“Lindsay is a wonderful human who loves animals. She's warm and very friendly. Gizzy and I spent an hour or so with Linsay as a meet and greet pryor to his stay and you could tell that she loves animals. My experience with Lindsay wasn't as excepted because Gizzy weighs 6 lbs and was able to escape from her yard after being there for about 5 minutes after we left. It took us about an hour to find Gizzy. He was frightened but ok. We elected to take Gizzy home and not have Lindsay watch him. I would not hesitate to use Lindsay if I had a larger dog. She did everything she could to help us find Gizzy. We had a happy ending and for that reason, I gave Lindsay 5 stars.”

I was very very nervous leading up to my trip, but the second my boyfriend and I met Ellie, we felt 10000 times better. She sent me so many photos, and kept me up to date on everything. The photos really made me feel more comfortable during the trip, I could tell she was very happy and comfortable. Also, anytime we leave Baby she almost always skips her lunch. Baby was eating both meals every single day which was a huge sign to me that Ellie made her comfortable and at home. I would recommend Ellie to everyone!! If you have any hesitations, set up a meet and greet and you will feel at ease the second you meet her. About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life with different needs and personalities, I've also had family and friends come to me to take care of there pets. I'm currently working part time at a jackson animal clinic, i work 5-6 hours a day about 4 days a week. My schedule changes every week. I have a fenced in yard with two cats that are very friendly. She did drop-in visits twice a day because Mia has diabetes and needed her shot of insulin every 12 hours. Anabeth always showed up on time for both visits which was a relief for me! About: I’ve been the go to pet sitter for family members and friends. Whether it’s keeping them company for a couple hours to just stopping by to let them out and check their food/water to watching them for multiple days. I work full time and don’t have the ability to work from home. On weekdays after 5pm I’m free to hang out with your pups! During the weekend I have more flexibility to watch or check on your pets. I don’t have any pets and currently live in an apartment complex. There is a lot of open grass space around my apartment complex and is in a good area to walk in. If you prefer your pup be in a crate if I have to leave that will need to be provided, but as long as they are house trained I have no problem with your dog free-roaming my apartment.

I have a 6' fenced yard with no climb fencing secured on the inside of it. I would not leave your dog(s) unattended in the yard regardless. I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.

About: I like dogs because they encourage me to be active. Keeping pups clean and pretty is fun for me because my dog doesn't like water. I treat all dogs like children. I walk 2 Rottweilers everyday Monday thru Friday. Also, I walk and play with a Golden retriever named Hershey Monday thru Friday. I have stayed at my sister's house, she has a pitbull, blue heeler and lab mix. I have kept my parents Japanese Chin and Pekingese. So I have lots of experience with many different breeds of pups. About: I have worked in veterinary Kennels and in shelters. I am also a certified Dog and Cat trainer through Animal Behavior College in 2013. I have been trained in animal first aide. I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! I come home on my lunch break to let the dogs run in the yard (we NEVER leave the dogs outside on their own for safety from hawks etc). The longest they are alone is 5 hours. Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. I have a fenced yard and dogs are not left outside unattended (especially the little ones). We have a multi layered floor plan so if a dog needs to be alone for a bit we have the ability to do so.

It took us about an hour to find Gizzy. He was frightened but ok. We elected to take Gizzy home and not have Lindsay watch him. I would not hesitate to use Lindsay if I had a larger dog. She did everything she could to help us find Gizzy. We had a happy ending and for that reason, I gave Lindsay 5 stars.”

“Laura was fantastic with our 1-yr-old Havanese, Ramen. She was attentive to details, sent photo and text updates, and her house was the perfect haven for our furbaby. He looked so happy and was clearly well-cared for. Laura shows that she loves dogs, is attuned to the anxiety that dog parents can have with boarding your furbaby, and was responsive. “Samantha was great!! I ran into many crises during my trip and luckily I didn’t have to worry about my boy at all. I could tell Samantha was very caring and knew I was having trouble, so she even went out her way to accommodate me and the pup without complaint as she knew I had a lot on my plate. We need more Rover sitter like her!!”
“We couldn’t have asked for better sitters for our first time leaving our pup. The care and attention given to our dog was absolutely amazing. It was so clear how much they genuinely loved him and treated him like their own. They even had a welcome sign with a menu and activities. It was adorable. We received thoughtful updates, pictures, and constant reassurance that he was happy and well cared for. Picking up a relaxed, content boy says everything. “Nathen cared for my dog Yuki for a full week of overnight stays. Yuki came home happy, relaxed, and adjusted well, which is always my biggest priority. Communication was fairly minimal—just a few brief updates and a short video—so I would have loved a bit more detail during the stay. Nathen mentioned Yuki can be a bit jumpy/excited (which tracks—he’s a friendly, energetic dog), but overall Yuki seemed to have a positive experience. Thank you for taking care of him!”
“Jessica was great. She made me feel very comfortable leaving our Bruno with her. She has experience with dogs and other dogs in the home. Having humans and other dogs around was a lifesaver since our dog likes a lot of companionship. Way better than a kennel. Would highly recommend to anyone else and would book again!”
