About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! I love watching both cats and dogs 🥰 I work from home and have very flexible work hours, so I have plenty of time for boarding and walking! I live in a house with a yard and have plenty of space for your pets to roam indoors! I have a medium sized yard for dogs and a house all to myself most of the time for animals to have their space! I love boarding overnight because of animal cuddles. I don't have a fence, but if your dog has a harness it won't be a problem at all!

About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

About: I have had dogs in my family since I was a child and have years of experience with various breeds. I work from home most days and happy to get active with the doggos. I have a loving a cuddly home and treat all my fur guests as family. As someone with a senior dog, I am very patient and know how to accommate the additional needs some pets may have. With my flexible work from home schedule, I am able to be home during the week, to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, cuddle, and to play. I am also available on weekends. With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I know all families have different schedules for potty and feeding times, and my schedule is flexible so I can keep your dog on track even while you are gone.

About: I’ve been the resident cat and dog sitter since I was a teen in my family and friend group. I have worked with dogs big and small, and cats of many temperaments. I have been an overnight sitter for both animals, and have experience walking, playing, following routines, and making the pets feel comfortable and loved. I have followed medication routines and given medications for both cats and dogs as well when needed, and am comfortable doing so. I am currently working part time while going to grad school, so I am back and forth from the house and able to check on any pets throughout the day. My home has plenty of space for another cat to hang out. In my home, I try to make the environment as comfortable for other pets as possible and make sure they feel safe and secure as they would in their own home. About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

Out on Walks Every walk starts with a leash check, making sure everything is properly fitted and securely attached before we hit the sidewalk. Once we're out, I stay tuned in to what's around us. If another dog comes into view and is showing signs of reactivity or just seems like a potentially stressful interaction for your pup, I'll proactively move us away and give everyone space. I won't wait to see how it plays out. A calm, uneventful walk is always the goal.

About: I have had pet dogs my whole life. My husband and I currently have one large dog that loves being around other dogs. We are constantly at the dog park or going on walks and would love to take your fury friend with us! About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was just 7 years old. My passion is caring for others. I know how to work with dogs with emotional and behavioral issues. I do have a dog and 2 cats of my own that don't get along so I have to switch out their living room social time and will ensure your animals has some social time as well. I am able to care for 3 more dogs at a time. I have a large basement with an unfinished room that I put a baby gate up for the door and I have 2 kennels. If I have 3 dogs at once I will rotate the dogs out to make sure that one does not have to stay in a kennel too long. I will ensure your doggy always has food and water available and frequent bathroom breaks with plenty of love and social time. I have a semi big yard with a 20 foot tie down lead to ensure your dog has enough room to run around but won't get away. I also have a small plastic kiddie pool I fill up for the doggies to get in and enjoy!
