“We had never left Hazel with anyone before, not even family or friends, because she was always able to go with us, or either me or my husband was with her. But we needed to travel out of town and wouldn't be able to take her. We didn't have any family or friends available to keep her, so we talked about taking her to a puppy resort but after thinking about it we didn't think it would be the best for her. Our neighbor had told us about Rover and that they take their dog to Cathy and she was really good with their dog.....so we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did. Cathy was so great with Hazel -she treated her like her own. Cathy knew we were going to miss our baby and she would send us pictures and updates. When we picked Hazel up she was happy to see us but you could see that she had been well taken care of. We are so grateful for Cathy. We definitely will be using her again and telling others that need doggie care about her....thank you again Cathy!”

I have watched dogs since I was 10 (I will be 21 in November) and it is one of my favorite things to do! I have watched puppy from the age of 10 weeks all the way up to senior dogs. I have taken care of dog with many health problems. Since I live more in the country my dog and I normally go for walks about twice a week and we play in my yard everyday! I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. There is also a vet office 5 minutes down the road that I take my animals to so if there ever is an emergency I will go straight there!

About: ABOUT US We are avid animal lovers and have taken care our friends and family's pets for our entire life. Pets are part of your family and you want them cared for as lovingly as you would care for them yourself. We live in Liberty, MO with 3 acres of land, providing lots of room to play as you can see in the pictures. ABOUT OUR SERVICES Our dog sitting services are simple--we treat dogs just as they are our own. This means they are allowed on all the furniture and we do not kennel them (unless you specifically ask for us to). We have no children and live in a smoke free home. We do our best to only watch one family's dogs at a time, but occasionally drop off and pick up times will overlap. However, 99% of the time it will be our two dogs and your dog(s). We feed and take care of the dogs just as you instruct, and separate them from our dogs when feeding time rolls around. When we are gone from the house, we will put your dog in our kitchen/laundry room area where they can roam about and play with toys, sleep in our provided dog bed, and have access to food and water. This area is separated from where our dogs stay when we are gone. In the evening, they will sleep in that same area as well. They will get potty breaks often and will get to go on walks. Lastly, we will update you often with messages and photos! If you at anytime want to check in and see how your pup is doing, send us a message! We want you to enjoy your time away and not stress about your dogs wellbeing. WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CLIENTS 1. If your dog has any habits, please make us aware so we can properly prepare our home for them. 2. We prefer to agree on a drop off and pick up time, and stick to those as much as possible. We will do this closer to your stay, but we do not allow people to come and go as they please. We want to make sure we are home and have your pups belongs gathered so we can have a smooth transition. 3. Please note that we are very flexible with drop off and pick up times, but we ask that if you are dropping off early in the morning you are prompt or notify us if you are running late.
About: Good afternoon everyone, my name is Alayna and I’ve been working with animals for over 10 years In many different fields even on a farm. I have experience with a variety of animals including, snakes, lizards/ geckos, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, horses, chickens, cats and dogs. I work at a vet office and am very familiar with older pets as well as knowing how to do nail trims and baths. A couple good reasons I stand out from everyone else is that I have experience administering medicine to animals, especially cats, because I’ve been fostering them for about 5 years and I also worked at a vet hospital as a kennel attendant meaning I’ve been around all sizes of dogs plus I’m pretty great at giving baths. Another reason is that I’ve actually owned all the animals I have listed here so I have plenty of experience. My schedule is a bit complicated working full time as a vet assistant. I’m always available Friday-Saturday but other days is a bit difficult. Regardless though I’ll always find time the take care of your fur baby needs. Rather it’s a last minute trip your going on or a family emergency, your pets health and well-being is safe with me! When it comes to animal safety I’m all ears, especially when there’s more then one animal lose in the house. I take advice from the owners on how they’d like the animal to be kept such as if they wish to keep their pet in a room instead of free roam. When taking the animal outside, I will always be outside with them so no accidents are to happen. Before leaving the house, I always make sure to pick up or move anything the animal could reach they aren’t suppose to have and put it in a high or closed off area.

About: I grew up with a dog in the household since I was very young and got “my” first dog when I was 10 years old. I started pet-sitting for friends and neighbors when I was 15 and frequently pet-sit or check in on my friends’ animals. I’ve done everything from taking pups on walks, regular feedings, check ins, administering oral medication, and treating topical wounds. I also work at a therapeutic riding center and have cared for about 40 different horses over the past 7 years. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to be able to take breaks for pet walks, play, and care. I camp on some weekends but am available for weekend sitting/care about twice a month. I live in a two bedroom apartment right next to the Cherryvale Trailhead and will happily take your pup on walks during the day. I will love your dog as much as you do and will treat them like my own. I am respectful and responsible with any of your personal needs or wants when it comes you and your four legged friends. Please let me care for your pet while you are gone and trust that I will take good care of them. I am home full time with the exception of personal outings and running errands. I will be able to let your pups out for potty breaks, go for walks and have plenty of time to play. I make sure that a leash is always attached before opening a door to take your dog for a walk unless fenced in. We currently don’t have a fence, but will hopefully soon. We have two friendly dogs.

About: I have taken care of my grandsons sick cat by giving medication when needed. I have cared for my neighbors cat. I have brought their cats into my house so I could keep an ee on them. I am a retired grandma that believes all pets should be spoiled with love. I love all animals and am very excited for this opportunity to house them. I have a nice size fenced backyard with lots of shade. I have a lot of free time to give to other pets. Dogs are the love of my life and I am so very happy to help them, love them, feed them and play with them. I think it will be exciting to watch other pets.

“We had never left Hazel with anyone before, not even family or friends, because she was always able to go with us, or either me or my husband was with her. But we needed to travel out of town and wouldn't be able to take her. We didn't have any family or friends available to keep her, so we talked about taking her to a puppy resort but after thinking about it we didn't think it would be the best for her. Our neighbor had told us about Rover and that they take their dog to Cathy and she was really good with their dog.....so we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did. Cathy was so great with Hazel -she treated her like her own. Cathy knew we were going to miss our baby and she would send us pictures and updates. When we picked Hazel up she was happy to see us but you could see that she had been well taken care of. We are so grateful for Cathy. We definitely will be using her again and telling others that need doggie care about her....thank you again Cathy!”

“Great experience. We left two dogs overnight. We had an emergency out of state and needed to leave our two dog overnight and most of the next day. Nathen was very accommodating with the last minute request. Our girls had never been left before, but Nathen provided updates and picture to help ease my anxiety, in an already stressful situation.
