“We decided to stay over another day, Kind of a spontaneous decision, And of course we didn't have accommodations for our pets. So, we began calling around, also leaving messages through The Rover app, and asking different boarding availabilitys about having last minute booking. Not too many people responded. Janet, though, to my surprise, responded with a rapid message. I was surprised becaus in her brief bio and what some of her preferences were of clients, like a 7-Day meet and greet I was thinking like" she's she's definitely got her ways and she's not going to call me back !" Boom!! We had a booked appointment and our pets at our place, she was a little busy when we first contacted her which had a 1-hour delay which was fine, not too longer than an hour and a half after we contacted her. And she lives in West Branson not Springfield,BTW. SUPER KIND BIG HEART!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

Our very spoiled Westie with attachment issues is used to being home with us 99% of the day and we know he will have anxiety when we leave him. After losing our former long term sitter, we had to find a new one and I am SO GRATEFUL we found Selena. She wanted to make sure his routine was as close to home as possible, that he was as comfortable as possible. I am currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday during the summer while my daughter is at school. If needed for other days, my daughter (1 year old) will more than likely be with me so please let me know if that is an issue. I have a fenced in backyard, with two friendly dogs ready to make some new friends. Your furry friend will always be in good hands.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I have groomed my dogs since I was 12 years old. I have taken care of dogs from puppies to my oldest at 16 years old. I have taken care of others dogs and like to send update photos on how things are going for ease of mind. I have puppy potty trained, crate trained, as well trained on basic commands. I am currently working from home which allows me ample time to keep an eye on your dog and take care of their needs. I am available on weekends for boarding. About: When I was in highschool I would watch and take the neighbors dogs on walks! I also have always had alot of dogs to care for growing up. I work about 8-3 Monday through Friday and always come home around noon to check on my dogs and let them out and am free on most weekends. I also have a camera to watch while I'm at work I have a fenced in backyard to let the dogs run out and play. I also have two very sweet dogs who love to play! I like to enrich my dogs by playing with toys and taking them on a walk.
About: We love dogs! We are called first when any of our friends go out of town. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages from older doxies to young mutts and we love large rotties too. We are also okay with special needs dogs and we make sure your dog gets their medications when scheduled. Our lab loves to make new friends with dogs of all sizes. We have a nice privacy fenced in back yard with a kiddie pool to help the dogs keep cool during the summer even though they will spend most of the time inside. I'm free to stay at home all day with your pet. I always keep an eye on what's going on. I'm usually outside if our pups are. If I'm watching a pet at your home, I don't make messes.
About: I am local foster through a local rescue. My husband and I both have a passion for dogs and will treat your fur babies like they are our own! We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a couple big trees for shade while pets are playing outdoors and a covered back porch for relaxing.

About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language.
