“Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

“Victoria and her son are fabulous doggy caregivers! I left my 2 dogs in their care for a week while my family was on vacation. The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”

About: I have grown up with Dogs and Cats. I have also pet/house sat for friends and family through middle school, high school and college. I have grown up with cats I’ve had/have 4 (Dizzy, Yoyo, Bast and now Tiffany!) My favorite activities with kitties are playing with the string toy, brushing, giving treats and snuggling while reading/watching Tv/doing Homework. I also like to keep the blinds open so the kittens can look out and watch the birds. Lastly of course I love watching them get the zooms! :) As far as Dogs, I’ve had/have 4 German shepherds (Apache, Zoom, Camo and Ranger), 1 husky (Cherokee) and 2 Australian Shepherds (Banjo and Max) My favorite activities with dogs are throwing the ball, running/walking, brushing/baths, snuggles and getting a snack never hurt! :) I have taken pride in self training my dog to be “good K-9 citizens” ex: No jumping, “Sit”, “Down”, “Waite”, “Leave it” and being good on the leash! You just have to figure out what the dog’s favorite reward is. It could be a toy, treat or positive pets/loving!

About: I have been around dogs for 18 plus years. I have dog sat many different animals as well. I personally have 2 Golden Retrievers named Kali and Bentley. I have a 1/2 acre backyard that they swim, play fetch, and chase after a ball in! I have experience with training and working with dogs on their commands. I am currently in Nursing School. I am PRN at my current job however with being so busy with school I have just been putting my entire focus on home and school! My normal days are 8-12 everyday while I do sometimes have a late day of about 4pm at school(very rarely)! I am currently in school so I am pretty well only gone for about 5 ish hours a day and sometimes longer but that is very rarely and I would make sure to accumulate that schedule with you and your pet. I work on homework here and there through out the day and when I take breaks you will always find me and my two dogs outside playing fetch! I have a fenced in backyard with over 1/2 an acre to roam and play in. The inside of my home is over 3600 SF so I am easily able to separate animals if needed. I have a large basement where my dogs stay during the day if they are wanting to play and it is too hot! If for any reason, I can easily kennel a puppy.

About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child. I am currently in college to become a certified veterinary technician. I have veterinary medicine training and can spot health problems right away. I have administered medicine and given medication orally. About: I am a huge animal lover. We have 3 cats and a shepherd mix dog. I also have a 4 and a 6 year old, so any animals must be good with other animals, kids and able to be crated at night as our dog is also crated. I love and have taken care of many animals and enjoy all fur babies! I am a graduate student so I am home most of the day besides an hour or so for class so fur babies are well cared for and get plenty of attention. My husband also WFH so someone is typically always home. Our yard is unfenced so dogs will have to be leashed for potty time. My dog is crated at night and when we’re not home. Our cats free roam the house, so we just ask that your pet is friendly with cats.

Our wedding venue allowed for our doggie to be present at the ceremony (she walked the aisle in a flower collar and pearl leash :)!) but not reception, and so we needed not only a dog sitter but one who would be willing to pick up our girl from the wedding venue! James was happy to do it, showed up right on time, and our Chewie happily went with! They sent us cute pics of our babygirl relaxing on their couch and playing in their backyard during the wedding reception. It really put us at ease. About: My family has had cats ever since I was 12, I also rescued a goldendoodle 8 years ago and he has been my best friend ever since. I love all types of animals, and have experience with rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, and hamsters as well. I have been pet sitting and dog walking as a vet student for over a year now. I am a veterinary student in my clinical rotation years. I live in a duplex, meaning I have my own house with no roommates. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I can pet sit from your house if you have multiple pets and are gone for days or pet sit from my own place if you have just a cat or a smaller dog. About: I grew up with many different animals. I also intern-shipped on my school farm where I took care of many large animals. I know how to give medications, I’ve taken care of dogs who had different medicines or they needed doggie diapers. I can handle any energetic pets, I don’t shy away. I am currently working part time but I want to pet sit because it would be a fun way to earn some money and meet new pets. I enjoy interacting with new animals. When taking care of other people’s pets I do whatever will keep their fur babies comfortable, I try to keep them in their routine as best as I can. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

“Victoria and her son are fabulous doggy caregivers! I left my 2 dogs in their care for a week while my family was on vacation. The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”
