So, we began calling around, also leaving messages through The Rover app, and asking different boarding availabilitys about having last minute booking. Not too many people responded. Janet, though, to my surprise, responded with a rapid message. I was surprised becaus in her brief bio and what some of her preferences were of clients, like a 7-Day meet and greet I was thinking like" she's she's definitely got her ways and she's not going to call me back !" We had a booked appointment and our pets at our place, she was a little busy when we first contacted her which had a 1-hour delay which was fine, not too longer than an hour and a half after we contacted her. We started offering pet transportation to the vet for people who are unable to take their fur babies to the vet and it turned into a full time business taking care of animals 💜 As there are two of us, one or both of us will be available to take care of your fur babies needs around the clock! We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I am flexible as I work from home. I normally check pets at least two times a day, but more check in times are available upon request. I have a friendly dog who loves to play and make new friends. He will be very helpful in helping young dogs learn how to socialize.
