“I appreciated Dayjah being able to take Willie on short notice for 24 hours when I had to go out of town. He came back happy, and tired! The only glitch is that Willie didn’t take well to Dayjah’s cat, so she had to keep him separated from the kitty and that was probably an inconvenience for Dayjah! Willie apologizes and blames it on the fact that he’s a JRT, and the only other acceptable animals on the face of the planet are dogs. Ohhh, Willie… Thanks, Dayjah!”
“Donald was fantastic with my 2 dogs that he boarded for 7 days. My dogs loved it there, it was the perfect environment for them while I was away, as close to a setting of just being at home as I could have imagined possible. This worked great, especially considering my youngest dog had never been boarded anywhere for overnight. They both fit in and adjusted well quickly. They got used to their new routine quickly, and the youngest really liked the electronic doggie door. About: I’ve had animals since I was born. Dogs, cats, chickens, and eventually convinced my dad of horses. We’ve had 2 litters of puppies, so I’m experienced in pups as well! I went to Texas for 3 months to train barrel horses and learned so much! I’ve worked alongside my equine vet for MANY years, and have learned a ton from her as well. My love for animals is what everyone notices about me. One of my very first words, was “horse” believe it or not! I am 19, have TONS of referrals, clean driving record, and have been trusted to stay in other families home while they are away:) My work schedule varies. One of my jobs is from 2-10:30 pm, where my other one is 7(or 8) am-4pm. I can wake up early to let them out before work, as well as stop out after work! About: Dogs are lovable and a helping career is fulfilling. By helping humans with their canines I get the best of both worlds! Dogs have always been apart of my life, and recently we had our own 13yo mutt who came as a puppy, had a long full life, and passed away in my husband’s arms. Before that we had another mutt that lived to be 16yo, but she was a pound puppy we got at about 2yo. Also, our dog-niece lived with us for January 2024 while her parents vacationed. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. When I was 16 I started to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley for a few years before going to college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Along the way, I took many classes to learn more about animal behavior and psychology. However, once I graduated, I was at a loss of what to pursue. It was during this time when I stumbled into working for Invisible Fence as a dog trainer. I found my true passion of training dogs through this. I have spent countless hours learning through hands on experience, shadowing other trainers, signing up for seminars/conferences and taking courses through a Pet Professional Program. In addition to this, I read countless books, listened to professional dog trainer podcasts, and watched videos. Now I run my own dog training business called Tator's Training. Pet care is about the well-being of the animal as a whole... starting with nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation and being active. I have 3 dogs of my own that I work with every day. I target each category (nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation, physical activity) to make sure their needs are met. I work with dogs daily and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. Every dog is treated like my own. I would never put an animal in a situation that isn't environmentally safe for them or puts them at risk. I've personally trained my dog to follow voiceless hand signal commands and he is also special needs, so caring for a senior or special needs animal is a breeze for me! I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life! I treat my cats like they are my children and I would do anything for them! I would take care of your fur babies as if they were my own! I also love dogs, I've had many dogs in my family growing up. I don't have the living space needed for a dog while living in an apartment. I would definitely have one if I were able! That's a big reason why you should let me pet sit for you! My availability is pretty open right now. I want to do a little something on the side besides other projects that I'm working on. They say that if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life! Pets definitely make me the happiest!! I like to keep the living space clean and sanitized, I clean litter boxes every day. I pick up poop while on dog walks. Also, while dog walking, if there's another dog near and the you're dog seems uncomfortable or threatened, I would move to the other side of the street or walk the other way to remove ourselves from the situation. About: While I don’t have official experience, I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and I would watch my neighbors dogs when they went out of town. I’d love to spend some time with your pets this summer! I’m a recent college grad looking for some short term work for the summer before moving in August for my post-grad job. I’m available to drop in and walk your pets or spend a bit more time with them while you take a break! Happy to stay with your pets all night or just drop by for a walk mid-day! About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. We take daily walks when the weather is good. We have a large dog crate if your dog needs. Our yard is fenced in and dogs wouldn’t usually be home alone for more than a few hours.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I grew up on a large animal farm where we had bison for 20 years. I went to college at msu Mankato for animal science. In 2016 I started working at a boarding kennel and ever since I have found my life passion of working with dogs and cats. I have 4 dogs of my own on a hobby farm. I have two springer spaniels, my rescue dog that is a chow pit bull, and recently got a golden retriever puppy. I have also been grooming dogs professionally since 2018. I know how to do anal glands, haircuts, nail trimming and buffing, ear cleaning, meds, baths, basically the whole works! I am currently available pretty much everyday for drop ins, walks, feeding, meds, and to give love to your fur babies! Even last minute I’m available I offer drop in at your house, I can do over nights if needed, I also can pets to appointments if needed. I do have experience with aggressive dogs as well. I have a fully enclosed 7 foot tall fenced in yard as well
About: I love working with dogs. I have sat for a wide range of dogs sizing from a brussels griffen (14-15 lbs) to southern bloodhounds and black labs. Have given basic medication (a probiotic for the southern bloodhound), fed and walked dogs. I have also walked both together, so I am not against having 2 dogs at once. I have also used a couple different forms of restraints, such as gentle leaders, normal neck collars and shock collars while on walks to keep dogs under control as per owners instructions. One of the dogs I sit on a regular basis is an aging almost 10 year old southern bloodhound. I also have taken care of a shiba inu at weeks at a time, giving her longer 3-4 mile walks. My availability tends to lie in afternoons, evenings and some weekend availability as I have a 40 hour a week job. Generally what dog owners will like about my care is when I am given specific instruction, I will follow their instruction word for word, to keep their dog happy and healthy.
About: I grew up in our family of breeders and have loved dogs my whole life its always been just somthing I wanted to do as a side gig just hanging out with animals there just my favorite. “I appreciated Dayjah being able to take Willie on short notice for 24 hours when I had to go out of town. He came back happy, and tired! The only glitch is that Willie didn’t take well to Dayjah’s cat, so she had to keep him separated from the kitty and that was probably an inconvenience for Dayjah! Willie apologizes and blames it on the fact that he’s a JRT, and the only other acceptable animals on the face of the planet are dogs. Ohhh, Willie… Thanks, Dayjah!”
“Donald was fantastic with my 2 dogs that he boarded for 7 days. My dogs loved it there, it was the perfect environment for them while I was away, as close to a setting of just being at home as I could have imagined possible. This worked great, especially considering my youngest dog had never been boarded anywhere for overnight. They both fit in and adjusted well quickly. They got used to their new routine quickly, and the youngest really liked the electronic doggie door. It was just all around a great fit and will definitely be contacting Donald again for all future boarding needs”
