About: I ran a prison dog rescue and training program. We rehabilitated dogs from puppy mills, rescue groups and shelters. We also did grooming services for the dogs. I'm retired. I have been around animals, big and small, for as long as i can remember and love spending time with them. I live on 130 acres and have a huge fenced in yard. our property has several trails that i love to take my dogs for walks on. there is plenty of space to stretch out and play.

My husband and I are helicopter parents about our babies who have very specific and different needs including our boy cat who needs to be medicated and is a very picky eater. Lucas sent us very frequent updates on the state of our cat's appetite and how things were going. In the past, we have come home to find our cat has either lost weight or has liquid medication smeared on his fur from medication difficulties. When we came home our boy cat looked the best he's ever looked after such a long stay with a house sitter. We can tell our cats felt very at home and comfortable with Lucas. About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

About: I have been watching dogs for over ten years and absolutely love it! I believe it’s my responsibility when I have these dogs to take care of them like they were my own. I do not have a full time job so I am able to watch/walk dogs during the day! I do part time substitute teach, but for the most part, my schedule would revolve around my daughter and the dogs. I do whatever the parents feel comfortable with! My biggest thing is to make sure the dog is loved and comfortable and so I like to take care of the dogs like they were my own!

They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! If your request is for house sitting, I would need to bring my dog along with me. I'm home all evenings and all weekends. On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese. I don't have anything a dog could choke on or really swallow. I put Buster in a kennel when I'm gone, but I could leave your dog out if they don't do kennels. Please ask me questions if you have any!
