“Omg!! Margaret was heaven sent! Our cousin didn’t answer his door to get our pup just 4 1/2 short hours before our flight boarded out of Stl. I ran to Rover and begged for a last minute board. Margaret graciously accepted Teddy into her home and took such good care of him. She was very communicative and kept me informed of how he was doing over this 3 day stay. Our flights were delayed by over 12 hours she was very flexible and allowed him to stay an extra day with no problem. “Ximena is a wonderful care giver! We started out with Fawn going for daycare a couple of days a month. She did well with Ximena's dogs and they all got along. I had her do a couple of sleep-overs too, as it had been a long time since Fawn had been boarded. And at home, she does not sleep in a crate. So when it was time for us to leave on a 10 day trip, I was confident that Fawn was in good hands. Ximena sent daily updates with pictures. It was clear that Fawn was happy where she was, so this was a little vacation for her too. Ximena also gave Fawn a bath the day before pick up. The pics of that were funny! Clearly Fawn was not a fan, but she allowed it to happen anyway. Communication about Fawn was great! I knew what she was doing, eating or not and how she got along with the family and their dogs. Fawn and Madam, a pug, got along very well! And Fawn loved Ximena's daughter!! If you are looking for daycare or boarding, get in touch with Ximena. I have been around animals, big and small, for as long as i can remember and love spending time with them. “Fawn is fairly new to Ximena and her pack. I wanted to have a back up sitter for when we wanted to board Fawn. Fawn gets very excited when we pull up to Ximena's house. She knows the dog "pack" and is excited to be there. When I pick her up at the end of the day, she is ready to have a nap, as she has had a busy day walking and playing. Ximena takes very good care of her. I recommend Ximena for caring for your small dog. She and her pack are great!”

About: I have grown up around and loved pets since I was 7 years old! Many parts of my childhood I grew up with 5 dogs, but we just recently got our first cat. My partner is also an animal lover and grew up with multiple pets his entire life (his mom is a veterinarian!). We now have a 6 month old dachshund, Clover, and a cat, Stella Dallas!
