Mostly (big) dogs but also cats, ducks, chickens, geese, donkey, parakeet, ferrets, several rats (my fav!), turtles, and fish. So as long as it's not a bug I'm totally into it! 🙂 I am capable of bathing, nail clipping, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, etc. I have 2 children. One school age, the other is a year. My days are spent caring for them. My oldest is about to start school for the year so I will have plenty of extra time. We love animals and have 2 dogs of our own. Learning how to care for and RESPECT our animal friends is very important to us. Setting boundaries and learning what behaviors are acceptable and which are not is an important part of teaching children about and how to care for pets.

I currently work around 25-30 hours a week and am free most of the day! I work around 5 hours each day I work and can swing by your house to check on your pet as many times as needed between. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since I was in my teens, and I'm 68yo now. I have seen just about everything you could see with my dogs. They don't call them man's best friend for nothing. Most of my dogs have been large dogs (Great Danes and Labs). But I have also lived with small dogs. I have raised puppies, including having to bottle feed them when their mother was sick. And sadly I had to retire some of my best buddies. So I've been thru the just about everything with my dogs. I'm retired now, and can focus 100% on taking care of your family members when you need to leave them. Can stay overnight preferably only one night at a time so I can return to my pets. I have recently moved so no longer have a fenced yard, but have a large home with dog runs on trees in the backyard. I watch my brother’s pitbull mix named Hercules on a regular basis as well.
