About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. Growing up with dogs, I quickly became in tune with their needs and can form a bond quickly! I go above and beyond to make every dog I meet feel loved and welcomed. I grew up with cats, dogs, and horses. I’m currently home with my little boy for the summer so my availability is virtually wide open! I’ll be able to provide walks, pets, and so much more. I have an outdoor kennel with a nice house in it if needed. Otherwise, I can provide a crate inside in a calm environment. My 2 dogs are around to play with your dog as well! If you’re worried about my dogs and your dog getting along, I can separate them-no problem.

About: We've owned a wide variety of dogs since I was little. Taking care of them and helping care for others pets has always been a passion of mine. We recently had a litter of eleven puppies. From newborn to elderly I've helped train, care for, and love them all. I currently work full time but have evenings, Fridays, and weekends off. About: I've had cats pretty much my whole life. For the longest time, I preferred them over dogs! However, I'm to the point in my life where I love both dogs and cats equally. 🥰 When I worked at Ames Pet Resort in Ames, IA, they offered lodging for cats so I took care of many different kitties. From mean, to anxious, to super lovey dovey ones! I've also given them their medicines, though needles are a little tough for me with cats... but I'm very willing to learn! I currently have my own house cat and she's my little baby. 🥰 She loves to snuggle with me right away in the morning and right before bed. I got her from a farm down in Iowa and it took her a few days to get used to me and my dog, but once she was used to us, she was following us around the apartment everywhere! And now that I live in a house, she has a whole house to explore and a new kitty to play with! After I got Athena, I got her spayed and updated on her shots. She didn't like taking her medicine, but she let me do it anyway, which I was super thankful for at the time since I worked a lot at the time. I love to play with her whenever I get the chance, and my dog often joins us in play time. ❤️

All my dogs have always been a big part of my life and I care for them deeply. Family/Friends have trusted me to care for their pets when needed. I currently have a “teenager” (6 year American Staffordshire Terrier… major cuddles, playful, very sensitive stomach) and recently our senior Luna past over the rainbow bridge. I am patient and have energy for any requirement you may need while your babies are in my care. Working from home, I am quite flexible most days. I am an early riser and stay up late. So feedings, playtime, bathroom breaks, etc is not an issue for me. We have 5 acres of unfenced land to run around in. I also have a very large fenced Garden the dogs are allowed to roam in for off leash fun, as well as a sizeable wrap around deck to chill on and soak up the sun. We are outdoor people, so are our dog(s), so if it’s nice, you will find us out and about. With our training they do well to stay within our property and listen well if running around the yard. Communicate if your dog(s) need to be leashed (also have a leash line setup between trees to enjoy the outdoors as well). I would hope in any environment that your pets are trained and do well in the space provided or within, please communicate any special concerns, etc. I do have experience with “shock” collars for more so the ‘tone’ button, as we have wildlife and woods surrounding our house, we use this to protect our dogs from our surroundings periodically throughout the year. So I am comfortable using this method to ensure your pups stay safe.

About: I've had pets my whole life, I watch the pets of my friends and family as often as I'm needed. I make sure they're fed, hydrated and go on walks daily. I also have experience working with blind and deaf dogs. I am on Medical Leave from work and pet care is what I am best at. I am free all day every day including weekends. I am best at caring for pets in other peoples homes. If I'm staying somewhere overnight i bring my own food, towels, blankets and pillows and i'm able to sleep anywhere including couches and floors. I am not able to watch pets in my own home as I live in a very small apartment that pets are not allowed in.

“Our dog took to Sydney the moment he met her at our meet and greet. That is saying a lot as he is usually very leery of new people. Our dog spent a long weekend in the care of Sydney in her home where he had personal space and a lovely fenced-in yard to run around. We received updates from Sydney a couple of times a day, including a video, on how he was doing. Our dog takes medication and it is quite often a real struggle to get him to take it ... he got his medication everyday during his stay. Definitely recommend Sydney!!!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. Growing up with dogs, I quickly became in tune with their needs and can form a bond quickly! I go above and beyond to make every dog I meet feel loved and welcomed. I grew up with cats, dogs, and horses. I’m currently home with my little boy for the summer so my availability is virtually wide open! I’ll be able to provide walks, pets, and so much more. I have an outdoor kennel with a nice house in it if needed. Otherwise, I can provide a crate inside in a calm environment. My 2 dogs are around to play with your dog as well! If you’re worried about my dogs and your dog getting along, I can separate them-no problem.

About: Hello, I grew up on a farm and have lived with animals all of my life. I have cared for kittens, puppies, goats, cattle and chickens. I grew up with Aussies and am currently very active with our dog, Rylee - although I am a cat person at heart. I would consider myself an animal person through and through. My significant other also has a huge heart for animals. Our three pets are the center of most of what we do. I work in office Monday to Thursday each week. I am off each Friday and am available most weekends. My significant other, Brandon, is my partner in this and he works from home all week. Your pet would have his company and care while I work in office! We live in a spacious, two bedroom apartment. There are sidewalks and a paved walking path near our apartment that we frequent. We are also discovering local parks! Our complex offers a fenced dog park. I feel exercise is highly importantly for furry friends. Our apartment is clean and quiet. We give dog treats to Rylee (our dog) often. Our pets receive lots of love and yours can expect this too! We have two cats in our apartment too - Maggie and Frankie. Frankie loves dogs with her whole heart and Maggie typically keeps her distance while we pet sit.
