About: I have dogs of my own & have taken care of our family dogs while their parents are away as well. We can do any medications if needed. They will have a fun, relaxing time while you’re away! We are home all day and have access to a doggy door/fenced yard to run/potty as well. We have experience with sick, old, puppies, & anyone needing that extra love & attention. We are home full time and have access to play/ take walks during morning/afternoon/evening if you’d like. We have 3 smaller dogs ( 2 French bulldogs/1 miniature pinscher) who are always welcome to new friends to play with. We have a doggy door that exits out to our fenced in yard. We are home all day. One time at a family friends house I picked up their cat to hold her and the family was shocked because she never let anyone do that. Super comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining feeding and medication schedules when needed, managing puppy potty breaks and exercise, and providing the same attention (and cuddles) for kitties. I prioritize safety, consistency, and positive interactions to ensure pets feel well cared for! I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to do drop ins when needed as well as at home care/boarding attentively. I also live with my partner who can offer a second set of eyes in the afternoons and evenings! As part of our normal routine to stay active, my partner and I regularly like to step out for sun and take brief walks around the community area—so unless specified otherwise, we are happy to take your doggo along with us on our short walks (during boarding services). For boarding, we have a dog door and a fenced in yard, so your pet can roam freely if you choose. We would just need to make sure our dogs all get along! I adore dogs and will shower yours with attention. Dogs in my care get very spoiled with lots of love! I’m a teacher, so I have more time in the summer but do have evening and weekend availability during the school year. If you choose to board, your pet will have 24/7 access to the yard through our dog door! My husband works from home most days with the exception of Wednesdays, so there is almost always someone home with your pet unless we are gone for activities with our kids. I have a fenced in yard, a dog door, and a friendly dog. If your dog is used to having free reign of the house when you’re gone, that will be the case at our house as well, and they will have access to the yard through the dog door. The door does have the ability to lock if escaping the yard is a concern. If your dog doesn’t learn the dog door, we will ensure they are able to get outside plenty. We will also respect any requests to crate during the day or at night.

“Sara was so good with our boy! She met up with us beforehand, kept us in the loop of how he was doing, and sent great photos so we could see him while we were away. She even got him to eat his food and take his pill (which he doesn’t always do). Thanks so much for taking such good care of Ernie!!”
“It was a big relief to find hosts willing to take my Sadie in when we were going on vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was a little concerned because I'd never left my pup with anyone prior to this experience. I was provided picture updates and when I called to check on Sadie, they let me know that she was doing ok. I felt this was a very positive experience and Sadie seemed really happy to have other pups around that she could socialize with. My Sadie seemed to especially connect with the hosts female black lab named Kimber who was about the same age as she, 3 yrs old. I would certainly recommend boarding your pet with this family.”
