About: You know what I like about people? Their dogs. While it's not "formal' I do have all the experience of someone who has grown up with pets their entire lives. Mostly (big) dogs but also cats, ducks, chickens, geese, donkey, parakeet, ferrets, several rats (my fav!), turtles, and fish. So as long as it's not a bug I'm totally into it! 🙂 I am capable of bathing, nail clipping, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, etc. I have 2 children. One school age, the other is a year. My days are spent caring for them. My oldest is about to start school for the year so I will have plenty of extra time. We love animals and have 2 dogs of our own. Learning how to care for and RESPECT our animal friends is very important to us. Setting boundaries and learning what behaviors are acceptable and which are not is an important part of teaching children about and how to care for pets.

I’ve had cats as pets all my life and have great attention to detail on cleanliness of litter boxes and water bowls. I personally know how to administer CPR and other medical care if it is needed. There will be lots of activity here as being a husky owner means no down time! We go on hikes daily so you can count on us to get your fur baby happy and exercised! I work from home so I have a very flexible and open schedule and am just waiting to hear from you and spend time with your awesome fur babies! About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since I was in my teens, and I'm 68yo now. I have seen just about everything you could see with my dogs. They don't call them man's best friend for nothing. Most of my dogs have been large dogs (Great Danes and Labs). But I have also lived with small dogs. I have raised puppies, including having to bottle feed them when their mother was sick. And sadly I had to retire some of my best buddies. So I've been thru the just about everything with my dogs. I'm retired now, and can focus 100% on taking care of your family members when you need to leave them. About: I have 4 dogs myself. have always loved dogs and currently work at a vet clinic as a technician. I also have 3 cats, who probably are my favorite. But we don’t tell the dogs that. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a young child, my passion for animals encouraged me to pursue a career working with animals. In recent years I have worked animal husbandry caring for domestic pets, exotic big cats, wolves, snakes, birds and more. I am comfortable working with all sizes of dogs and as well as other species. I have 5 years vet tech experience so can help with medical issues and medications as needed. I am fully available except when I’m out of town helping my sick father (usually a week each month). I can check in as frequently or long as you need, but I do have an older 30lb (dog friendly) pup who needs medications twice daily and I am the only one that can provide those to him. If he cannot be with me while providing other pets care then I will need to return to him once morning and evening to ensure he is taken care of. Can stay overnight preferably only one night at a time so I can return to my pets. I have recently moved so no longer have a fenced yard, but have a large home with dog runs on trees in the backyard. I have an easy going 30lb Pomeranian mutt named Teddy. My dog is very easy to get along with other dogs, as I have fostered and watched other animals numerous times in the years of me having him. I watch my brother’s pitbull mix named Hercules on a regular basis as well. I do have cats so would prefer if they were used to them, but have an area of my home doggy gated off so they can feel safe when other pets visit my home.
