. I’m ready, and have my walking shoes on! I’m retired now and walking my dog keeps me moving and I love it! About: I have had dogs all my life but have been dog sitting since I was 16 years old for neighbors, family and friends. Me and my wife have a home in Joplin missouri with a huge privacy fenced back yard. Rest assured your pets will have plenty of space for play and relaxing. I am photographer and a stay at home dad! They are also kept up to date on all vaccinations and are treated for fleas using Seresto collars. We do not have any issues with bugs of any kind and are a non smoking home. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds in our home and have comfy spaces everywhere. Be prepared for plenty of update pictures! We do not use pesticides or weed killer of any kind and our yard is kept chemical free. We also keep water indoors to prevent bacteria from building up. We refresh water as needed.

The only thing I would mention is that I had assumed she was watching them at her house when I booked her, but it was really where she is a groomer, so the dogs were kept in a kennel except during play & potty breaks. There were several other animals there. You could tell Ashley loves animals & they did great in her care.”

About: We are Kate and Cameron, the proud parents of a pack of doodles living in Baxter Springs, Kansas. We would love to care for your doggo at our loving, urban dog ranch. Our house sits on a ¼ acre corner lot that is fully privacy-fenced. There is plenty of shade from mature oak trees to play under, a water trough to splash in, many toys, chickens to watch (fenced off for safety), and a dog door for full access to the house when they are ready for lounging. We live next to Kiwanis Park, which has a lovely 1.5 mile walking loop. Cameron is a long-distance runner, and can offer running sessions for our friends with higher energy needs. Kate grew up in a veterinarian's home and has logged over 100 hours training dogs for therapy in schools. We have robust knowledge of dog health and behavior and can ensure that when you return, you will find your dog safe, happy, and tired! Let us care for your dog as one of our pack! We look forward to chatting about details if this sounds like your kind of set-up. We have three dogs, so we are constantly feeding, walking, petting, or playing with somebody. I’d say pet care is the hobby we spend most of our time on. We have a privacy fenced in yard, for safety. We have a doggie door, for convenience. We are happy to have a feeding schedule, for a little peace of mind if it’s requested.
About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life and have owned and trained animals professionally for 7 years. I would love to take care of yours! I work from home on my farm, Longhorn Arena. Meaning I am with the animals 24/7. I ride and train horses professionally and run a rodeo arena. I live on property and have the perfect set up to care for your furry friends. I have 4 friendly dogs on property, and the set up to crate several dogs if necessary. The arena is set on 30 acres of pasture land. So they can sniff and explore to their hearts content, including running in the fenced arenas, as well as miles of walkable roads surrounding us. We are off a state highway so safety is my biggest priority.
