“This was our first time to leave our small dog and we couldn’t be more happy. Paula goes above and beyond to give love and attention and sent us several messages, photos and videos to ease our concerns about Milly possibly not adapting. When we picked her up she was happy as could be. We highly recommend Paula!”

About: I recently retired from the Navy and now live with my wife on 9 peaceful acres, just about a mile and a half off Highway 50 near Powell Gardens. It’s just the two of us here—no kids, no pets at the moment, aside from two laid-back turtles. We’ve had dogs in the past and loved every minute, but after moving frequently, we decided to hold off for now. That said, we’d love to show care and attention to your dog as if they were our own. Since I’m fully retired, I’m home throughout the day. I usually go for a daily walk for exercise, which works perfectly if your pup enjoys a good stroll. Our ranch-style home has pet-friendly vinyl floors and tons of open space to explore. While we don’t have a fenced yard, there’s plenty of room to roam—just let me know if your dog needs to stay on a leash and I’ll make sure to accommodate that. A Quick Note About Your Dog Please feel free to share any special needs, preferences, or routines your dog might have. And of course, if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m genuinely excited to meet your doggo! I am fully retired so I can be home all day. Typically, I exercise with a walk so that would work with the dog as well. I have a large ranch style home with pet friendly vinyl floors. In plenty of land for dogs to run around I do not have a fenced in area so if your dog needs to be on a leash that is fine I just need to know.
About: I have worked as a dog trainer in the past and can work with your dog while they are with us on basic skills. I can train them to sit, stay, and come the basic 3. I also love working with dogs and love their unique personality. I do dog sitting full time so when you pet is with me they are my number one priority. I will keep them happy by being able to make sure they are always attended to. I have a fenced in yard that they can run in. We keep water available 24/7 and check it 3 times a day to make sure it is full. We also have 2 dogs of our own that will love to have your dog over to play.
“Aside from being great with our dogs, I have to compliment Grant on his communication. He responded to all of my messages promptly and professionally and kept me in the loop during my 2 dogs stay. It really helped put me at ease about their first stay. My dogs came home calm and tired which tells me they had a great fun time with him. Thanks, Grant!”

All disabilities and assortments of care. I know how to handle and approach every type of dog and cat. I have only been bitten one time in 4 years and it was my fault. I’ve taken Obedience classes and even have minor grooming skills. I have had several liters of puppies in my time all very successful unless due to illness. Being able to walk your pet while I get my cardio on is a win win! I’m a huge animal lover with time to love on your fur babe. We use basic training with our pets and the word “No”. I would use whatever technique the owners use to stay consistent. I would never harm a dog in any manner.

I've always had dogs in my family growing up, which lead me to finding my passion in caring for animals. I have experience in giving pups medication, grooming, identifying illnesses, and body language thanks to my last job at a doggy daycare! I've been around and cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes! I understand how important your furry family members are and will make sure they have everything they need (and make sure they have tons of fun of course!) I have experience with cats as well, having two of my own and taking care of our local strays. :) I also have experience in taking care of chickens, ducks and fish and am comfortable with any other pets you may have! I have respect and compassion for all animals and would love to provide them with the love and care they deserve. I am currently pursuing Rover full time so I have lots of flexibility. Let me know what your schedule is and I can be available whenever you need me! I understand the meaning of integrity and integrate it fully into my services. I will treat your home and your animals as if they were my own. The same goes for any pets boarding with me as they’ll be part of our family while they’re in my home. I can give them a safe environment where they feel loved and secure.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old, including family pet care, professional pet care and personal pet care. I am experienced in dog walking, dog boarding, in home pet sitting and diabetic pets/sick pets. I have reliable transportation and am available at all times to give your pet the care they need! I am committed to being available at all times including weekends and evenings. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, so it doesn’t feel like a task, it’s something I intentionally build into my schedule to make sure pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I care for pets as if they were my own. I pay close attention to their individual routines, personalities, and needs, whether they’re in my home or a client’s home. This includes making sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive lots of affection and attention. I love animals, so I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, playing, going for walks, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also keep a close eye on their behavior and health, and I follow any specific instructions the owner provides to ensure their pet feels happy and well cared for while they’re away. As a diabetic dog owner myself I am committed to giving your pet the best care I can!
“First time booking Grant to look after my 65 lbs Great Dane/Greyhound, Rocket, for a 4 night stay at Grant’s place. Grant did an amazing job looking after Rocket, providing daily photo updates and consistent communication over the entire sitting period. Grant responded to all of my text inquiries promptly and provided me the assurance and peace of mind that my dog was being well looked after and taken care of. Grant is an extremely easy going and down to earth guy, and you can rest assured that he will look after your dog with the utmost care and provide them with a clean and relaxing home while he is looking after them for their stay. I hope to be able to book Grant for all of my future dog sitting needs!”
