I can provide regular potty breaks, playtime, affection, and photo updates throughout every stay. I’ll follow your dog’s normal routine closely so they feel comfortable, safe, and at home. I work full-time, so my weekday schedule may require dogs to be comfortable alone or safely crated for portions of the day. I provide potty breaks, meals, playtime, and attention before and after work and throughout the evening. My weekends generally allow for more time at home and additional activity and companionship. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first. I host only one Rover dog at a time and follow each owner’s feeding, medication, exercise, and crate instructions closely. Dogs are supervised during outdoor time in a fenced in yard, and doors and gates are carefully secured. Any caged pets in my home remain safely separated. I also provide regular photo updates so you can feel confident while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I started just walking dogs, and then progressed to watching family/friends dogs while they were on weekend trips/ vacations once I was able to drive. On top of watching other peoples animals, I’ve always had animals of my own, so I’ve been around Dogs/Cats my whole life. I am due in November, and I won’t be working once I have my baby. My schedule is completely open and my Dog is looking for a friend to have a sleepover 🩵 I have 3 acres and lots of room for dogs to run around and play! My dog gets along with any kind of dog, so your fur baby will have a friend the whole time! If you would like your dog crated, I can do that as well.

About: We live on 5 acres, approx 1/3-2/3 acre fenced. I am an experienced, responsible person that is also timely and dependable. Our 2 labs are very spoiled. I’ve had dogs for 20+ years and am experienced with giving pets medications if it is required, as well as feeding them. I also have senior pet experience. Medication & food would need to be provided by pet owners. We can accommodate overnight stays. Pets can be in crates or in beds depending on your/their preference. I treat every pet special. Currently my availability is open. I am an early riser up by 5am daily. I work from home and pets can access a fenced yard. I’m familiar with providing daily meds & special meals/food for pets as well. Our 2 labs are friendly and get along with other dogs. Both our dogs are fixed (spayed & neutered). Our backyard is fenced and secured. Our deck has a ramp (no stairs) so easy access for puppies and senior dogs. When you dog is in our backyard they will be supervised. We allow dogs on our furniture.

About: I have had dogs all my life. I have taken care of every age of dog. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian my entire childhood. I was even going to try and start the process, but then life happened and my plans had to change. My plans took me to being a stay at home mom to 3 kids who also love animals. While I am no professional, I love trying to help my dogs learn new tricks or commands. Once again not a professional, but I do all of my dogs grooming needs myself. I have clippers and a grinder for nails and all kinds of brushes. For the babies not afraid of vacuums I also have a pet grooming vacuum. I can brush bathe and clip dogs nails at the owners request. If you bring your own shampoo the bath will be at no cost to you. If you dont have any it will just be a small fee for me to use some that I have. I am able to give medications if need be. I can also follow special diet routines if necessary as long as you bring the supplies that are needed. I am a stay at home mom for our 3 kids so when your fur baby is in my care they will hardly ever have to be kenneled. Potty breaks can be as often as needed based on what they are used to at their actual home. Daily walks can be taken(depending on the weather). I would be delighted to care for your dog while you’re away! My home is shared with my husband, our three children, and two friendly dogs who love to play in our fenced yard. I also offer daily walks to keep your pup active and happy. I normally follow a two-meal schedule with my own dogs, but I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s usual routine. Since we also have a cat, it’s important that visiting dogs are comfortable around cats. My goal is to make your dog feel as happy and comfortable as possible while you’re gone. If there are any special routines or comforts that help your pup feel at ease, I’ll gladly accommodate them when I can. For higher-energy dogs, I even have experience biking with pups who enjoy an active workout.

About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was young. When I got older and moved out on my own, I ended up getting cats too. I currently have 2 cats that live with me, one was adopted and one was a stray kitten that I found in a thunderstorm. I’ve worked at a veterinary hospital doing tasks like feeding animals, administering medication, cleaning up after them, bathing them, etc. I have also worked at a couple of dog boarding shops. So, I can handle a lot of animals at once. I’m quick on my feet, especially when animals are getting too rough with one another. This happened a lot at the doggy daycares I worked at. But I know how to break up dog fights without hurting the pups in the process because of my experience there. I have been pet sitting independently for about 5 years, and I prefer it to being in a shop. I can have a closer relationship with the pets I watch this way. I’ve raised my own dogs and cats, so I know how to take care of them. I also know the certain behaviors to look out for, whether an animal is sick or not acting normal in general. The first thing I did after moving into my own home was adopt a bonded pair of formerly stray/feral cats and that quickly snowballed into becoming the servant to 5 very loved and spoiled cats. Over the years I have cared for dogs and cats ranging from playful kittens to grumpy, medically complex senior dogs. I have experience administering oral medication, ear drops, eye drops, injections, and subcutaneous fluids. I work full time Monday-Thursday 8-5 but close enough to run home for a potty break if needed. I work half days on Fridays and occasional work on the weekends but only for a few hours at a time. I'm a homebody so most of my time outside of work is spent at home. To keep a (relatively) calm and relaxed atmosphere I will only have 1 set dogs at a time to cut down on the possibility of any negative interactions. I have a large but currently unfenced back yard. I like to walk dogs at least once a day (weather permitting) and potty breaks are done in the backyard, typically on a tie out so that they can explore a bit and find just the right spot. Dogs ARE NOT left unattended on a tie out for a myriad of safety reasons. I don't currently have a dog of my own but I do have 5 cats so any dogs will need to be cat friendly or at least cat apathetic. I have plenty of baby gates and rooms with doors so that your pets as well as mine can have their own calm space to wind down when needed.
