“Tammy and her husband were wonderful dog sitters for my two miniature schnauzers! It was a “staycation” beyond compare. They loved romping in the lovely fenced in back yard and were lucky to receive 100 percent of their love and attention, with Tammy having her “one customer at a time only” rule. I received lots of happy pictures of my dogs enjoying their time and getting lots of snuggles. Tammy was super at her communication and I so appreciate her understanding when we got stuck in traffic on the way back from our trip. About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.

About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was a child. When married and had kids, we’ve always had dogs and have cared for our dogs in every aspect, walking, bathing, grooming, vet care, etc. Currently we don’t have a pet, but our house is a perfect set up to take care of yours. Currently we are retired. We would have plenty of time to go for walks, play and relax. Our dogs in the past have used our very convenient doggy door into a fenced area for potty breaks. Your dog will be treated like one of our own, getting lots of love and attention during the day and can sleep overnight in a doggy bed or crate whichever is preferred.

Working from home during summer has allowed us plenty of time to spend with our dog. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab who still has the energy of a puppy! We keep up with all routine vet visits and our dog is caught up on all vaccinations including Bordetella (kennel cough). My husband and I live in town but have a large backyard to accommodate play time. About: My husband and I have raised 4 “rescued” dogs and one purebred during our 18 years together. We loved them all unconditionally and enjoyed all the time we had with them. We each had dogs in our prior 30 years of childhood and raising children. They were all amazing pets and we loved them as family. We had great friends who were able to take care of our dogs when we needed to go away and we are so thankful for that. I was never able to consider putting ours in a kennel. NOTE: I am very sorry to note that I have allergies so we can only accept hypoallergenic dogs for care in our home. So sorry, we love them all, but I am unable to care for other breeds in our home. If you are unsure about allergies, we could do a meet and greet to figure it out.. We dont miss an opportunity to say hello to a dog passing by on the sidewalk, admire from a distance as we’re waiting at a stoplight or any public place. Caring for your special fur-baby will be my privilege. My motivation is purely related to having dogs around to love and care for. About: I have a lot of experience with animals since I was 10 when I started volunteering my time at an animal rescue. I have experience from puppies all the way to senior dogs! My days are free Monday-Sunday 24/7. I do same day bookings or bookings in advance whenever you would need. I can come let the animals out for potty breaks or I can come stay with them for a longer amount of time. I do not offer care inside of my home due to my two cats who are not dog friendly. But I have no problem coming to your home and providing my services whenever needed.

About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals.
