About: I'm newly retired and love dogs of all stripes. I spend much of my time walking the neighborhoods in west county and would love some company from 4-legged friends. I'm usually available for dog walking or check-ins from Monday to Friday from 6am to 5pm. We travel in the shoulder seasons so I'm pretty open in the summer. We have a large yard and a nearby wooded park that we walk to. No fence so dogs will be on a leash most of the time. We have a 12 year old golden retriever named Lucy.

I have worked with many rescues in LA and PHX and continue to have clients back in those cities I still service (my clients love me). About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient. I have a very open summer. There are some camp drop offs and pick ups I need to account for this summer, but outside of that, the days are wide open. At my house I have a dog friendly medium sized dog. I have a six foot fenced yard. I also have the capability to keep pets on different floors or in different areas if they need space or privacy. “Christina was super great. She took great care of Fonzy and Yuri and even helped to do some very basic grooming on Fonzy. He did have a bit of an accident overnight and she was able to handle it and was completely understanding of his nervousness of being somewhere new. If you are hesitant on leaving your dogs someplace I understand. However you can rest easy with Christina. She loves dogs and does a great job with them.”
