“We left our border collie Maddie to stay with Erica during a 5 day trip. Erica was super nice and sent us daily updates with photos and videos, and we could tell Maddie had a ton of fun during her stay.”

“I recommend booking with Ty! We have rebooked Ty multiple times because he does such an amazing job of taking care of my two dogs. He is very understanding and responsible. He gives updates and sends pictures that make me well assured they are in good hands.”

“Couldn’t recommend Erica and Ciara enough!! It was my first time boarding my dog and was really anxious about it. They were great with keeping me updated and sending pics, and also very patient with my dog, who was very worked up since it was her first time away from home. I am so thankful for the care they provided!!”

“Rebekah took wonderful care of our senior dog. Gave him lots of fun and love and her home has a great set up for dogs. She was great about communication and following feeding and meds instructions. It was wonderful to enjoy our weekend knowing our Sven was in such caring, capable hands.”

“Great stay cation for Joey! We were heading out of town on a holiday weekend so some of our past Rover boardings were not available. Speaking with Angela I can tell she understands dog behaviors and how to keep my anxious dog calm. I got pics and communication daily. Joey was wore out when he got back and that is not easy to accomplish. Will definitely rebook in the future and highly recommend Angela.”

“Wendy and her family did a wonderful job caring for our puppy Oliver. They took him for long walks a couple times a day. They made sure he had plenty of outdoor time and tired him out. I don't even think he missed us while we were gone. I got updates and pictures of how Olivers stay was going. I will definitely be using Wendy again in the future.”

“Sheryl and her kids were amazing with my Pitbull Terrier Bo! They have a really big yard for Bo to go out and they treat Bo just like their own. Their Zoey is a gentle giant that keeps Bo company. Overall felt very at ease leaving my dog with them, would highly recommend!”

“Jenny was phenomenal. She’s very flexible on times of pick up and drop off. She sent multiple pictures of Wiley having fun running around and playing. He was more energetic on pick up and even seemed as if he wished to stay longer. Both of her dogs were playful and accepted Wiley into their home with out any issues. Both Wiley and I are extremely pleased with this experience, and can’t wait until the next time Jenny can watch him again when I need to be out of town.”

“We felt very comfortable leaving both our dogs with Julie. She is a great communicator, considerate, and understanding of some family circumstances that unexpectedly came up. We will definitely use Julie again when we return to La Crosse. It's always a great feeling knowing our fur kids are safe, sound, and well cared for. Thanks so much, Julei!”

“Jared was very helpful and accommodating. Princess was well taken care of and had a lot of cuddles from everyone in the family. I will contact again next time I need a sitter for Princess!”

“Karlie took great care of my pup during his stay. He got along well with her dog as well. They got a lot of both play and nap time together! He also came home with a cute bandana! (Thanks again for that). She is responsive, kind and truly loves to care for animals.”

About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.
“Susan was the perfect sitter for my Shiba Inu! She took good care of him, took him on multiple walks, and even baked him dog treats! Plus she’s a delightful person who’s easy to coordinate with. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!”

“Jasmyne was awesome! She watched my little girl overnight while I was in town for the eagles game. She updated me throughout the night with pictures and everything. Her dog Raven got along great with mine. Nova was very hesitant to eat in a new environment so Jasmyne even tried sitting with her on the floor to help ease her anxiety. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter in the area! Thank you so much Jasmyne!”

About: I used to work at a doggy daycare and I worked with horses for about a year, so nothing scares me. I fostered a dog for a year until she found her forever home and now I have my own rescue. She is my whole world. I will treat your furbabies like my own because I know they are your whole world too. I work 2 part-time jobs with a lot of availibility/flexibilty. I typically work either midday or evening, but it changes daily. I would work well with a flexible schedule. We would go for many walks during the day. My dog loves to play so they can tire each other out. If comfortable with other dogs, we could visit the dog park.

“Naomi was fantastic! She watched my cat for a weekend and sent me lots of updates with photos and videos and was extremely self-sufficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“Miss Jillissa is very attentive and actively works to understand my fur babies' personalities. She regularly kept in touch. Sebastian and Irene were calm and didn't even really care when I got home. She also kept good care of the house. I would gladly have her watch them again!”

About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊

About: I have 4 cats of my own. I've had 2 since 2017, 1 as a kitten since 2020, and the newest rescue I saved after he was thrown from a car. I've seen a wide gamut of cat personalities, and I am very accepting of cat boundaries. A nervous cat doesn't deserve less love.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets, big and small since I was about 11 years old. Are you looking for your dog/cat’s new best friend, I’m your girl! From long walks to playing fetch, and everything in between (bathing, feeding on time, bathroom time) I’m ready for it all! I’m not as familiar with caring for elderly pets or medication, but with a little instruction, I’m a fast learner! I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m mostly free the first half of the week (Monday to Wednesday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at anytime, and Fridays after 3 pm. I’m a very patient person and am willing to fit whatever needs your pet requires. Schedules are not a problem for me, if your pet needs to use the bathroom at 6 am every morning, or food is served at 9 am, and goes on frequent walks, I’m very flexible.
“Came to take our dogs out when we were away at a concert. Played with them outside made sure to put our key back and open up our bedroom door so our dogs could lay on our bed. Awesome pet sitter. Would recommend him highly”

“Christie was great to work with and great with our kitty! I was so worried about leaving my young kitten for a week but she made the experience stress free. She provided several updates and lots of pictures! I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to stay with their pets and in their home!”

“Gilman's experience with Erica was outstanding!! He has tons of energy and she knew how to keep him busy. He was showing some obnoxious behaviors when we got to her house. She was so understanding and just knew how to keep him busy and get him tired out. She shared photos with me through texting which allowed for reassurance on this first time experience for me. I highly recommend Erica and we will be visiting again! Thanks for everything Erica (and all)”

“Ambrosius had a lot of fun with her walks and doggy play! She came home and slept amazing. She was very happy and even got so comfortable she took a nap (rare for her at others houses). Thank you so much for making my puppy happy and feel loved.”

“Angela was excellent with my dog, Vaida! Vaida struggles adjusting to new surroundings, but Angela was a pro with her. Angela provided consistent communication & I was able to stay updated throughout the week. It was great to know Vaida was in good hands.”

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.
“This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but my overall experience was positive with AJ. We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. When the day was over we met in the park again and (on time) and my dog was happy to see me. Thumbs up!”

About: Hi! I'm Jade, an experienced animal caregiver who believes every pet deserves individual attention, patience, and care. 🐾 I don't believe pet care should be one-size-fits-all. Every animal has its own personality, routine, comfort level, and needs, and I take the time to learn what makes each pet feel safe and comfortable. I'm comfortable caring for dogs and a variety of small animals, including rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, and other companion animals. Please note: I do not offer in-home cat sitting in my own home. I do offer drop-in visits and house-sitting visits at your home, where I am happy to care for your cats and other pets while you're away. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, feeding, playtime, companionship, or someone to stay with them while you're away, I'll treat them with the same patience and care I would want for my own animals. I understand that leaving your pets with someone else can be stressful. My goal is to give you peace of mind by following your instructions carefully, maintaining your pets' normal routines as much as possible, and keeping you updated throughout their care. I'm dependable, patient, observant, and attentive to changes in an animal's behavior or routine. Your pets' safety and well-being come first. Have a pet that isn't a dog or cat? Ask me! I especially enjoy helping families who have animals that can be more difficult to find experienced care for. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and become someone you can trust whenever you need a helping hand! 🐶🐱🐭🐰🐹🦎🐦🐠🐾 cpr and heimlich trained I'm happiest when I'm spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than one large dog or 2 small dogs at a time but someday I will! I am working on getting fencing for my yard! I only let 1 dog out at a time. I follow owners feeding schedule. I chart every feeding, drink of water that i see, and every potty break. I send updates daily and am well educated on how to calm an anxious dog!

“We're so thankful for Jillissa. She's always been good at responding, and she gives our dog great walks. Plus, she is really good with our parakeet. Our bird is very picky about people, and she actually flew to Jillissa's shoulder (she sent us a photo showing it!), so clearly Jillissa is a bird whisperer, too!”

She took Lady for a very long walk the next day, took some photos of her, etc. I'll definitely be contacting Ana again!”

I would say I'm a very responsible and organized person! I will care for your pets as if they're my own because I understand how much they mean to you. Your pets will be in safe hands!

I can do early mornings to late nights. I’m always able to help with anything! I’m very detail oriented and need straightforward instructions in order to properly care for a pet. The more straightforward the instructions the better! I treat any pet as if they were my own. Maybe a chance to spoil with my special frozen pet friendly watermelon slush for the hot summer days? Or a little trip to get a pup cup? My dogs are spoiled and I miss them so much so this would be a win-win for the both of us 🤣

About: I have taken care of my two pit bulls since the start of high school. I love giving affection to them, including others I have met in person. I used to have a senior dog who had joint problems and needed help on the stairs, bed, and sofa. I also love meeting my friends’ pets and giving them the same affection as I do with my own pets. I’ll make sure to update you regularly with pictures so you know that your pets are in safe hands. Your pets safety is my top priority. I'll do my best in following your schedule so your pets won't get stressed by any sudden changes. About: I have over 13 years of hands on experience caring for dogs, from raising puppies into adulthood to understanding how their needs change throughout different stages of life. I’ve learned how important it is for dogs to have healthy outlets for their energy, plenty of attention, patience, exercise, and a routine that helps them feel happy and cared for. I currently have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks and runs, as well as three cats with their own unique personalities. Having both dogs and cats has given me experience understanding the very different ways animals communicate, build trust, and show what they need. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, high-energy dogs, and pets who may still be learning their manners or training. I believe every animal deserves patience and the opportunity to feel safe, appreciated, and understood. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, playtime, companionship, or simply some extra love and attention while you’re away, I want to provide the same level of care I would want for my own animals. 🐾 With a flexible part-time schedule and a love for walking my own dog on the daily, I enjoy sharing fun, fulfilling walks with other dogs too. I’ve always been an animal lover and happiest when I’m spending time outside! I have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks, runs, and little adventures, along with three cats who each have completely different personalities. Growing up around animals has taught me that every pet is different and deserves patience, attention, affection, and plenty of time to just be themselves. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and finding what makes them happiest—whether that’s an energetic walk, some playtime, exploring outside, or simply having someone there to give them attention. I’m also completely comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and dogs who may still be working on their training or manners. I believe they deserve just as much patience and care while they’re learning! My goal is to give your pet a fun, positive experience while making sure they’re safe, cared for, and getting the attention they deserve. 🐾

“Holy Cow do these guys love dogs! My dog is higher energy if you let it happen. Im pretty sure he is happy/sad to come home. I got pictures and updates daily. They appreciated his weirdness and really gave Joey a vacation like we were having. I would 100% recommend to everyone AND may even treat my dog to a visit even if we are in town. You won't regret booking this couple!”

About: Love all fur babies. Have been taken care of all sorts of critters since I was little. Love all shapes and sizes. Excited to start babysitting. I worksl from home full time and we are home most days. Walks and plenty of play time in our back yard would hapen all day. We have a nice big fenced in back yard and theee dogs and two cats that love to play. We love playing fetch and have lots of toys.
