About: Hello! My name is Brooke and I have a precious English Springer Spaniel and had a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a big dog lover and take my dog everywhere she can go with me! We love to hike, go biking, chase squirrels and the next door neighbors dog! I love spending time with animals, period, whether it’s playing with them or just taking them on a much needed walk! I also have house sat/pet sat for various families over the years and am extremely flexible with whatever families need. I have house sat/puppy sat from just a couple nights to several months at a time. I offer services of walking, in-home visits, over-night stays and quite frankly am flexible with any other situations that may come up! I currently work full time and even though I love puppies, would prefer to watch dogs that have a well established routine and can be ok for sometime alone before I can come and walk them and play with them. This is part of my personal routine with my own puppy. At this time I do not have a fenced in yard at my own home, so talking my dog for a long walk on the trails near my house is a must! For families where I am watching not only their animal but their home, I like to work within their animals normal routine so as not to add any more stress to the owners or the animal.

About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. About: I grew up with dogs, helping my parents raise English and French bulldogs for 10 years in our family kennel, which was USDA certified. I've always had at least two dogs in the house (plus the 32 we owned in the kennel!) and I now have two dogs of my own (ages 13 and 3) at home with my husband. I have been raising/house training dogs almost my entire life and I love them to pieces! I am experienced with dogs of all ages and sizes, and I love going on walks with them and playing with them. I am a stay at home mom, so I am almost always available, with the exception of Sundays between 10 am and 3 pm. Please drop off for a boarding stay or schedule a drop-in/dog walk time either before or after those times on Sundays. I am available for meet and greets every weekend and every weeknight after 5pm! I can't wait to love on your pup! I currently work from home on a flexible schedule: I can do drop-ins before 7:30am, on my lunch break at noon and after 5pm, and I'm available for drop off any time during the day if you let me know in advance. I have a fenced yard with two friendly dogs who have separate sleeping spaces. All dogs eat in their crates (please bring a crate for boarding) and sleep in them at night with the exception of our shepsky who sleeps in our bedroom. Dogs can all be separated or together as needed and are free to go outside all day every day through the dog door.

About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have spent most of my life caring for and training them. My experience includes breeds such as American Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, and Pit Bulls, as well as many other types of dogs. I also fostered 12 dogs through the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, working with a wide range of breeds including Mastiffs, Huskies, Heelers, and Terriers. Through fostering, I’ve helped dogs recovering from hip surgeries, heartworm treatment, and other medical needs, while also learning how to adapt to different personalities, energy levels, and care requirements. Over the years, this experience has strengthened my ability to help all dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved! I'm available to board during the weekdays a majority of the time and sometimes weekends depending on availability. I'd be with your pet all day unless a quick grocery run or other short side quest. I have a fenced yard of about 0.40 acres, providing plenty of space for dogs to run and burn energy. My neighbor also has dogs, allowing for possible socialization if appropriate. I also have an XL crate available if needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for any dog. Otherwise, they would be with me playing and relaxing, if requested I can also walk with them and take them to some parks!

About: I’ve actually been pet sitting for years and have volunteer experience with the ASPCA. I’ve cared for senior and special needs dogs. We love all pets though I’ve even pet sat lizards snakes and cats. My schedule is pretty flexible I work remotely as a contractor for a big company Monday through Friday. Although I’d prefer daytime bookings let me know what you’re needing My dogs eat chicken free food cause our pug is allergic. Mushu’s special care is we wipe his wrinkles & ears daily with a weekly bath. Buddy is a tank who can eat anything but he needs his paws trimmed once a month. Buddy deals with anxiety from being a sheepdog with no sheep so he has lots of toys and an occasional cbd treat.

From Geckos to Hermits, Fish to Frogs, and Cats to Dogs, I've housed a variety and have loved them all to the core! About: i’m open to traveling around springfield to accommodate whatever you need. my experience with dogs goes way beyond casual pet care — during my mom’s cancer journey, i was heavily involved in caring for her great danes and pitbull, so i’m very comfortable handling large breeds, strong personalities, and more involved routines - that time really shaped how i show up as a caregiver. i’m calm, patient, and very tuned into an animal’s behavior and needs — whether that’s high-energy, anxious, protective, or just wanting to be left alone lol. i’m not easily overwhelmed, and i take their safety and comfort seriously. i also understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone, especially when they’re used to a certain routine. i’m extremely detail-oriented and will follow instructions exactly — feeding schedules, meds, quirks, all of it. what sets me apart is that i don’t just “watch” pets — i care for them in a way that keeps their environment consistent, stress low, and their personality respected. and you’ll always get updates because i know how important that peace of mind is. i am also a regular volunteer with local organization Rescue One! 💜 can't wait to meet you & your fur babies! i currently work full-time as a marketing project coordinator here in springfield, but my schedule is super consistent, which makes pet care easy to plan around. i’m fully available early mornings, evenings, and weekends — aka the exact times most pets need the most attention anyway. honestly, pet care fits really naturally into my routine because i already structure my days around consistency, timing, and attention to detail (very much my job lol). whether it’s early morning drop-ins, evening walks/feeds, or weekend coverage, i’m able to show up reliably and keep things on schedule. i also prioritize making time for it — this isn’t an afterthought for me. i genuinely enjoy it, and i like having that balance outside of my 9–5. so when i’m with your pet, they’re getting my full attention, not me rushing through a checklist to get to the next thing. i’m open to traveling anywhere around the springfield area to accommodate what you need. when i’m in a client’s home, i’m super respectful of your space — i treat it like i would my own and make sure everything stays clean, calm, and exactly how you left it. my approach is really centered on keeping your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. i’ll follow any instructions closely — feeding, meds, walk schedules, quirks, all of it — and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their environment while you’re away. i’m also very mindful of energy and temperament, so whether your pet needs a lot of activity, structured walks, or just a calm presence, i adjust to them. i’m especially great for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, which tends to be when pets need the most consistency anyway with a typical work schedule. overall, i’m not just popping in and out — i’m making sure your pet is cared for in a way that feels familiar, safe, and genuinely attentive, while also respecting your home and any specific expectations you have.
About: We love dogs! We are called first when any of our friends go out of town. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages from older doxies to young mutts and we love large rotties too. We are also okay with special needs dogs and we make sure your dog gets their medications when scheduled. Our lab loves to make new friends with dogs of all sizes. We have a nice privacy fenced in back yard with a kiddie pool to help the dogs keep cool during the summer even though they will spend most of the time inside. Please know that if your pup stays with us he or she will be treated like a part of the family. We love dogs! I help my Dad on his farm only when I'm not scheduled to care for a pup I'm hosting. I'm free to stay at home all day with your pet. I always keep an eye on what's going on. I'm usually outside if our pups are. If I'm watching a pet at your home, I don't make messes.
About: I dog (& cat) sat all kinds of pets a few years ago! I took a little break to focus on my newborn and family, looking to get back into it for the summer until school starts back up! I currently work at a high school here in Springfield and coach multiple sports, which are out for the summer! I have two kids (6 and 2) who LOVE animals, and we have one of our own! He’s a year old lab who loves other dogs and loves to play. We have a fenced in backyard and will be home all day! I’m out for the summer so I am home and free pretty much all day every day! I do coach cross country and will be gone for summer workouts for about an hour every weekday morning, but other than that will be available :) I have a fenced in backyard, a hyper dog and 2 kids who will help love on and play with your pet! About: Hello! My name is Brooke and I have a precious English Springer Spaniel and had a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a big dog lover and take my dog everywhere she can go with me! We love to hike, go biking, chase squirrels and the next door neighbors dog! I love spending time with animals, period, whether it’s playing with them or just taking them on a much needed walk! I also have house sat/pet sat for various families over the years and am extremely flexible with whatever families need. I have house sat/puppy sat from just a couple nights to several months at a time. I offer services of walking, in-home visits, over-night stays and quite frankly am flexible with any other situations that may come up! About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I am flexible as I work from home. I normally check pets at least two times a day, but more check in times are available upon request. I have a friendly dog who loves to play and make new friends. “We had something come up last minute on a Sunday and needed to be out of town overnight. We usually board at the vet, but of course they were closed so I looked on Rover. Payten was able to take him that day and even within just a few hours. I felt very comfortable leaving Benji with Payten once I met her. She is super sweet and made sure to ask all the questions regarding his care. She even sent me a few pictures of him while we were away. I'm guessing he had tons of fun and was more active than usual because when we got home he wanted to do nothing but sleep. The only thing to note is she does have a toddler in the home. He done great with our Benji and Benji loves playing with kids, but if your dog does not like kids, this might not be the best option for you.”
About: Hello, I currently have a work-from-home job. I have two amazing fur babies, Milo (Augi) and Mila (Corgi). Milo is 10 years old, and Mila is 6 years old. They are great with other dogs. Milo is very social and always wants to make new friends. Mila can be social but is mostly attached to my side. I am great with dogs and would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies. I do work from home and I am unable to visit during the day, but in the evenings, I am available for visits, walks, scratches, and snoot boops if needed. I have a huge backyard that my kiddos (dogs) love to play in. It is fenced in and secure. If they misbehave, which is rare, I never say "bad boy/girl". I use words like "That was not a good boy/girl." My family calls me a millennial parent as I use positive words/phrases when disciplining. They are crate-trained and do love their kennel. I have a large kennel if needed for a safe space.
About: Walking, bathing, and hanging out with dogs is some of my favorite downtime activities. Growing up with a dog I learned all the necessary skills to watch over a dog. I even volunteered at the humane society in both the dog and cat area for four years! I am currently a teacher so I work from 7-4pm Monday through Friday, but if you need someone to walk your dog at night or house sit for the weekend or even a week night, I am your person! My husband also works from home so if you’re boarding during the week day he is also here to help out if needed. Whatever you need me to do is what I will follow. I will come to your place as my animals do not take well to strangers. But rest assured I will take great care of your animal, in whatever capacity you need. At our home we two cats that do well with other dogs but tend to ignore them, and one dog who LOVES other dogs so no worries there.
