About: I have had dogs almost all my life. From as early as I can remember I have enjoyed the character of dogs and how they interact with the world around them. I currently do work at home and can be pretty flexible with scheduling. I can take new appointments within a day or two. I prefer three days notice to cancel but handle all situations case by case. When caring for a beloved four-legged fur baby I treat them with the love I show my own pet companion with kindness, love, compassion, and comfort. I typically allow pets on my furniture and interact with them throughout the day. I enjoy walking with and having playtime in the yard or at a nearby dog park. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 years old, and we always had a dog or two in the house when I was growing up. This taught me responsibility and love for all dogs! I’ve taken care of many puppies, trained my own dogs from birth, and more. I tend to gravitate towards dogs and dogs tend to gravitate towards me. In my care, your dog will receive endless amounts of love and playtime between myself and my dogs, responsible care, a yard and frequent potty/food breaks, and a stress free experience for both you and your dog! I’m currently working full-time, but I am able to come home on lunch breaks Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to interact with the dogs. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, off Saturdays and Sundays. My schedule is pretty flexible so you can bet your dog will be taken care of! I have a fenced in back and front yard, and two sweet, trained, cuddly labs for your fur friend to play with (they love playing)! If I need to be away at any time, I can easily crate your dog next to my crate trained dogs. My dogs also enjoy the off leash dog parks, so if you are comfortable with it, I would take your dog to them for extra playtime! I feed my dogs twice a day, but can adjust to your dogs feeding schedule. I take my dogs out to potty about every 4 hours, but again, can adjust to your dogs potty needs. If in your home, your rules will be followed and I will only accept as long as I’m able to meet ALL of your needs. My goal is to provide a stress free home/experience for any fur friends needed!

“This was our first experience using Rover and we were so pleased! Rachel (and her husband and her beautiful Great Dane named Bixby) watched our dog for 2 weeks while we were on a trip. Our dog has anxiety issues so we wanted to meet Rachel before so that our dog could get comfortable around her. Rachel was so accommodating! We actually got to meet up twice before our trip. Rachel even welcomed us to her home so that our dog could get used to the new environment and meet the other dogs. We hung out and chat for probably an hour. I'm certain this helped our baby tremendously when we left. This was a lot of extra time Rachel put in for our doggo's wellbeing, and we are so grateful. We were concerned for our poor nervous dog, and Rachel put our minds at ease by sending us pictures and videos almost every day, with little updates. She got along with the other pups, and she looked to be having fun! Despite all of our best efforts, our pupper was clearly sad we were gone and didn't want to eat very much. She lost a bit of weight in those two weeks (which is no surprise given her separation anxiety), but based on her behavior when we picked her up, I know that Rachel and her husband did her right. They clearly earned her trust as she went up to them for cuddles, even when we were available for cuddles. That said more to me than anything else and spoke volumes as to how well our baby was cared for.”
“Trisha took great care of my dog. He had a last minute issue and needed extra care and she not only still took him in she did a great job tending to him and keeping me updated though out the weekend”
About: I care for a mini golden doodle for one year since a puppy now I care for a calico cat that’s one years old thanks. I work for KCFD and have some much extra time and would love to take care of your animals I work two days on two days off every other weekend I love playing around the house with the dogs and love going on runs and walks being outside when the weather is nice is everything
