About: Growing up with dogs, sitting for cats is a completely different experience that I really enjoy. I'm capable of applying medications, cleaning litter boxes, cleaning up spaces, feeding, and even just sitting around with cats of all ages so they don't have to be lonely while you're gone. I can stop in just to get food and water situated, or I can stay overnight to make sure they don't get in any trouble, whatever you need.

I’m currently working part-time split shifts at an elementary school. I recently got a second job at a daycare in Blaine. About: I have a special interest in senior dogs. I have a 17 year old dachshund mix and a 12 year old dachshund. I have adopted hospice dogs and have been a hospice foster. I have experience as a dog foster for rescues in the Twin Cities and am also a volunteer at Animal Humane Society. I work from home and am here most of the time. No problem administering meds, including injections. I work full time from home, so I am almost always here to tend to the dogs. Caring for my own two dogs is an important part of my life and I make sure I’m always meeting their needs. I have two children who live with me 50% of the time. They are 9 and 4 and have lived with small, senior dogs their entire lives. They are very respectful of dogs and I never leave the kids with the dogs unsupervised. I’m very vigilant about how my kids interact with dogs. I have a fenced in yard and secure home in the suburbs. Boarded dogs will be treated like members of my family. I will follow requested instructions and dogs are welcome on the furniture and bed.

About: Our home in Brooklyn Park is ready to host your pet. Having had a Great Dane for almost ten years, we are ready to watch pets in any size range. We have no dogs or cats in the home currently, but are set up to give your pet the best possible experience while you are away! We have experience with senior dogs and dietary restrictions such as raw feeding, as well as giving medications as needed. Currently, both Jackie and I work from home, so there is always someone around during the day. We live right off of a walking trail, so daily walks will be no problem. We have a fenced in yard if your pup likes to be outside. Otherwise they are welcome to hang out with us during the day on one of many dog beds, or on the couch for cuddle time.

About: I've been around pets/animals all my life. My husband and I currently have a black lab. We love to spoil our fur babies and take great care of them with routine vet visits. About: I have been a Rover pet sitter since 2023 and now do Rover full-time. I will care for cats, dogs, and small animals. Cats are my speciality. I am also available for dog-walking and dog mid-day let-out. I do not do overnight stays due to having a cat with cystitis. I have an open schedule and am available from 8am-9pm every day of the week. I am studying to become a translator and I have Japanese lessons three days a week in the evening, but the system has me book time slots every week that can vary, and usually I have enough notice from a client to book the lessons around my pet sitting schedule. However, if I am given shorter notice, I may not be able to move around the lesson times and may have to fulfill an evening visit at an altered time on a particular day. When I arrive for drop-in visits, I hold my supply bag in front of me as I enter the door to prevent cats from escaping. For evening visits, I may also leave a light on at the entrance as another measure against an escape. I store all keys in a designated bag and label them when necessary; I avoid opening the key bag inside the car, where keys could fall into difficult-to-reach places in the car. I maintain the cleanliness of the food and water dishes and litter box each day and clean up any accidents, vomit, or hairballs that I find. If I need to administer oral or topical medication to a shy cat, I will need you to close the doors to certain rooms in the house where the cat can get into more difficult hiding places, and may even need to keep the cat isolated to one room. I will handle old, frail animals more delicately, particularly if I need to grab them for a medication.

About: I’ve been taking care of my family's, friends, and others dogs since I was about 12 years old. I love animals with my whole heart and want nothing that to provide your pet a safe warm place to stay while you enjoy your vacation. I work full time during the week in the city, so I don’t get home until after 4pm. I spend most of my weekend outside playing in the yard or doing yard work. Week days I take my two dogs for a walk in the morning and at night, and find lots of time to play with them before bed. My partner and I work slightly skewed hours so the dogs are never home alone for more than 8 hours during the week day. We have cameras in the living room and kitchen to keep and eye on the while we aren’t home. When watching your dog I will send you updates as frequently or infrequently as you would like me too. I will treat your pets as if they are one of my own. Mine mean the world to me, so I will treat yours the same. If boarding at my home, your pet(s) must be okay with my two dogs. They are both friendly and love to play, but can also be couch potatoes. By the end of 2026 I will have a fenced in yard. I also live within 20 minutes of a Blue Pearl ER vet clinic.
