“Wonderful. If you’re nervous about leaving your pets in the care of a stranger, look no further than Gabrielle and family. I have two one year old pups/dogs, Waboos and Finley, and had the best experience ever leaving my babies in their care. They sent me updates and photos throughout my trip. I am incredibly grateful. I will definitely seek Gabrielle’s services again the next time I have to leave town without Waboos and Finley in tow!”

“Carter was very attentive, responded quickly when I asked questions, sent photos and was very caring. His home is in a state of remodel (7/25), but Carter was still a great pet sitter. We felt comfortable leaving our beloved pet with him.”

“Elizabeth was great with my two dogs. Very welcoming of my dogs into her family and home. Gave my younger dog 1/1 attention when he needed it. Sent pictures and videos of my dogs. Wonderful experience and wonderful family!”

About: I have had a dog in my household my whole life, and now have my own that I solely take care of. I understand the struggle of working full time and having to leave your pets alone, I want to be able to ease that worry for you with my services. I currently work part time 4 days a week, so I will have time to work around that schedule. I also have my own dog to take care of, but if you are okay with your dog going on walks and socializing with mine than I have plenty of time to take care of your dog too! I have one friendly dog at home who would love to go on walks or to the dog park with your dog! She is very social with other dogs and does well at gauging how another pup is willing to play with her.
About: Hi, I'm Rick and have been around dogs most of my life. Growing up, I always had at least one dog and most of the time some cats. I had a short petless period after the kids graduated from high school. However, it wasn't long until I got a young, exuberant black lab. I spent hours on the dock throwing sticks for her and watching her launch off the end of the dock. She was crazy for the water! Unfortunately she passed away from cancer. The grief was awful, and I told myself no more dogs. But in several months I realized I'm a dog person, and was lucky enough to get Banjo, a collie/lab/poodle mix (Colabradoodle). Banjo and I attended multiple obedience schools, therapy training and he and I are now a certified therapy team. He and I have volunteered at the hospital every Friday for almost 9 years, and we've been in almost every nursing home, assisted living facility and clinic in town. Banjo and I are also a certified BARC team (Bemidji Area Reading Canines) which brings us to most schools in Bemidji, as well as the library and Boys and Girls Club. The kids come to read to him....or I read....or we make up stories from the pictures....or we just talk and pet Banjo. He's also an AKC Good Citizen. He is a gentle, submissive gentleman who loves people, especially kids, and gets along well with other dogs. He's 10 1/2 years old. I'm an active retiree but am flexible so if I'm watching your dog he/she will be my priority. I have one dog, who gets along well with people and other dogs. When I care for your dog, he/she will be treated like family. I have a fenced yard for play and trails in my woods to take walks. I will not allow your dog to be unleashed in an area that is not fenced. We live in the country so it's quiet and peaceful.

I make sure that she gets played, fed and walked. I make sure my dog is well taken care of and I abide by whatever the client expects from me. Trust is huge in being able to care of someone’s precious baby.

“Kaylee is great at communication and took good care of our cats while we were gone. There were no unpleasant surprises when we came home! It gives me peace of mind to know that things are OK when we’re away.”

About: I’m the sitter who speaks fluent cat. From spicy kittens to dignified seniors, I handle every feline mood with patience, humor, and a healthy respect for their royal status. I notice the tiny things—like preferred sunbeams, quirky habits, and ‘do not touch’ zones—and keep routines calm and consistent. I have my own kitty at home who I take care of and I will treat every cat like they’re my own.

“Helen was really great with Susie and got her to warm up very quickly despite her being shy. She took great care of her and was a great communicator. I would recommend her!”

“Rachel did a great job with my cat, Susie, and offered her lots of affection and care. She followed all instructions and gave me updates when needed. I can tell she cares a lot about Susie’s well-being and I would recommend her to anyone. This is the second time she has watched Susie and I hope to continue working with her in the future!”

“Desiree has provided care for our cat, Griffin, several times. We are always happy when she is available. She takes great care of Griffin and our home. She even brought in a few packages that were left on the porch. Desiree is a gem!”

“I feel so secure leaving our pets in Clair's care every time we need a pet sitter. Our pets are happy to see Clair and cuddle up with her. She sends messages and photos to reassure us while we're gone. I can focus on our trip knowing our pets are going to be well cared for, which is such a huge relief. We are so grateful for Clair.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats pretty much my entire life. One of my own cats requires pill medication twice a day, so I have become well apt at administering medications to cats who may be particularly difficult (as mine can be). I also have experience with fostering kittens as young as <1 week old that require round the clock care, and I’m not afraid to put in some elbow grease and get my hands dirty.

About: I’ve had cats in my home since I was a young child. I understand and empathize with all different kinds of kitties. Young, old, grumpy, and ragdolls. I can give them as much or as little love and attention they need. Willing to cat sit in their home since I know it’s probably where they are most comfortable. 😄 Willing to be patient and do the leg work when it comes to taking care of your babies! ☺️
About: I have been around dogs almost every day of my life :) I have worked with all kinds of breeds! I absolutely love them and I love spending my time around them. I am open most weekends and after 3pm on weekdays! Although I am able to come home at anytime from 7am-3pm for walks, bathroom breaks, or eating. I have two other dogs in the home to keep other dogs company. If there is any issues with other dogs I have a nice garage to keep either my or other dogs comfortable!
“Amy was wonderful! She was so sensitive to my cats’ needs and I felt so comfortable leaving my kitties in her care. She wasn’t even fazed by my pet snails (which I get is a bit unusual). For her there truly is “no animal too big or small.””

About: I have owned cats my whole life, with two cats currently under my care. I am capable of administering oral medication and injections, on top of routine care, as my orange cat is disabled. All cats welcome no matter how loving or shy!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life! I can offer just about everything when caring for your puppers, I absolutely adore dogs. I have a 5 year old black lab, Ryker. He’s my first born haha, and just recently adopted a female black lab, Oakley. We are thinking she’s around 6. I am married, my husband Nicholas loves animals just as much as I do. We are both Marine Corps Veterans. I’ve cared for dogs as soon as from when they were born. I love taking my dog on walks and to the dog park so I would love caring for others fur babies when you are in need of someone to help out! I am currently working from home so I can watch your dogs at any time, my schedule is pretty open on nights, weekends and holidays as well. I have extra dishes big or small. I do not have a fenced in yard but I always make sure dogs that I’m watching are on a leash. Regardless of how well behaved the dog is, I do not want them running off or getting hurt.
About: I have cared for all kinds of animals since I could remember, from raccoons, rats, horses, and Guinea pigs to your more normal cats and dogs and lizards. I currently have a pup so I do pet care every day all day. She is a part of my family so she is never lacking when it comes to her care and exercise. I currently live in a townhouse and I don’t have a yard so we go for long walks on the edge of town multiple times a day as well as car rides. In my clients home I use the resources they have available (big yard either fenced or not) or we will just go for walks throughout the day. I make the care of the client the priority.

“Wonderful experience! Beth and her husband saved the day!! Such a great team! Not only did they ensure our dog Nora was taken care of, they also went out of their way to help us get into our locked car in the cold. Super helpful and kind. Our dog Nora had a great time playing with their dogs. Thanks again😊”

“I don’t know where to begin to express how wonderful Amy has been to Daisi the past year and a half…Daisi has been so lovingly cared for on her weekly visits to Amy and her sweet Oakley. ♥️ Amy is the kind of person that I can trust completely to care for my busy Goldendoodle. I know when Daisi is with Amy she is a very happy dog‼️ I am so lucky to have found Amy who is always very accommodating with my various schedules and enjoy her kindness to both me and Daisi🐕🥰”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Along with my personal experience caring for pets, I also have a background working with children through Early Head Start and as a pediatric nurse in both clinic and hospital settings. My experience has made me very patient, attentive, dependable, and calm under pressure. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll always treat them with the same love and care I would my own. I work three 12-hour shifts each week, which gives me several days off and flexibility throughout the week. On my days off, I have plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and giving pets the attention and care they need. I’m organized, dependable, and able to balance my work schedule while still providing reliable and consistent care for pets. Your pets will always be treated with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own.
About: I'm a Ground Support Coordinator for The Retrievers and help in rescuing and catching dogs. Some of the photos I have on my profile are of dogs I've rescued and found foster-based placement for. I have experience working with pets with human aggression.I grew up caring for many different animals in my family. I have experience working with dogs that have trauma or may have been neglected in the past.. I have administered medication to both cats and dogs too! Our goal is to help owners with dogs with separation anxiety, issues staying home alone, or that don't do well at facility type boarding. We do this in our living room/kitchen area that is right when you walk into the house. There is also a doggy door that goes out to the backyard. Our cat stays in our room as she doesn't like to explore and gets nervous, so if your dog is not good with cats, that is not a problem.I currently stay home and we offer temporary emergency placement for dogs and network rescue placement for them. We have a set-up for them downstairs so the dogs never cross paths to ensure safety but all dogs must have ALL REQUIRED VACCINES (Distemper plus the booster absolutely required) and proof will be asked for prior to drop off. My son, fiancé, and I have three dogs. We all love animals and taking care of them is always a priority in our family. We've owned pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, chickens, and more in the past! I usually ask the owners of animals to leave a note or just tell me beforehand all the details of what needs to be done to care for their pets. When I have extra time I spend that time hanging out with all the dogs!
About: As a lifelong dog owner with hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic, I bring a deep commitment to each pet’s health, happiness, and safety. My love for dogs runs deep, and I’m a highly responsible adult who values the trust pet families place in me. I care for every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and well-cared-for at all times. Pet care is part of my everyday life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! My days are filled with tail wags, play breaks, feeding routines, and, of course, cuddle time. I happily work around each pet’s schedule, making sure they get all the love and attention they need to feel at home. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy—and it’s always the best part of my day! Hello and thank you for considering me for your pet care! Whether in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, loving environment where pets feel secure and comfortable. I follow their regular routines—feeding, exercise, and playtime—so they’re relaxed and happy. I understand how important peace of mind is for you, and I keep your well-being in mind too. That’s why I provide regular updates and photos, so you always know your pet is safe and content. Safety is my top priority; I make sure spaces are pet-proofed and carefully watch for any health concerns. With experience in a vet clinic and as a lifelong dog owner, I treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: I've had pets since I was 8 years old. Started with dogs and cats, then horses, cows and chickens! I've cared for babies, young animals, middle age animals and senior animals. I've got a pretty flexible work schedule, sometimes I work from home and sometimes I’m on the road. My two dogs are extremely friendly and great with all people! My male dog generally doesn’t get along with other male dogs. I've done extensive obedience, rally and agility work with both of them. I would love to drop in on your dogs or cats during the day to let them get some of their energy out! I could always go for a good walk too! Feel free to ask me anything, I'm not shy. Can't wait to meet you and your animals! I work from home sometimes and on the road sometimes. My schedule is pretty variable. When I’m available, I can stop in and check on things reliably. I follow all directions exactly as they’re given to me. I love when pet parents leave me written instructions with lots of details! I always follow the pet’s lead for activities and play as much or as little as they want. If they just need some pets and snuggles, I’m good with that too.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats (along with other animals) my whole life! I grew up with dogs and haven’t known a house without them! My family currently has 6 dogs (14, 7,5,4 ,2,11 weeks) and we just recently had to put down our dog who was 12. I was her primary caretaker ensuring she got all of her meds and that she was comfortable. I also do a majority of the puppy training when we do get new dogs! Along with dogs my family has 2 cats (11,5), 2 fish, and 2 hamsters! To say I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life is an understatement! Along with that I also volunteer at my local animals shelter! I currently work part time along with being in school. My days are pretty open in the mornings! I’m open for house sitting all day/night on weekends and then in the morning on weekdays! I have class during some parts of the day but only for an hour. I work from 4-9 Monday - Friday but I am more than willing to work after that! I am currently unable to take care of any pets in my home but I am more than willing to travel to take care of yours! I would make sure to honor their space (and your of course)!
About: I have experience not just with dogs and cats but with farm animals (goats, horses, chickens, etc) and small mammals (rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, etc). For dogs, I have experience with everything from young puppies to senior citizens and understand all their individual needs. I have helped out family and friends with their beloved pets over the years. I drive school bus so I work from 6-8:30 am and 2-5pm but have plenty of time between/after those hours to spend with your pet. I treat your pets as my own when I am in their house (and I have 6 dogs and 3 cats that I would rope the moon for).
About: I’ve been taking care of animals of all kinds since I was just a tot at 4 years old. I have pets of my own, one of which requires twice daily medication, so I am well versed and experienced in medication administration. I do currently have a job that, on days I am scheduled, work 5am-5pm. Outside of those hours I love to spend time with my own pets and would love to expand that to spending time with even more furry friends! I always like to make sure my home is safe and “pet proof,” never leaving out any plants, cleaners, food, or anything that may harm pets in any way. Ensuring they eat their meals and get any needed medication in a timely matter is vital to me.

About: Hello! I have grown up with pets my entire life and have spent the past couple of years learning how to care for cats and dogs. I have helped raise dogs from puppies to adulthood with everything from grooming to exercise. The breeds I have the most experience with are Labrador and Maltese dogs. For training, I have experience both in training my own dogs and carrying on the training set by the owners of the dogs I watch over. I love to exercise with pets and enjoy walking with them alongside playing with toys. I have no preferences when it comes to pets as I will happily care for and love them all! I work a part time job with a very flexible schedule so I am easily able to fit pet care into my weekly schedule alongside care for my own animals. I am experienced with both crate-trained and free roaming pets. I am also keen on pet welfare to ensure the animal’s physical safety and happiness.
