“I can't say enough wonderful things about Angie and the exceptional care she provided for my fur baby, Mufasa, while I was away for military training. From the moment I contacted her, I felt at ease knowing my fur baby would be in such loving hands. Angie and her family truly went above and beyond. Mufasa was welcomed not just by Angie, but also by her kids, husband, and even her own pets. It was heartwarming to see how they all embraced him as part of the family. Every day, I received updates filled with photos and messages about his adventures, which kept my spirits high and reassured me that he was doing wonderfully. What impressed me even more was Angie's flexibility when I mistakenly provided the wrong dates for Mufasa's stay. She was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that everything worked out smoothly without any hassle. Her kindness and professionalism shone through in every interaction. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, Angie is the one! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and Mufasa certainly enjoyed his time with her family. Thank you, Angie, for being so amazing! You’ve made a loyal customer out of us! 🐾❤️”

“Our dog Sammi is over 14 years old and I needed a caring sitter for when we went on our 12 day trip. Sammi had stayed at Amanda's house before and liked Amanda and her dog Frankie. This trip was perfect having reassurance that Sammi was in a loving home and AMANDA kept us aware of how Sammi was doing. The picture she sent to us where Sammi was laying in Frankie's bed with Frankie was too cute! I know Sammi had a great stay at Amanda's house and we will use her whenever we need s sitter. Thank you AMANDA!!!”

She sent pictures of Scooter while he stayed with her, which was reassuring. And she offered to bring him back to our house after we returned home, which was very helpful.”

About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

“Caleb accepted our last minute booking and was very accommodating. We had a really early drop off and a late pickup and they had no issue with that. Curry had a great time with their family. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs daycare services!”

“Christine is the best dog sitter you could ever want for your pup. She is so kind and doesn’t mind if I drop Izzy off early. I feel my dog always has a great time and is safe with Christine.”

“Haley, I thank you and your family for welcoming Molly for a safe, fun day while I was away! Haley’s home doggie daycare was a wonderful experience for my dog. Haley provides a comfortable home environment, a great backyard, lots of playtime and interaction with other dogs and members of her family. Thanks again!”

“Shannon was very patient and accommodating while we tried to figure out if we would need her or not. And I'm confident our little Lily was in good hands with her. Had a very positive, easy experience...highly recommend Shannon!”

“My dog has been getting daycare services with Ximena for about 3 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Ximena is literally the most lovely and kind person I have ever met. She treats my dog as if she's one of her own. Ximena and her family are truly lovely people who genuinely love dogs. They always go above and beyond during my dogs visits, take tons of photos and give consistent updates. They cater to my dog and take such good care of her. I'm so happy that I found Ximena and I have no plans of ever taking her anywhere else.”

About: I have lots of experience in a lot of different animals. For example: dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses In all age range including some with medication. Pets need lots of love and attention. Keep them fed, watered, walks, or dog park. I trained my pups to bathe without a hassle and brushed without any problems. I also trained my pups to walk off the leash, go home, sit, stay, shake, high fives, up, and roll over. Currently, I’m training my pup to be fully potty trained, to not bark, jump on people when she’s excited, and walk off the leash. I work full time and I am able to do drop in morning and in the evenings when I’m off work. It’s more of a part time job and this is something I love. Pets have free range at my place, I have a dog park, a lot of my stuff are baby proof, if the clients prefer kenneling I have a kennel as well. I prefer to give options to clients and ask questions upon their routine. I can accommodate with the routine they have.
“Jennifer and James were such a God-send when Spenser and I were getting married last week!! Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. We've never had to turn to Rover for dog sitting, usually we have family do it (obviously not an option when the whole family and friend-crew is at the wedding), but now that we know how amazing James and Jennifer are, we are forever grateful and liable to ask for their help again! Thanks SO much!!”

About: My home is a dog lover's dream — two friendly dogs already live here and are always ready to make new friends. We have a fully fenced backyard (please make sure your pets are on flea and tick medicine as ticks have been bad this year), loads of indestructible toys (thanks, BarkBox!), and an open-door policy between inside and out, so your pup can roam, play, and lounge whenever they please. I work from home full-time, which means your dog is never left alone — I'm always here. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, in the bed, wherever they're happiest. This is their vacation too. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy couch to nap on, or both, they'll feel right at home. Pet care is genuinely woven into my day, not something I have to carve out time for. Since I work from home full-time, I'm always present — whether that's taking a mid-morning break to play in the backyard, keeping an eye on the pack while I'm at my desk, or just being available if anyone needs a cuddle or a quick romp outside. My own two dogs set the rhythm of the day — morning energy bursts, afternoon lounging, outdoor time whenever the mood strikes. Guest dogs just fold right into that routine. There's always someone to play with, always a sunny spot to nap in, and always a human nearby. My home is set up to be as dog-friendly as possible. The backyard is fully fenced, so dogs have safe, free access to outdoor space all day long — no leash required for backyard time. Inside, they're treated like family: furniture is fair game, the bed is open, and there are plenty of indestructible toys to keep them entertained. With two resident dogs already in the mix, guest dogs are never bored or lonely. There's always a playmate available, and I'm always nearby since I work from home full-time. I keep a close eye on group dynamics to make sure everyone is comfortable and playing nicely. I aim to keep routines as close to what your dog is used to as possible — feeding schedules, rest time, outdoor play — so the transition feels easy and low-stress for them. My goal is simple: your dog goes home happy, tired, and already looking forward to their next visit.
“Nicole is so kind, providing great feedback and a great environment for Archie. He loved playing with Cora as well. She was very responsive, and it's clear she loves animals. Great caregiver.”

I can pet sit from your house if you have multiple pets and are gone for days or pet sit from my own place if you have just a cat or a smaller dog. I live in a duplex at the moment by myself without any pets, but I pet sit for friends a lot, driving over to their places to let the dogs out/walk them, feed the cats/dogs/fish and clean the litter boxes, make sure the water bowls are filled, etc.

“Because of poor planning on our part, we did not have boarding arrangements last Sunday when we were going to be out of town for the day. Sam and Jesse stepped up and took care of our Dobby for us. As always, they did a great job with him. And they bailed us out of a potentially tough situation. Thanks to Sam and Jesse for all they do!”

“She took us at the last minute and our dogs came home very happy! She genuinely cared about our girls and you can tell her own dog is as happy as can be and loves to play. Definitely will be using her again!”

About: I am a vet student at Mizzou who is open to becoming your go-to person for pet-sitting needs! I am very flexible and willing to negotiate whatever you need to feel comfortable while you are away. This summer I am working at a research facility in which I am only there a few hours a week. So my schedule is pretty open! I live in a duplex house located Northeast of COMO. I'm more open to in-house visits rather than pet sitting where I live, but I'm flexible.
“Donna is EXCELLENT with my dogs Charlie and Buddy. They're Maltese-Shih Tzu mixes, 7 and 3 years old, and they absolutely love her and they walks she takes them on. I've watched her with my boys and based on what I've seen, would highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a walker with a great temperament and strong skills at dog handling.”

About: I took a very active role in caring for my family dog until he tragically passed from cancer in 2019. I have also dog-sat for neighbors’ pets with particular dietary needs. Currently, I’ve been told by roommates that I have a very calming presence with our house dog. I work part time primarily in the evenings and when not working, I often have community theater rehearsals on weeknights. During the Mizzou school year I will have some classes during the day, though for no more than a few hours at a time. My current house is not available for pet boarding unless specifically negotiated. The property has a non-fenced yard and one resident dog, who does behave well with other animals. Neighborhood is safe, well-paved, and walkable.
About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.
About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old. Ive spent my childhood and adulthood having them around to a point were life is not the same if they are not around. I am a responsible pet owner who puts the care of these innocent souls a priority 100% of the time. A dog doesnt have to wiggle its tail to fit into my space or schedule. Its more of a blend. Thats how love flows. I work remotely 2 days a week and 2 days at the office but my schedule is flexible. I treat any dog as if it my own. I see no differences. Their love is unconditional, and so its mine. During the time together, we are.
About: I've had pets in my family since I was a kid, and I have taken care of foster animals, family pets and friends pets throughout adulthood. I have taken care of pets who have medication needs and environment needs (scared of thunder and such.) I work for myself, so I am able to work around my work hours accordingly and easily to provide the care that is needed for my clients. My care is adaptive to each pet family's needs and home. I am an observant person and pay attention to the details while caring for pets. I cannot take on daycare or boarding services right now, but I am more than happy to take dogs for walks, care for cats, and pet sit while you're away.

She was also very flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to leave Lisa and Maggie with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.”

“Donna was very helpful with my last minute request. She had time to invite me over so Kushito can meet her pack before the stay. She kept me updated with videos and pictures of him! She has an amazing outdoor space. He was very happy when I picked him up and I could tell he had a lot of fun during his stay!”
