“Cameron took excellent care of my pup while I was away! He is a great caregiver and I’d definitely allow my dog to stay with him again! He also took amazing photos of my dog which was a plus!”

“We are so happy and grateful for Leanne! She was absolutely amazing looking after and taking care of our big boy Oakley! She sent us daily updates with photos and we can definitely tell he had such an awesome time with Leanne! Highly recommended and we can’t wait to board Oakley with her again!”

“We were so nervous about our first Rover experience but Lea and Brandon were absolutely amazing. I can't think of anything that we wish had been different or better and will definitely use them again. Thank you Lea and Brandon for taking such good care of our baby girl.”

“We recently left our two dogs with Tara while we were out of the country for 13 days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tara and her whole family cared for our pups as if they were their own—spoiling them with love, attention, and playtime. This was our very first time using Rover, and we were a little hesitant at first. However, Tara’s regular updates and adorable photos quickly put us at ease and reassured us that we had made the right decision. We came home to two very happy dogs, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care Tara provided. Highly recommend!”

“Mara helped us on very short notice and took amazing care of our German Shepherd, Sarge. When we picked him up, he was happy, comfortable, and even a little plump from being so well cared for! He had just started shedding when we dropped him off, and we felt bad about that, but I’m pretty sure she even brushed him out for us. She made sure he was comfortable during his entire stay and kept us updated every single day. I would highly recommend her services! Thanks again Mara!”

“I’m pretty sure Katie gave my dog more attention and took better care of him than my family and me!! No detail was left unattended to that’s for sure! Katie provided tons of communication on updates and pictures and our big guy had a total blast! We have already rebooked with Katie for this weekend!”

“Kelli did an amazing job with our anxious dog. It was her first time going to a sitter since she lost her big sister. She loved playing in the fenced yard and all the cuddles.”

“Absolutely amazing! Lydia and her husband took extremely good care of our boys! They were very communicative about how the dogs we're doing and sent us a bunch of photos! I would absolutely book with them again and can not recommend them enough if you are looking for someone to care for your animals!!”

“Alicia and her family welcomed our dog with open arms. She sent us regular updates with pictures and videos. Cora enjoyed her stay and we are so grateful for a place for her to go when we need to leave town!”

“Rachel was amazing!! Her and her husband were so kind. They watched our two dogs for four days and I don’t think they wanted to leave 😆 Rachel sent tons of pictures and updates every day. I could definitely tell they were well loved and well cared for! We will definitely be using Rachel again!”

“Stephanie kept our Ginger and it was a great experience. She sent me and my family numerous of pictures while our fur baby was with her and I can tell she was enjoying herself. The communication was great and I can tell Mrs. Stephanie loves pets. We are so glad we chose her on Rover. 5 star for sure!”

“I’m so thankful that I found Lynn & her husband to care for my little doggie while I was out of town. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to meet with me and Latte ahead of his stay. Lynn introduced her sweet doggies, Nellie & Bentley, to him and then spent about an hour letting the pups mingle as we talked about Latte. Lynn was very responsive to communication, she was flexible and kept me updated daily with texts & pictures of Latte. He was treated like a member of their family… well loved & cared for. I will definitely be leaving Latte with Lynn in the future!”

“Judy was the best pet sitter! Our little girl was so happy and we could tell she enjoyed her time there. Judy sent us many pictures of their walks and snuggles during her stay which made us very happy pet parents! Judy even updated us on how our dog ate because she’s a picky girl upon arrival. She even allowed us to do a meet and greet with her and her husband before our scheduled trip to make sure our girl would get along with her cat. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Judy!”

“Kathryn and Marlee were wonderful! Venus was well taken care of and I had no worries while I was away! Highly recommend and will be using Kathryn’s services again!”

“I can't say enough about Sheila. She took on my little Lily dog who not only has Heart Disease and Trachea Collapse Disorder, but also has separation anxiety. Yet she and Dave gave Lil the best of care, with the greatest of patience. I could tell Lily felt loved. I will bring Lily back to Sheila, without reservations. Thank you sooo much for caring for my senior doggie.”

About: I have always had a cat since I was a kid, I have helped catch strays and barn cats and gotten them spayed and neutered. I have raised bottle kittens and helped domesticate some kitties off the street. If you need a drop in for some play time , snuggles, feeding or litter box cleaning I’m happy to help.

About: I am an Ace certified personal trainer. I am a very active person, so I will make sure your pet engages in lots of play time and gets plenty of exercise during their stay. I have a very large fenced in yard which will give your dog lots of space to run and play. I grew up living down the hill from my grandparents farm which included cows, pigs, chickens, lots of barn cats and dogs. I was the kid that was always finding hurt or stray animals and bringing them home to care for. I live in the country and all three of our cats are strays that that my husband and I took in. We also have a dog. I look forward to caring for your pet!
About: As a lifelong pet owner and animal lover, I truly understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I’ve personally raised and cared for animals of all ages, from rambunctious puppies and curious kittens to calm and loving senior pets and I’ve seen several of my own pets through their full life spans. This has given me deep experience in providing age-appropriate care, whether that means extra playtime and training for younger pets or gentle attention and medication support for seniors. I’m comfortable and experienced with most dog and cat breeds, from small lap dogs to large, energetic pups, and from independent cats to cuddly companions. I know that every animal has a unique personality and needs, and I take pride in getting to know each one individually to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. One of the biggest advantages I offer is that I work from home full time. That means your pet will never be left alone for long periods and will get consistent attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. Whether your pet needs a calm environment, lots of affection, structured routine, or just someone to hang out with, I’m here to provide that kind of care in a homey, stress-free setting. I genuinely treat every animal I care for like family, and that means tons of love, playtime, cuddles, and comfort while you're away. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. Since I work from home full-time, my schedule is very flexible, and I’m home throughout the day to provide consistent care and companionship. I build my day around the pets I’m caring for, whether that means morning walks, feeding schedules, playtime, or cuddle breaks in between work tasks. I love having animals around; they bring joy, routine, and energy to my day. I have a fully fenced yard that’s perfect for safe outdoor time, fresh air, and play. My home is pet-friendly and full of love my kids adore animals and enjoy helping care for them, offering even more companionship for your pet while they’re here. We also have a sweet 3-year-old dog named Storm, who’s been around both dogs and cats her whole life. She’s laid-back, friendly, and used to having furry friends around. Because I don’t have to commute or leave the house for long periods, I’m able to give pets my full attention and adjust to their individual needs, including potty breaks, medications, or just some quiet time if they’re more relaxed. On weekends, I enjoy taking dogs on longer walks or play sessions in the yard or at nearby pet-friendly parks (with your permission, of course). Caring for pets isn’t just something I squeeze into my schedule, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize every day. When pets stay in my home, I do everything I can to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved, just like they would at home. I start by learning about their routine, habits, and preferences so I can maintain consistency with feeding, potty breaks, sleep, and play. Whether your pet is energetic and loves to run in the yard or prefers to nap in a quiet corner, I adjust my care to meet their individual needs. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get some fresh air. Inside, pets have free roam of the main living areas, unless you prefer otherwise. I offer plenty of one-on-one attention, including playtime, snuggles, and positive reinforcement. For pets that need a crate, I’m happy to follow your instructions and keep their routine consistent. I work from home, so your pet will never be left alone for long periods. I also have a friendly dog named Storm who’s used to being around both dogs and cats. Cleanliness, safety, and affection are my top priorities. I make sure pets always have access to clean water, follow any dietary or medical needs, and create a calm, welcoming environment where they can feel right at home.

“Corensia did a great job taking care of our cat Gloria and the outside birds, as well as picking up the mail and packages every day. I appreciated the great photos and could see that Gloria, who is very shy and timid, allowed Corensia to let her and run her belly! Amazing! Thank you. I would definitely use Corensia again.”

About: Hi! I’ve been a cat lover my whole life ever since I was born, I’ve always had a cat by my side. I grew up on a farm with both barn cats and house cats, and I’ve cared for two full litters from birth. From fluffy Maine Coons to fancy Persians to sweet strays, I’ve loved them all. I’m great with cats of all temperaments — shy, spicy, or snuggly — and I know how to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. Cats are truly my favorite pet, and I’ll care for yours like they’re my own!

About: What sets me apart is my combination of medical experience and attention to detail. I'm comfortable administering medications including injections and fluids so pets with chronic issues or post-surgery needs are no problem. I also genuinely don't mind (and actually take pride in) deep-cleaning litter boxes, cages, and small animal enclosures. You'll never come home to a lingering smell or a corner I've skipped. Reliable, thorough, and unfazed by the messy parts of pet care.

“Madison was great – very communicative, followed all instructions, and Sunny was in great spirits when I returned. My place looked exactly the same as how I left it. I would definitely hire Madison again!”

“Jennifer did a great job caring for our fur babies! She is very responsive and provides lots of pictures so you can see your pets while you’re away. We will definitely reach out to her again in the future!”

About: I have owned cats my entire life. I've had some that had litters and given me grand kid kittens. My cats are my children. I have enjoyed the company they provide. The mystical energy they give is unique, makes you want to learn more about the curiosity behind a cat. I have more pictures of my cats, more than family, friends, or myself
“Billie was fantastic! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She reached out regularly and sent daily pictures, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was going well. Additionally, she kept me informed about any packages that arrived. Billie also coordinated seamlessly with the next house and pet sitter, ensuring a smooth transition. The next sitter said the house was clean and my cat was well taken care of. I highly recommend her services!”

“We're new to the area, and needed a sitter to take care of our four cats while we drove our car cross country to our new home. I'm so glad we found Diane! She took amazing care of our two geriatric cats who need pills and injections, and gave us assurance that they were on track with their meds. We got so many excellent photos at each visit, and we knew that our babies were getting lots of play and cuddle time. We'll be repeat customers with Diane again - highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes for the past 10 years. Previous neighbors have trusted me with pet sitting and walking their dogs. I work from home so I am easily able to give your pets the care they need at all times. My 11-year-old daughter usually joins me-she’s an amazing helper! She loves all animals and they all love her! Pets & parents must be comfortable with her being part of the care team! I have a spacious, fenced-in yard and work from home, so your pet will receive lots of attention and care! Our family dog, an 11-year-old German Shepherd, sadly passed away in 2024. While we aren’t ready to welcome a new dog into our lives, I truly miss taking care of a pet. That’s why I see pet-sitting as the perfect way to share my love for animals.
“Cameron has done great with our pup Mabel!! He is very patient and thorough and likes to make sure his clients are comfortable with the care and training he provides. Mabel loves going over there and getting to play with JJ and friends. It’s a bonus to have her get some training in too!”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 11 but I have had my own pets since birth. I have had a Pug, Golden Retriever, German shepherd, Great Dane and some mutts. The cats have mostly been strays we have took in but I have also worked with main coons and Savannah cats. I have yet to meet a breed i didn’t love. I also have worked in several places where I take care of bathing, grooming, and nail trims. I can also give meds as I just recently lost a pup who I was giving seizure medication to. So I am prepared if that does happen with your animals as well. I also have a dog who had anxiety who we gave medication to. I’m A stay at home mom currently who is trying to earn some income to save up for Christmas. I am available anytime day or night. I would prefer to watch at your place, but I do have a Leash they can be hooked to as well as a pretty big crate that most dogs can fit into! I do have 2 small children that they would be around if they did stay with me!
“Tara was great. Our first ever using Rover and we couldn’t be happier! We were able to enjoy the morning and afternoon knowing our precious dog was well taking care of of. Thank you so much Tara!!!”

Currently my availability is open. I am an early riser up by 5am daily. I work from home and pets can access a fenced yard. I’m familiar with providing daily meds & special meals/food for pets as well. Our 2 labs are friendly and get along with other dogs. Both our dogs are fixed (spayed & neutered). Our backyard is fenced and secured. Our deck has a ramp (no stairs) so easy access for puppies and senior dogs. When you dog is in our backyard they will be supervised. About: Hi! My name is Maria! I’ve been caring for animals of all kinds since I was a young girl. I have previously volunteered for an animal rescue, and have previously worked for a kennel and groomer. Caring for animals is just a part of who I am. I am comfortable working with any size/breed of dog. While I don't have much time on here on Rover, I have been pet sitting for well over 10 years for friends and family. I am a stay at home mom so I am able to provide around the clock care for your pet. I am extremely flexible on scheduling for this reason. Pets in my care will be treated with the same care and treatment that I give my own dog. They will be loved, looked after, and kept safe. I do ask that pets are comfortable sleeping in a crate/kennel at night.
About: I love big dogs, little dogs, and all in between. I've had two wonderful Golden Retrievers and I'm looking forward to caring for your furbabies. I'm retired and am now looking forward to an enjoyable career as a pet sitter. I'm available 7 days a week, very flexible schedule. My husband and I are retired and are both huge animal lovers. Our Goldens crossed the Rainbow bridge and petsitting is a way to fill the void they left in our lives. We did have a beautiful cat but she passed away from cancer in September 2025. We no longer have any pets in our home. Since I am retired I'll have lots of time to spoil your pets! I'm an early riser so a walk first thing in the morning is fairly routine. Dogs are taken on short walks 3 or 4 times a day and given lots of love and attention. If owners are ok with it they are allowed on furniture and are allowed to sleep on my bed.
About: I've always loved animals ever since I was a little girl. Since the age of 9 I've been around all kinds of animals besides dogs and cats. Like birds and reptiles that kinda thing. When I do pet sit for someone I usually try to see what the dogs or cats favorite toy or treat is. Then would go and buy a little goody bag for them, just to tell them that there a good girl or a good boy! Besides watching your pets I try to make sure to tidy up your house and to make sure it's nice before you come home. I'm also a quick learner and would help if your animal needs a certain kind of medicine or treatment. I have some experience with that already but I love to learn new things! I'm currently only working weekends part time. It's just not enough for me and since I love animals why not be a pet sitter or just your everyday dog walker. I try my very best to get to know your pet as much as possible. More like I'll treat your pet like how I treat my own. For an example if they have allergies I'll make a quick note and make sure that I don't give them anything there not supposed to have.

I used to have a dog of my own, we were best friends, but unfortunately he passed away a few years ago. “We have used Barbara multiple times. She always communicates well and is extremely nice to our dog. We appreciate having someone so reliable and never have any doubts about the care and attention given to our dog. Would absolutely recommend her.”

About: Animals have been my life since I was a child. Watching my mom take care of dogs at the local shelters and every animal she had taken care of in my childhood has left wonderful memories. Spending time with animals was always amazing because they felt more a part of the family. I’ve taken care of friends and family animals, and made wonderful bonds with them. I see my own pets as more than just animals, but as my own children and any pet that I take care of that’s not mine I treat as if they are. I recently moved to this state so currently this will be my only occupation until I find something else. Then I'll be part time care. always check in for any health and food necessities. Check and see if they are an indoor or outdoor animal to be more prepared for walks.
About: When I was young I started dog sitting my neighbors, families and friends dog and I’ve love it since then. Dogs are my spirit animals and they deserve the world! I work in a hospital and have a part time job. After 3-4pm I can definitely hangout with your pups. Whether for a walk or go to the park. Provide a balanced and appropriate diet for the pet based on its species, age, and health requirements. Avoid overfeeding. Always ensure access to fresh, clean water for your pet. Regularly check and refill the water bowl to keep your pet hydrated. Engage your pet in regular physical activity suitable for its species. This could include walks, playtime, or other forms of exercise to keep them healthy and active. Depending on the type of pet, grooming needs may vary. Regular grooming such as brushing, bathing, nail trimming, and dental care are essential for their health and well-being. Spend quality time with your pet, provide enrichment activities, and consider socializing them with other animals if appropriate. Maintain a clean living environment for your pet. Regularly clean their living space, wash bedding, and remove waste promptly to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. Make sure home is pet-proofed to prevent accidents or ingestion of harmful substances. Keep dangerous items out of reach and provide a safe space for your pet to rest and play.

This was our very first time using Rover, and we were a little hesitant at first. We came home to two very happy dogs, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care Tara provided. Highly recommend!”

She made sure he was comfortable during his entire stay and kept us updated every single day. I would highly recommend her services! Thanks again Mara!”

About: Former vet office employee turned SAHM looking for pets to love on from my home. Excited to give quality attention to every pet in my care. I’m a stay at home mom to one kiddo so we are home most days/ evenings to play in the yard, go on walks, or just snuggle on the couch. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play with our 3 year old poodle, Frankie. We will do everything we can to make every pet feel safe and comfortable.
About: I treat every pet like they’re my own—dogs, cats, and all the little personalities in between. From playful puppies to sweet senior pets (and independent but cuddly cats), I’m patient, gentle, and follow routines closely so everyone feels safe and loved. Expect lots of updates, photos, and care from your pet’s second favorite human 💛🐾 I'm currently available full time, 7 days a week. I am available for dog walking or spending time dropping by and feeding your fur babies (canine or feline). When I’m caring for pets in your home, I stick closely to their normal routine so everything feels familiar and stress-free. I make sure they’re fed on time, walked or played with, given lots of love, and kept safe and comfortable. I’m happy to handle litter boxes, medications if needed, and special instructions—plus I always send updates and photos so you know your pets are happy and well cared for by their second favorite human 🐾💛
