“Stephanie and her girls were so sweet with my dog! She is also great with communication! I got multiple pictures of Rex doing what he loves. It is clear that she has taught her kids how to be respectful of an animal’s boundaries and letting them acclimate as they are in a new environment. I know Rex would be happy to go back for another visit!”

“Julie took very good care of my dog. She sent pictures everyday! Julie was very accommodating and nice to me abd my dog and answered my texts very promptly. When I need a sitter again I will definitely contact Julie & Jensen.”

“Chloe is amazing!!! Jake was abused and abandoned before we adopted him in May. This is the first time we have left him. Upon entering Chloe‘s home it was obvious Jake immediately felt comfortable, safe and was treated like a member of the family and spoiled with his favorite things to do just like if he were at his own home. Until Chloe, Jake would only lay next to me. I was so happy when I received a picture of him so content laying next to Chloe. It was great knowing he was in such wonderful, caring hands. I highly recommend Chloe and I personally will only trust Jake with her. Such a wonderful couple with true love & joy for animals.”

We couldn’t have asked for a more caring family to watch our Izzy. We highly recommend them and will be using them the next time we leave town. Thank you again Sam for taking such good care of our fur baby.”

“Ashley took great care of my two dogs at her kennel. The only thing I would mention is that I had assumed she was watching them at her house when I booked her, but it was really where she is a groomer, so the dogs were kept in a kennel except during play & potty breaks. There were several other animals there. You could tell Ashley loves animals & they did great in her care.”

About: I’ve worked in a veterinary clinic for 7 years and have lived with animals my entire life. I work with cats indoors and/or outdoors. All ages are accepted. I have experience in grooming/bathing, administering oral and injection medications, and wound care/bandaging. I have a part-time job but I make sure your pets take priority.
About: I have cared for and had pups and cats since I started elementary school, but I picked up the bigger responsibilities with caring for critters around age 15. I have three labs, (ages four, three and two), one cat and a fish. My two females have each had a healthy litter of ten puppies that I cared and found homes for! I am very attentive to my animals and their needs and even more so to other creatures. I currently work as a dog groomer and boarding technician which has given me knowledge on many different temperaments of pups and techniques on how to uniquely tend to them while having safety and care as top priority. Caring for my animals is weaved into my daily routine. I wake up early enough to tend to my pups before my kids wake up to ensure everyone’s needed are met. Depending on the weather we typically have afternoon playtimes or walkies or we will have some water play to end a hot day. Checking water/feed, refreshing water and feed, bath and brushing, and administering medications are all just a part our normal routine list at home for our critters. for in-home visits I am prepared to accompany your animal in any weather and follow through with what your pet is accustomed to. The comfort and safety of your animal is most important. I have emergency numbers for vets and contacts to assist me in an emergency situation (choking, wound, any current illnesses like seizures, etc). Saying that I am NOT a licensed veterinarian.

About: I am a cat owner myself who took in a kitten when he was about 7 weeks old and raised him myself. He’s now 7 years old living his healthiest and best life! I understand each cat has its own boundaries and personality that I will respect and easily adapt to. I am the go to pet sitter with my family since they know I will take great care of them and genuinely love caring for them! He’s been on medication a few times giving me experience in administering meds!

About: I had a cat as a child, but my experience with cats began in 2011 when I adopted a kitten whose mama gave birth to her after being rescued in the Joplin tornado. I’ve had 2 cats since then and am crazy about them ! I’d have more if my hubby would let me!

“Sarah saved the day after my other dog walker had to cancel last minute. She was willing to take care of him without doing a meet and greet before hand due to it being a last minute request. Very much appreciated!”

About: I’m a dedicated cat lover with three kitties of my own, so I truly understand all the little quirks that make each cat unique, from playful zoomies to quiet, independent vibes. I have hands on experience with medication administration, post-surgical care, and even bottle feeding kittens, which has taught me a lot of patience, gentleness, and attention to detail. I’m comfortable keeping litter boxes fresh and creating a clean, cozy, low-stress environment your cat will feel safe in. I’ve also leash-walked cats for some safe outdoor exploring, so I’m open to working with both curious adventurers and homebody snugglers. I pay so much attention to each cat’s personality; I’ll match their energy, whether that means playtime, cuddles, or simply giving them their space while still making sure they feel cared for and loved.

“Teigan is so so great! As someone that works early mornings at Freeman Hospital, it’s nearly impossible to find somewhere that offers the hours that she does. She is very kind and flexible, and Knox gets so excited to go see her and play with his friends! We will definitely be repeat clients and I’ve already recommended her to some of coworkers that have the same struggles with finding someone reliable and with hours that accommodate the crazy schedule of healthcare workers.”

Me and my wife have a home in Joplin missouri with a huge privacy fenced back yard. Rest assured your pets will have plenty of space for play and relaxing. I am photographer and a stay at home dad! About: I have lifelong, hands on experience caring for animals and specialize in supporting pets through every stage of life. I currently have a puppy (toy Aussiedoodle), so I’m actively experienced in potty training and reinforcing foundational commands like sit, stay, and come with consistency and patience. I also have extensive experience with senior dogs. I cared for my own from age 3 through 17, which gave me a deep understanding of advanced care needs such as medication administration, bathing, mobility support, doggy diaper care, and hand-feeding. I’m comfortable navigating the sensitivities that can come with new people and aging, including moments of discomfort or food related aggression, and always handle pets with a calm, patient approach. I currently care for two dogs and three cats, which keeps me very in tune with different temperaments, routines, and needs. What sets me apart is my ability to read animal behavior, adjust my care style accordingly, and provide steady, patient, and attentive care that helps pets feel safe and loved. My friends and family always call me for pet sitting needs due to my loving and bubbly personality and strong passion and dedication for animals. Pet care fits into my routine very naturally and I genuinely enjoy making time for it. At the moment, I have open availability 7 days a week, which allows me to be flexible and responsive for visits, walks, or other activities. I am currently in the process of interviewing for part-time positions, but I remain committed to prioritizing pet care and can easily accommodate visits before or after work shifts. I’m very flexible and happy to work around what’s best for each pet’s routine. I provide care in a calm, attentive, and safety-focused way that helps pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. When I’m in a client’s home, I always follow their routines closely so pets can stay in their familiar environment with minimal stress. I pay close attention to instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and any special needs, and I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are handled carefully at all times. I also take time to build trust with each pet at their own pace—whether that means a gentle introduction, giving them space if they’re shy, or engaging with play and affection once they’re comfortable. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while keeping owners fully informed and at ease throughout the visit. I also have two dogs of my own if your fur baby is ever needing a friend. 💛
