About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, but what really sets me apart is hands-on experience actually raising and training one myself. I grew up training my German Shepherd from a young age, which taught me patience, consistency, and how to understand dog behavior, not just watch them. As a student athlete, I’m very active, so I naturally bring a lot of energy to walks, playtime, and keeping dogs engaged. At the same time, I understand that every dog is different, some need structure and training, while others need calm, gentle care, especially seniors. I also work part-time at a golf course, but I’m looking to spend more of my free time doing something I enjoy, being around dogs. About: I grew up raising and caring for dogs, gaining hands on experience with feeding,grooming, and understanding different behaviors, needs, and personalities in a loving, responsible environment. I am available during the day but I work from 1a-11a . Please note that my children may also be present at my home during the stay. I will get the extra accessories I need , due to me not having a fenced in yard,such as a leash, a harness, and toys if not provided ! I will ensure to keep your fur babies entertained!

“Nathen cared for my dog Yuki for a full week of overnight stays. Yuki came home happy, relaxed, and adjusted well, which is always my biggest priority. Communication was fairly minimal—just a few brief updates and a short video—so I would have loved a bit more detail during the stay. Nathen mentioned Yuki can be a bit jumpy/excited (which tracks—he’s a friendly, energetic dog), but overall Yuki seemed to have a positive experience. Thank you for taking care of him!”
