“This was the first time our Roxie stayed with Naji, but it will definitely not be the last! Roxie had a blast racing around with the other pups, and Naji made sure we knew how happy she was with lots of pics and videos. We highly recommend Naji!”

“Derrika was great. She took great care of our Charlie, was great with drop off and pickups, and excellent with providing updates and communication. What a blessing it is to have a safe loving home for our little guy when we’re away. Gives us great peace of mind that he’s well taken care of and loved.”

“Ziggy and Bentley LOVED their week with Lindsey and her furry kids !! I received lots of pictures of their visit which allowed me to totally relax on my vacation. I never had a problem reaching her to check on the dogs( even though I didn't need to ). I will definitely use her again and refer her to my friends !! I actually think my dogs are mad that I made them come home, lol !!!”

“Shannon was absolutely amazing with Sully! 💛 From the start, she made me feel completely at ease, and it was clear he was in the best hands. She sent daily pictures and updates, which I loved! I made it being away from him so much easier. She kept him active with walks and made sure he got plenty of playtime. Honestly, I don’t think he wanted to leave, which says everything about how much fun he had with her! I couldn’t recommend Shannon more. She’s kind, attentive, and truly treats your dog like her own. We’ll definitely be back 🐾”

“Nicole was wonderful! She provided excellent communication throughout our trip and sent photos, which gave me great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dog was well cared for, and having fun. In fact, when he came home, he cried because he missed his new friends and the environment he had grown so attached to. We couldn’t ask for a better indication of how happy and comfortable he was in her care. Highly recommend!”

“Our Remi had the best time with Sylveena and her family. We received so many pictures, updates and notes throughout the days we were gone, it was so appreciated. She even kept a mindful watch over her time outside due to the intense heat we’re experiencing. It’s obvious that Sylveena loves animals and we are so happy to have found her!”

“Olga was so great watching Zain! She was able to accommodate a last minute booking and was amazing to communicate with. She sent daily updates and I had a very happy pup waiting when I got back. He had lots of fun playing with Elsa in their spacious backyard and came home with a good report card! We will definitely look to use Olga again in the future if she’s available!”

“Cassie and Ben take such good care of our dog. It's obvious he is well cared for, given lots of attention and love. We highly recommend them.”

“Since Griffin works from home he was able to provide our pup with the human company he is used to at home. This was important for me. Griffin’s little dog was happy to share space with ours. Easy access to play in the fenced in backyard was especially nice on sunny days. Willy was well-cared for during his stay in Griffin’s home.”

“Sharon and Mike did an excellent job with our Jake. He and another dog Jackson had a great time. When we arrived to pick up Jake we were met with 4 other "wiggly butts" who were just arriving. It was hilarious! Jake was glad to be one of the pack but was glad to get home to his own domain. We trust Sharon completely. She is our go-to sitter.”

“So grateful to have found Crissy! My dog is a pretty anxious little guy and often takes awhile to warm up to new people, but he warmed up to Crissy almost immediately. He was already cuddled up on the couch with her just a few minutes after I dropped him off. Thank you Crissy for taking such good care of my boy!”

“Absolutely wonderful communication the entire three weeks I was gone for work. I didn’t have a single worry Tilly wasn’t taken care of and Tasha was incredibly communicative. She sent me pictures multiple times a day and I couldn’t of asked for more. She’s gonna be my go to.”

“Otie had a great second stay with Christine! We love seeing pictures of him while we are gone and know he is being treated so well with Christine! Thanks so much for keeping him!”

“Stephanie was quick responder and saved us from a very stressful last minute cancellation from another sitter. She sent lots of pics and updates from the weekend, putting as at ease. Would highly recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I was so anxious about leaving my girls for a week but Kristina was great! She send me pictures and gave me updates to let me know my girls were ok & they took to her quickly. I would highly recommend her.”
“Rhiannon was absolutely wonderful with Eloise, especially given it was a long stay on short notice. We so appreciated her care so we could travel knowing our sweet, high-energy girl was in great hands.”

“Bridget loves her doggie customers! She is cheerful and pleasant and detail oriented. She will keep you totally informed about your dog’s activities and their stay at her house. Our Samantha is an extremely old dog who has several needs. Bridget met everyone of them with a high degree of excellence. We totally recommend her to you. You will have no need to worry about the care your pet will receive. She’s great!”
“Mya kept us updated daily and sent us pics to show how well our dogs were doing. I appreciate the updates. It gives me peace of mind knowing that our dogs were taken care of. They enjoyed their stay, especially getting run around in the backyard. Mya was attentive and we would book with her again.”

“Merley and her family (fur babies included) were so friendly, kind, and loving to our Leo; he wanted to stay and play :) We loved that Merley was quick to respond to messages, sent photos and a video, and that she and her family loved Leo like he was their own. We’re from out of town, but if we lived here, we would definitely be a repeat client.”

“Amanda, did such a great job! She made me feel at ease leaving my boys (2 cats) for a week with plenty of updates and pictures. Her descriptions gave a play by play of what my cats were up to during her visits and perfectly captured my cats personalities. Made me feel like she really understood them! One of my boys needs daily eye drops and monitoring of bathrooms habits and she was able to administer the drops and was willing to pay attention to litter deposits! Thank you, Amanda!”

“Jacki took such good care of our cats while we were gone. She is so thoughtful and also brought in our mail and packages that came. We would definitely work with her again!”

“Connie is great with my sole cat, and he appreciates her very much! Connie is communicative and a great sitter and we appreciate her bunches. Would recommend to anyone in Raytown and beyond.”

“Rachel was the perfect fit for my cat Ruthie! She connected right away with her. I love the report card details of observations Rachel made as well as the photos or Ruthie I received from her while I was away. I would highly recommend Rachel and Rover in general. What a wonderful service they provide with wonderful caregivers!”

About: I've taken care of three cats at the same time with only one litter box 🥹. I very much understand what it means to intrude on a cat's space or how patient you have to be to gain certain cats' trust - along with the bite and scratch marks it may take to get there.

“Kate was amazing. Our kitties were well taken care of while we were away on vacation. She left a nice thank you note for when we got back and was very friendly and professional to work with. Would book again.”

“Kodiak was the best! They were super reliable, sent us updates and photos every day, and took great care of our kitties. It was really nice not having to worry when we were gone! When we got home there was a handwritten card and toys left for our cats, that was such a thoughtful touch and honestly made our day. We’d absolutely rebook and would recommend them to anyone! :)”

“Caitlin was wonderful! She sent pics everyday. She played with my furry girls from toys in their toy box! I really appreciated the time and connectivity she spent with my pets. Definitely going to call on her again!”

“Very happy to have Michaela come check on all 4 of my cats, in fact I now have her come spend a full hour a day with them instead of the half hour I use to have her do. She does a great job.”

About: I grew up with cats and am happy to provide them a safe and secure place while they stay with me. I have a dedicated cat room, where food and litter boxes are safe and where cats can feel comfortable if they need their own space. I love to see a cats playful side, but am happy to let them warm-up at their own pace.

“Naji watched our 3yr old weimeraner for an evening while we went to a wedding. She let us bring him over the day before for a ‘meet and greet’ with her dogs which was so helpful for us to see how they would interact. I also appreciated that she sent a few photos while we were gone. ☺️”

“As a new travel nurse to the area, it’s important for me to find a sitter that meshes well with my dog who has separation anxiety. Caitlin was wonderful with my boy, provided updates, and I came home a happy/tired pup! Until next time, thank you Caitlin.”
About: I have had dogs in my family since I was a child and have years of experience with various breeds. I work from home most days and happy to get active with the doggos. I have a loving a cuddly home and treat all my fur guests as family. As someone with a senior dog, I am very patient and know how to accommate the additional needs some pets may have. With my flexible work from home schedule, I am able to be home during the week, to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, cuddle, and to play. I am also available on weekends. With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I know all families have different schedules for potty and feeding times, and my schedule is flexible so I can keep your dog on track even while you are gone.
“Derrika is FANTASTIC!!! She and her family are so incredibly friendly, kind and warm hearted. On the first day that Yogi (my doggo) was there he warmed up immediately - this was so easy for him as he knows & trusts great people. I got several lovely pictures - one of which was Yogi on her couch resting his head on her son’s legs. Yogi doesn’t do this unless he is very chill. You & your doggo will be grateful that you found her!!”

About: Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m a passionate and caring pet lover with a knack for making pets feel at home. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, I’m here to ensure your pets get all the attention and love they need while you're away. Can’t wait to meet your furry family members!" I have a 3 year Goldendoodle (Hunter) and we are very active! Walks, cuddles, playing ball in the back yard and watching the world go by out or our big front window make the world go round. I have a fenced yard, doggy door and a cute little 3 year old Goldendoodle, named Hunter, to keep your pup company and active while you're away.

About: Hi, I'm the person your pet has been waiting for! I've had fur babies in my family my whole life, so I'm fluent in barks, meows, zoomies, and the very specific 3am guinea pig squeaking situation. Currently mom to a rescued German Shepherd mix who thinks he runs the house (he does), a bonded pair of cats who tolerate him, and a rescued guinea pig who is, frankly, the most dramatic member of the family. I have volunteered with KC Pet Project because animals don't just deserve survival, they deserve champions, and completed their dog and cat care training. Whether your pup needs a solid walk, your kitty needs lap time and laser pointer therapy, I've got you covered with love, patience, and an endless supply of baby talk. Your pet's comfort and safety is my whole thing. Drop-ins, walks, sit-ins. Let's make your time away the least stressful it's ever been. My schedule is genuinely flexible! I work part-time virtually running a nonprofit, so I'm not tied to a rigid daily routine. That means I can pop in as often as your pet needs throughout the day and into the evening, whether that's letting them out, refreshing food and water, or just hanging out for some ear scratches and couch time. And if your dog or cats do better with a consistent companion rather than drop-ins, I'm absolutely able to stay with them. Whatever keeps your pet happiest and most comfortable, we can make it work! Keeping the Peace (and the Pets Inside) Door safety is something I'm almost comically careful about. Before I open any exterior door, I make sure your pet is accounted for and not in a position to bolt. Cats especially have Olympic-level door-darting skills and I have a deep respect for that talent, which is exactly why I won't give them the chance to use it. I also do a quick walk-through each visit to make sure nothing is accessible that shouldn't be, food left out, cabinet doors open, small items on the floor, anything that could turn into a hazard gets addressed. And when I leave, your home gets fully secured, every single time, no exceptions. Out on Walks Every walk starts with a leash check, making sure everything is properly fitted and securely attached before we hit the sidewalk. Once we're out, I stay tuned in to what's around us. If another dog comes into view and is showing signs of reactivity or just seems like a potentially stressful interaction for your pup, I'll proactively move us away and give everyone space. I won't wait to see how it plays out. A calm, uneventful walk is always the goal.

About: I've been around animals my whole life and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply providing companionship, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'm patient, dependable, and pay close attention to the little details that matter, from following feeding schedules and exercise routines to keeping water bowls full and giving plenty of affection. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, energetic dogs, shy cats, and multi-pet households. My goal is simple: treat every pet like they're my own and give you peace of mind knowing they're in caring, reliable hands. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be reliable and consistent for pet care. Whether it's a walk, drop-in visit, or spending quality time with your pet, I'm happy to work around their routine. I love being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, not just a job. Every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and any special instructions before each visit. Whether I'm in your home or taking your dog for a walk, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I'll make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime while also respecting the routines they're used to. I keep owners updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I always treat both your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would my own. My goal is for your pets to feel comfortable, happy, and loved until you return.

About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. My home is the ideal vacation spot for your furry friend. About this sitter: I'm a licensed Esthetician and have an in-home spa. I work at ARC part-time, just three afternoons a week. Clearly, I'm a huge dog lover. We previously fostered around 50 dogs for Furry Kids' Refuge. It is my life's work to stop puppy mills. I'm a very active person and enjoy outdoor activities. I live my life for my family and my dogs. "Be the person your dog thinks your are." Boone Pickens. Why I love dog sitting Ever since, I was a child I grew up loving dogs and wanting to stop puppy mills. I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some kind of capacity. I worked on Proposition B with the Humane Society of America. I want to help people feel confident leaving their pets when away from home. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

Looking forward to warm weather and summertime fun! ☀️ Basically I live and breath kids and dogs and my world pretty much revolves around my kids and yours. :) I have learned a lot over the last 23 years so I am very qualified in giving your pup the care they want and need while you are away. I have a very large fully fenced in yard and 3 friendly and playful babes to keep your baby company. Everyone has free roam in the house or outside during the day. I can also kennel if need be or I only kennel at night or if I leave the house for any reason. If I come to your home, I follow any instructions you give me and the time frame that you’re needing.
About: I am blessed with a sweet boy of my own and have had dogs in the house growing up. I have always had a natural touch with animals. For instance, my neighbor has a Saint Bernard who is not sure of humans in general but especially human males, however this dog becomes a giant puppy when I come around. I am a full time student doing school online so pet care can be done anytime in the mornings and afternoons and on any day except for Sundays. I have a fenced in yard at home, though I keep a watchful eye on my dog when he is outside. While inside, I keep anything that might catch his eye out of reach, and make sure he is always properly entertained. This happens to be easy for my dog since he loves antlers to chew on.
About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs who love attention. Life gets busy- I’m excited to walk and play with your pup when you need help! I’m a full time nurse. I work 3 12 hour days a week, so I have plenty of time on my 4 days off to walk and help care for furry friends! I’d be happy to meet with you prior to selected services to ensure you and your pet feel comfortable with me. I’ll make sure leashes and harnesses are secure prior to walks. I’ll make sure your loved one has water and time to rest prior to departure. Any specific instructions are encouraged.
“Very nice lady! Dog loves her and we Hope to develop a long term relationship with Connie for my busy work days! When 10 minutes just cannot be interrupted. If he didn’t JUMP 3 ‘ fences with ease he’d have half an acre to play! Lol little champion”

About: I've been fostering and taking care of others' dogs as long as I can remember. I have a huge home with a lot of open area to run and play. It has a fenced back yard. The fur babies sleep in my bed and yours will be welcome as well or they can sleep in other rooms. I work during the day but I get home around 530 pm. In the evenings, I'm home with the dogs. If its nice weather, we can go to the off leash parks and run around or go on the trails. I've owned, babysat, nursed back to health beagles, dachshunds, mastiffs, pit bulls, dalmatians, cocker spaniels, border collies, mixx breeds...they are all special to me. I don't give injected meds because I am TERRIFIED of needles! I am willing to travel to the dog's home if they are more comfortable there then outside of their own home. I will have to go home and check on my own dogs but I'll spend as much time as possible. I'll also bring treats from Treats Unleashed. I work 85% at home during the week but I can stop by for morning visits and evening visits. on the weekends I can be there as much or as little as possible At my house I have a husky who's pretty big and when he 1st meets a dog he barks a lot but then they become friends. At your house If you have a skittish dog or cat I know how to be present without being in their face or in their space. And if you have a loving dog I love to cuddle too. If you're going on a trip I don't mind getting your mail or packages and putting them in the house or whatever else you need done I am 85% working from home so I would be available more often. On the days that I am at the office, it will be about 4-6 hours between checkins during the day I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. They have so much room to run and play inside and outside. We have great treats and toys. They will have a lot of fun.
About: I have worked as a kennel attendant and day care supervisor. I recently graduated from KU with a bachelor’s degree and am currently a Veterinary Assistant working to get my Veterinary Technician’s License. I’m currently working full time, but am looking to care for pets before and after my shift at my job. I am available in the mornings and evenings. I have a playful dog that can be brought upon request. I plan to dedicate my attention to your pet to ensure 100% safety to prevent anything from happening.

“This was the first time our Roxie stayed with Naji, but it will definitely not be the last! Roxie had a blast racing around with the other pups, and Naji made sure we knew how happy she was with lots of pics and videos. We highly recommend Naji!”

“Otie had a great second stay with Christine! We love seeing pictures of him while we are gone and know he is being treated so well with Christine! Thanks so much for keeping him!”

“I was so anxious about leaving my girls for a week but Kristina was great! She send me pictures and gave me updates to let me know my girls were ok & they took to her quickly. I would highly recommend her.”

“Shawna was an excellent sitter! I get pretty nervous and anxious when ever I have to leave my dog and go out of town but he did a great job at communicating with me and letting me know how she was doing along with pictures. My dog seemed to have a great time with him and his friends and family. Highly recommend!”
“Courtney was a wonderful sitter for our Colt! She provided daily updates with photos included. So glad we chose her to watch him while we were away, and I know who we will go to if we need her services in the future!”

“Stevie was very kind, had a wonderful place for the dogs to stay, & was very accommodating on drop off & pick up times. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Jessica and her family were ideal caretakers for my pup! It was his first time away from home, and the family made it really special - lots of love and attention, plenty of patience for Boomer's extreme-puppy behavior, plenty of activity to keep him occupied. I really liked the fact that it was a family affair. Jessica sent pics regularly too, giving me confidence that all was going well. I highly recommend!!!”

“Awesome boarding family. Anne went above and beyond for my untamed puppy. She had all types of activities for him and a family of fur babies that welcomed my little one with opened arms. Highly recommend!”

“Chloe & Collin were fantastic! Very quick to respond to messages and she sent lots of pictures and updates! She was very kind and flexible with our busy schedule while we were in town! We will definitely use them again next time we are visiting the area!!”

“We found a gem with Susan and her family. She requested a walk through before our first boarding, which completely put our minds at ease and made sure our two dogs were a good fit. While away, she sent regular updates and pics of our girls to let us know they were being loved on. I actually think they missed playing at Susan’s when we brought them home! We’ll definitely be boarding with Susan and her fam again in the future.”

“We feel so lucky to have found Savannah! It was exactly the place we are happy to leave our fur babies. They were safe, well cared for, and best of all loved. Def recommend!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was just 7 years old. My passion is caring for others. I know how to work with dogs with emotional and behavioral issues. I know how to handle dogs even big dogs that pull on the leash. I can help keep training consistent. I run a home daycare and help care for my mom and homeschool my autistic son with time, room and love to give your doggies. I do have a dog and 2 cats of my own that don't get along so I have to switch out their living room social time and will ensure your animals has some social time as well. I am able to care for 3 more dogs at a time. I have a large basement with an unfinished room that I put a baby gate up for the door and I have 2 kennels. If I have 3 dogs at once I will rotate the dogs out to make sure that one does not have to stay in a kennel too long. I will ensure your doggy always has food and water available and frequent bathroom breaks with plenty of love and social time. I have a semi big yard with a 20 foot tie down lead to ensure your dog has enough room to run around but won't get away. I also have a small plastic kiddie pool I fill up for the doggies to get in and enjoy!
