About: Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

I feel it's important that animals get exercise and will take your dog for walks and make sure they are comfortable and happy. Your pet will get lots of love in my home!! I work from home and can attend to them anytime. I will walk them as I do for my own dogs. They will get to play outside in a large wooded area. I live out in the country on 8 acres. About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. So whether it be house sitting with the animals or simply doing some walking or activities, I don't mind and will enjoy my time with them. Its something I enjoy as one of my hobbies. I know how stressful it can be housing your dogs with other dogs, so to easy your mind I have turned our basement into a dog only zone with toys/kennels/treats where our dogs will stay when I am boarding other peoples dogs, So that they never have to intact with each other. They will be let out separately as well. We don’t have a fenced in yard but we have a decent sized yard and your dogs will be leashes outside at all times.
