“We decided to stay over another day, Kind of a spontaneous decision, And of course we didn't have accommodations for our pets. So, we began calling around, also leaving messages through The Rover app, and asking different boarding availabilitys about having last minute booking. Not too many people responded. Janet, though, to my surprise, responded with a rapid message. I was surprised becaus in her brief bio and what some of her preferences were of clients, like a 7-Day meet and greet I was thinking like" she's she's definitely got her ways and she's not going to call me back !" Boom!! We had a booked appointment and our pets at our place, she was a little busy when we first contacted her which had a 1-hour delay which was fine, not too longer than an hour and a half after we contacted her. And she lives in West Branson not Springfield,BTW. SUPER KIND BIG HEART!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I cannot begin to put into words how awesome Deserae is!! We have a 2 year old German Shepherd and she’s just part of the family so when looking at places to leave her I was pretty picky. I felt so comfortable with Deserae from the moment I met her. She has a passion for dogs and you can tell it. She totally spoiled our baby from letting her sleep in bed with them to Starbucks puppachino’s (isn’t that the best)!!! Not only was Gracie spoiled but so were we....I got updates and pictures letting me know how it was going, this made my heart so happy. I could see Gracie was being loved and so very well taken care of. I could tell the day we picked Gracie up that her and Deserae had formed a bond...Gracie loves her and honestly she might be missing her a little. She looked at her food bowl today like ummmmm where’s my boiled chicken lol. I could go on and on. Of course it also entertains me in the mean time. I currently have a puppy that’s a year and a half that lives with me and my Husband. I also have a husky that's 4 yrs old. I grew up around animals and it’s always a pleasure to be able to work with your fur baby. As far as special skills, I’m able to maintain control of the dog on walks as well as in home while providing the upmost care for your baby. Looking forward to meet you and your furry family. They watched my 4 year old silken windhound girl on short notice and did so much to ease my anxious dog mom brain, sending me lots and lots of updates and photos throughout the day. I cannot stress to you how much I do not let just anyone watch my girl, but I instantly felt at ease the moment we stepped foot into their house to drop my girl off. They made her part of the family, even giving her a plate for dinner and putting her in charge of clean up duty during holiday tamale making time! (They asked to make sure she had no food allergies first!) My girl is very shy and has a lot of separation anxiety and Jason and his wife were so thoughtful and attentive with getting her comfortable being away from her family. I have recently retired and am looking for something gratifying to help other Dog owners with the care of their pet! I know how stressful it can be when you have to leave your pet for any length of time and would love to relieve that stress for you! 😊 I have a fenced in yard with a senior dog, Bella. She is such a great dog and is so aloof, like nothing bothers her! I am unable to board certain breeds due to home insurance restrictions and my senior dog so may not be able to accept every request, however, I haven’t turned one down yet!

About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a couple big trees for shade while pets are playing outdoors and a covered back porch for relaxing.

About: My family has had pets ever since I can remember. I've cared for fish, hermit crabs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and the ones that stand out the most would be dogs. When I visit fellow humans, I'm usually drawn to their animals; whether that be their dogs, farm animals, or cats (which I'm very allergic to). I let pets get comfortable with me and surroundings and spend time gaining their trust and let them approach me. I can let your pet outside to do business and feed them per owner's instructions. Depending on requested service, I can walk your dog(s). All dogs will be leashed when they go outside to do their business as my yard is not fenced.

About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a couple big trees for shade while pets are playing outdoors and a covered back porch for relaxing.

About: I am local foster through a local rescue. My husband and I both have a passion for dogs and will treat your fur babies like they are our own! We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.
About: My household was always swarming with pets! From puppy litters to senior dogs, I can help train and make sure older dogs are happy and comfortable. I have taken a break from work to be with family more, so I have all the time for your fur babies! Walking, feeding, playing, I will make sure they are happy and safe! My #1 is to make sure your pets are happy, safe and comfortable. And a part of that is making sure they aren't stressed in their environment. I will stick with their routine that works best for them, and make sure they are happy!
About: We love dogs! We are called first when any of our friends go out of town. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages from older doxies to young mutts and we love large rotties too. We are also okay with special needs dogs and we make sure your dog gets their medications when scheduled. Our lab loves to make new friends with dogs of all sizes. We have a nice privacy fenced in back yard with a kiddie pool to help the dogs keep cool during the summer even though they will spend most of the time inside. Please know that if your pup stays with us he or she will be treated like a part of the family. We love dogs! I help my Dad on his farm only when I'm not scheduled to care for a pup I'm hosting. I'm free to stay at home all day with your pet. I always keep an eye on what's going on. I'm usually outside if our pups are. If I'm watching a pet at your home, I don't make messes.

About: I love animals. Super excited to work with you and your fur baby. Working with animals is a passion for me. Animals and I have a connection that makes them feel comfortable and at home. As far as special skills, I’m able to maintain control of the dog on walks as well as in home while providing the upmost care for your baby. Looking forward to meet you and your furry family. My schedule varies but I usually work anywhere from 11am to midnight, depending on my shift that day. I am a bartender/server. I am beyond flexible for you and your furry kids, I do have the option to request off at least a week ahead so I can make time for your babies. I am very active and loving. About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I am flexible as I work from home. I normally check pets at least two times a day, but more check in times are available upon request. I have a friendly dog who loves to play and make new friends. He will be very helpful in helping young dogs learn how to socialize.
