About: Hello, I own 6 ferrets, 2 cat's, a dog, a snake and a bird. I've owned animals my entire life and love all animals. Im a sucker for big dogs and especially Rottweiler's and Pit bulls. About: I'm a colon cancer survivor which fur babies have helped me through a lot I'm all about them and taking care of them because they have been all about me throughout my sickness.... Now that I'm a little better I want to give back to the unconditional creatures that gave to me in a time of need...I've had Weimaraners in my household for over 15 years and have had other fur babies and animals before that throughout my life, this chance that I could have to provide the love and care for the parents of those fur babies that need it. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day. I do teach yoga a few times a week, which takes me away for 2–3 hours at a time. Otherwise, I’m home and present with the dog. I’m in a single-family home with a large (partially fenced) backyard, though I prefer getting dogs out on walks rather than relying on the yard. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

As soon as we pulled up to her house my golden ran to her door, which to me is a fantastic sign since our golden has a lot of anxiety. Emily sent many pictures and updates throughout our trip that I didn’t need to worry if she was having a good time. If we need to travel again we will definitely be rebooking!”
“Echo loved staying with Deserae, she was loved and didn’t want to leave. Echo had the opportunity to run in open fields, see horses and cows and play with kids. Deserae sent multiple pictures and gave use hourly updates on how Echo was behaving. I will definitely be bringing Echo back to Deserae anytime we need dog sitting.”
“Courtney and Keith were wonderful with our little frenchie. The day before our two week vacation our regular pet sitters had something come up and was not able to keep her for us. Courtney and Keith agreed to keep her last minute. We were very nervous to leave her with someone new. However, after a few days, we were able to relax because they sent us regular updates and photos of our baby. She was happy and well cared for and loved playing with the other dogs.”
